We went 4 of us for our annual visit. All the exams were good, but we waited a lot of time between exam and exam. We were there more than 3 hours to complete the exams and purchase the glasses.

The best place I’ve been too to for an eye exam. Very thorough! I did tests I’ve never done anywhere else before. I asked so many questions during the process and everyone I interacted with answered in the best ways. They’re super friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first time having insurance and they walked me through every part of what my insurance covers. Highly recommend!

I waited over an hour to get my appointment started because someone didn’t pull the correct insurance. After my appointment I had to return multiple times to get the correct images for my eyes. Once that was done I mentioned I was interested in just buying lenses for my glasses and that I already loved my frames. The sales person still felt the need to tell me about the sales on the frame which felt like more of a waste is time. They didn’t have my trial contact lenses. They didn’t give me a copy of my prescription. When I called a week later to ask when I could expect my contact lenses their response was “someone else will call you back with an answer”. Not to mention after keeping me on hold they hung up on me so I had to call back. Not sure how this is a premier VSP location when they don’t seem to value customers.

The doctor and person that took the initial readings were absolutely amazing! I have anxiety that interferes with my daily life and even started to tear up from it a couple times. They were both very understanding and took time to make me feel safe and comfortable. They cared about me ... I wasn't a number. The person who sold me glasses spoke fast and became frustrated when I didn't understand things but she didn't mean to make me feel like that.

After dilation we were told to wait for 15 mins but we ended up waiting 45+ mins. If I know it would take that long, I wouldn't have opted for dilation. This could be one off, hence i am not leaving review in google.

Service is average. You can get this type of service everywhere, not extra things they are doing. When it comes with the cost, it is not cost saving. With insurance, they are charging three times higher than with no insurance. Meaning comparing with having insurance and no insurance, you are paying more with having vision insurance. what a service?? Are they really good service provider?? I think it is one time shop. you will never go again.

Maybe I just missed it, but I didn't see the equipment sanitized between patients. Other places wipe the equipment down with alcohol before each session so that you know the equipment is clean. Also there were 2 patients in the small equipment room being tested at the same time - no social distancing practiced at that time. Overall, seemed that the staff wasn't in sync with the process and patient experience. My eyes were dilated and I was asked to wait in the lobby with the bright lights without being offered eye protection -- had to ask for some.

Everyone from front desk, technician, the optometrist are all really good, friendly and provided excellent service. They are patient with me during the machine tests. My eyes are sensitive so I try very hard to keep my eyes, they were patient with me. I also ask about the eye symptom changes, the doctor went through it with me clearly.

Everyone is very nice, helpful, place is clean, etc etc. However, each and everytime I have an appt I only get called in AN HOUR later. Only to do a couple little tests that take 10 to 15 mins and then wait yet ANOTHER 30 mins. I am so busy as it is. What makes it more frustrating is that if you showed up 15 mins late oh my godness... "we are going to have to reschedule you". Its okay for you to wait for them but not the other way around. I am more than annoyed. I like everything about the place but the insane waiting time is just unacceptable. I'm currently looking at a different place since this hasnt changed. Too bad.

Both my fiancé and I went in for eye appointments. Mine was just a regular eye exam, my fiancé’s was for a contact lense appointment. Every staff member was polite, although we waited for an extremely long time before being seen. I told the doctor I wanted something just to help while driving at night, my fiancé just wanted contacts. This was my first time seeing Dr. Hayter, but my fiancé had been several times. He’d had contacts before just not in the last few years. Well, when we went to checkout my fiancé was floored with how expensive it was just for the contacts appointment. We inquired more about it and the stuff said previously we had been paying less, but that their policies had changed. Well, they never informed us of that beforehand. Also, I decided to get glasses at a different place, and when I took in my prescription and told them I just wanted glasses for driving at night they were shocked my prescription said I should get trivex lenses, when I wouldn’t be wearing them often or in situations that would require those kinds of lenses. I’m so happy I bought my eye glasses elsewhere and saved the money. It seems that Today Vision is solely after money. I will never be returning.

Appointments are made on time, doctor will meet you in 5-10 minutes of your arrival Provides all your options Doesn't hesitate to say No to things that's required and recommends other doctors if the issue is related to other things without wasting your/their time(Many others don't, and just charge you for 2-3 visits before doing this)

I love going to Dr. Hayter. His staff is always so friendly and very informative. They always break down everything and go over your benefits so you know what you are getting down and what you may need. De. Hayter showed me all of my results and explained to them to me. He ask questions and shows real genuine concerns for his patients. I’ve recommended several of my friends and coworkers to him. Even though I don’t live close by, it’s worth the drive to know that I’m getting excellent and quality care from him and his amazing staff.

Cumulatively, I felt the entire process had a lot of ancillary services thrown our way. I appreciate the thoroughness, however the additional dry eye tests needing to go through my accident and health insurance seems that any patient could have dry eye symptoms from an unexplained test to the patient and the extra tests would have been $171 each for my wife and I. Carissa signed a form for the eye dilation test, I did not. Is that standard in a basic eye exam to be added or was their a medical reason that was felt necessary to dilate our eyes? It was an additional $80 dollars for that. I have minimal to no visual issues whatsoever and felt that the tests performed were not explained to me or my wife, however in the moment went along with it. Up to 4 tests were done before we saw Dr. Hayter, that's great, but explain them. Office staff was engaged, but at check out, no invoice or printed bill was provided for our services. Josh wrote costs on a post it note. I had no understanding of the $40 dollar charge for the contact fitting as why would we, never had that before as we don't frequent optometrists. Josh was able to provide information for the dry eye test, which was great, but I question the legitimacy of that need. I would like a copy of the prescriptions for Carissa's contacts and also a script for what her lens prescription would be. It was evident you were busy, however that doesn't mitigate providing prescriptions, invoices, and explaining medical reasons why a patient would require further testing. Thank you.

Service was great! I was seen quickly by the doctor and a staff member held my hand and walked me through the process like I was a six year old. They did not have the style of frame I wanted, but they ordered it for me. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and colleagues.

Do not bring a toddler. They were on the list provided by my pediatrician, but they don’t see children below 5. They were kind to try to accommodate, but I put in the age when I booked the appointment. I feel it should have prevented me from booking. 3 hours total for the appointment was WAY too long for a toddler at nap time.
