The Staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr. De La Cruz explained everything perfectly. It felt as though I was able to get a better grasp on how my vision was doing thanks to him. Absolutely love everyone at Today’s Vision. Dr. De La Cruz always explains everything so we can understand. My youngest had her first eye exam and he was very patient with her. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

I was referred by my eye doctor's staff since my doctor was not available. From the time that I called Today's Vision Laredo the staff was very courteous, and professional . They were able to give me an appointment right away and the doctor saw me almost immediately. Dr. Omar de la Cruz is amazing! I love this place! Friendly staff who were delighted to serve us. I have never felt more welcomed at any drs office before. I wish all office were like that. I must also add that I took my 2 year old daughter for an appointment. They didn’t seem to mind at all that.

Dr. Omar was excellent but his front desk staff seemed annoyed when I asked about procedures for ordering contacts. Since I am a new client and am not familiar with this office I was not aware that we needed to pay for contacts when the order was made. I was used to getting treated like a customer at Dr. TREVINO OFFICE. A little professionalism goes a long way. Hopefully the service at the desk will improve.

Dr. Omar is highly knowledgable, explains options clearly, remembers patients from last visit, and has a very welcoming and clean practice. Staff is friendly and processes payment information smoothly. The entire office is peaceful. The value is worth the buck. I've been to places that have not been very considerate when it comes to answering doubts. He is very open to doing so. He also doesn't just skim through the process. He thoughtfully considers what is best for my eyes and it works! His keen attention has really helped my vision.

I was very impressed with my visit to the eye doctor last week. An appointment was made quickly, the receptionist was courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and the wait time was minimal. Dr. De La Cruz and his assistant made be feel very comfortable and they were both very knowledgeable and informed me about what I needed to know. Overall my visit was a pleasant experience and I recommend Dr. De La Cruz's office to everyone.

My mom took my daughter to her appointment while I was at work and she was so amazed at how Dr De La Cruz interacts with patients and their families. He made the point not only to talk to my mom but to include my daughter and ask her questions as well. Even though she’s 5 years old, she felt included during her appointment. He is winning over the rest of my family as well as they are switching over from their optometrist to him.

Extremely satisfied with my appointment. Best eye exam I've ever had, hands down. Doctor explained everything very well and answered all my questions. While being at my appointment they were able to schedule my mom in for an exam as well, she loved it. My dad will be going next week and I'm sure he will have a great experience as well. I went to Today's Vision on a whim and boy am I very glad I decided to go. The staff are all very polite and extremely helpful. The doctor is very knowledgeable and courteous to his patients. The time frame I needed to book an appointment was short and they were about the only ones able to see me within that very short time frame. And I'm not talking about a matter or more than 3 weeks, no I'm talking about a time frame of less than 2 weeks. I love how honest and helpful this doctor is with his patients. Their hours of operation are also extremely convenient especially on Fridays, which is they day when most offices close by noon or at 3pm at the very latest. I have already recommended Today's Vision to several of my family members. I suspect they will appreciate the recommendation.

I arrived just a couple of minutes before my appointment, and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, filled out some forms for my insurance and in less than five minutes i was already being attended by the nurse. Both the nurse and Dr.De La Cruz were very professional and informative, he was patient when doing my eye exam and not rushing me with the choices. I am very happy with my visit and will return for my next exam there and most likely refer my family.

I called Dr. Delacruz office to ask if they accepted vsp insurance. The receptionist said yes and I was very happy to get an appointment the same day! Everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Delacruz checked my vision and explained my options as well as answering all my questions. I decided on getting progressive bifocals and he told me if I was not comfortable using them, he could change my prescription. I was pleased and would recommend his services to all.

Five Stars I am very satisfied with Today's Vision. Dr. Omar De la Cruz and staff were polite. The procedures used to test my vision are up to date compared to other optometrists. The end results were explained by Dr. De la Cruz personally. Any concerns I had were acknowledged by him. Dr. De La Cruz can be perceived as respectful, honest, and responsible. Definitely the type of doctor anyone would need to take care of their vision.

Very, very satisfied with his customer service and with the time he took to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that we understood everything that was discussed! Will definitely return to see him. The staff needs a little work. Very uncomfortable trying to choose glasses because the young lady "helping" me just stood there watching every move I made. There was no real help there.

I felt very comfortable during my visit. the staff and doctor created an environment that was caring and considerate of it's costumers. I would rate them a 5.

Dr. Omar de la Cruz was great at going through and explaining every part of the exam so thoroughly and clear to us. My husband and I went for our eye exams for the first time in years. We feel better knowing what to do, what expect, and how to protect and care for my eyes. Great visit!

I've been to several eye drs here in Laredo and hands down Dr. Omar De la Cruz is the best. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I highly recommend him. In addition his staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have to admit that I am totally shocked how well and what an excellent job was done for my first visit with the doctor at his new office. The office is beautiful , equipped with all the best technology and they have even thought of the solutions to any minor set backs they might have in equipment. I totally recommend this office for all you family and friends eye care needs .

the doctor was very detail as to what i needed and very helpful. I explain my siutation and to my vision and he gaved me several options as to what i could do. Compare to my last visit with another doctor he surpass the expectise. I will surely recommend this doctor to my friends. As a matter of fact I have already done so. As per the staff, they are very friendly and professional.

Both my son and I went for our eye exam and we were taken in promptly to begin our exam. I was very glad to hear that they take my vision insurance (I work at TAMIU and not too many doctors take it) as well as Blue Cross Blue Shield. They have a variety of choices for eyeware depending on your taste. I was glad to be able to select a pair for each of us without having to go elsewhere. I already setup an appointment for my spouse. I was suprised to find out they open on Saturday so I am going to setup an appointment for my daughter so she does not have to miss school. Thank you, Dr. De La Cruz
