I love the staff and doctors. They are are always so patience with my family. The doctors take there time explaining what they are doing and answering any questions I have. When choosing glasses I don't feel like I need to hurry up and pick one. I don't feel pressured into buying glasses right then and there.

My appt with the Dr went very well. He was informative, listened to my needs and answered my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully; was very pleased and excited to receive new glasses and get my sight back. Then I went back out to front to choose my glasses….. this is where my mind changed. I told the girls up at the front desk, I am new to this, I have new insurance, I don’t know anything about purchasing glasses. Please help.To say I got NO help was an understatement. After proceeding to talk to me about things I didn’t understand, I asked her to further explain and she seemed frustrated and talked down to me. Not kind and understanding at all, I tried three times to ask her to please explain, whereas she suggested I just buy the frames which insurance covered, and fill the prescription elsewhere. What?! I was done. I just asked for my prescription; another girl overhearing us tried to intervene and help. I proceeded to explain once again what I needed and please explain to me what options and costs would be with my insurance. Whilst doing this, the first girl rolled her eyes and actually audibly sighed in disgust. I was livid. I really like the doctor, however I will not be returning because of the way I was treated and the way they made me feel. Never have I ever outright experienced customer service like this. I have worked in the medical field 20 years and somewhat understand how insurance should work, but when anyone asks questions, they should not be made to feel small. I took my prescription and went elsewhere, thankfully I was treated with more respect at my new vision center. I hope they train the front staff better. They lost this customer as well as my family’s.

I've been coming to this location every year for 5 years with no issues. This time around I was told that I needed to pay $35 for eye x-rays or else I couldn't get examined. I normally get traditional eye dilation with drop but the doctor flat out refused to do it. I'll will not be coming to this practice again if I'm required to pay $35 every time. I already pay $200+ yearly for contact lenses so I'm not trying to pay more

I’m very dissatisfied as I have been a customer for many years for myself and my entire family. I went back last week and was told I have an unpaid balance from 2019 for my sons account. I will nene understand how I am now being charged for a balance that I know I paid otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to take my sons glasses. 3 years later when I returned I am now being charged. Makes no sense and never received a bill for it either. I know I don’t owe it but I have no receipt from 3 years ago to prove it. I will proceed in paying as i am left with no other voice but will never return to this facility. Shouldn’t be my issue but is and I’m very disappointed. They have lost 5 customers over a balance and error on their part.

They also quickly contact me when my contacts or glasses I have ordered come in. I did have one time in which a set of contacts I ordered were on back-order. Dr. Jason Nguyen was a little concerned about my vision in right eye and suggested a special test to see further into the eye and eased my mind when he showed me the results and assured me my eye was fine. This optometry office/clinic was fantastic! I had been going to the same optometrist since I was 4 and I unfortunately had to find a new doctor because of my insurance change. This staff and these optometrist made this transition easy for me, and I have been enjoying their friendly staff and professional services since last year. The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional, the front desk are very kind and helpful, and their selection of glasses is also great! The only issue I had was my glasses ear piece broke during adjustment and I had to buy new frames so I have glasses until my new ones come in. The frames were $233 and I was give a discount so only paid $186, however maybe we could split the new frame cost. This appointment cost me an extra $186. I will have a backup pair of glasses, so that is a plus.

I am deeply frustrated by the office staff at Today's Vision. I felt the more questions I asked the more impatient my "sales lady" got. My initial sales lady was polite and displayed no personality whatsoever...she was there to do a job. She answered my questions to the best of her ability and although she was unsuccessful teaching my son how to wear a contact. Amanda, the Office Manager saying "I was right and Dr. Nguyen agrees with me as well that you should have been charged the $25 fee even though it was unsuccessful". So I would have been paying for a service I NEVER GOT??! Amanda's words "It's policy". I feel confident in saying that if Amanda had a different approach to my situation, involving my 12 year old son, then the end result would have been different. I wouldn't want to find another doctor for my family. Had she exhibited the slightest "customer service" then I wouldn't be responding "not so good" with this survey. The initial sales lady NEVER relayed a 25% restocking fee and nor did Amanda until I told her to cancel my order. I am a 5 year customer with Dr. Nguyen and customer who purchased over $500 worth of eye wear and only to be treated like this? Sad and extremely disappointing.

Everyone is very friendly and I never have to wait very long. I feel like all the tests done to my eyes are very thorough. I did not need new glasses this year and I don't think many eye professionals are always honest about that. I love it there!!
