I was told the office took my insurance falsely, when I couldn't sign up with my insurance company, I called the office back and they still charge me for the appointment. This was the dental office's fault, not mine, and therefore I should not have had to pay.

always very wonderful coming here I feel very clean after and I feel dr. fattahi listens to my concerns. I am not a fan though of the new cleaning utensil they use during cleanings it is very uncomfortable and overwhelming, I was so obviously in pain and squeamish, my very kind cleaner used the smaller metal scraped to finish my cleaning which ii very much preferred, that was very helpful thank you!!

The dental work is great. However, we have had issues with last minute changes to our appointment times. I was informed only one day prior to my appointment that my appointment time had been pushed back. So, I had to take extra time off work. I know there may be staffing issues, but, clearly, staff knew about those well before one day prior to my appointment. Additionally, at our last visit, my wife had an appointment scheduled, which she booked 6 months prior. However, when she arrived she was informed that her cleaning was not on the books, despite her showing staff a confirmation email indicating such and contacting me to confirm. I want to be clear that staff is very nice, courteous, and helpful. But simple scheduling errors like these make it difficult to drive across town to see Dr. Fattahi.

Prior to meeting with Dr Fattahi, and his dental team, I had gone through a traumatic experience with unprofessional and very careless, team at another dental office that left me running away from them while in the middle of my treatment program. As a native Washingtonian of 45 years, I've used a few dentists in the area but after going to Dr. Fattahi's office I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Fattahi resolved the root cause (no pun intended) of an issue that I had been experienced my entire life. Other dentists had told me to brush and floss better but Dr. Fattahi was the only one to actually fix the issue. The staff are equally as good!

I did considerable research when it came to selecting a dentist in DC. Dr. Fattahi had an impeccable record and after two visits to his practice, I concur with the positive reviews. I found Dr. Fattahi and his staff to be very friendly and professional in their interactions with me. They were well organized in scheduling appointments, making sure I had updated records, and the wait time was minimal. This practice also does a fine job taking serious Covid precautions - they make sure patients fill out a questionnaire regarding Covid symptoms, they take your temperature, and staff wear protective gear. Lastly, they communicate well with patients - they explain what types of procedures they will be running on you and why. In short, I highly recommend this practice.

Very disappointed in the lack of transparency of whether your office was a participating member of my insurance. I was told that my insurance was run, and that I would need to pay up front but would be fully reimbursed. I was reimbursed for less than half of what I paid because my insurance is not in network, which I was not told. Very deceiving, and the fact that this happened twice within a year period is concerning. I will not be returning to this office. Especially sad because I really liked the dental hygienist and Dr. Fattahi.

Dr. Fattahi is the best dentist ever. He is friendly, witty, and trustworthy. He tells the patient what he is doing in details and in a very simple way. He also works very gently and quickly. Appointment setting is super easy. I got an appointment on the same day I called the staff for my first appointment. The whole staff including the hygienist and the dentist assistant are super kind and they all radiate positivity.

I've also found his expertise to be exceptional, with him being able to find solutions to really tricky issues, and he does his best to give you the best long-term solution.
