My 12 year old walked in with a attitude about changing dentist but Audrey quickly turned the frown into a smile as she greeted us and informed us of the upcoming events . Plus there's a tv on Disney channel which is a real treat for her.

This was my sons first time here and this office takes dentistry to a whole new level. They are awesome, hands down amazing people and really great with children! I would highly recommend them. My son has never really been comfortable at his previous dentist but here he was all for it!

I beyond relieved and happy to take my child to the dentist office! The warm staff and welcoming environment put both myself and daughter at ease. The time set aside for my daughter to play and just be herself and relax before her visit is a rare experience now a days. The time set aside to talk and go over all the aspects about the office and its activities is very much appreciated and welcomed. I recommend this office to any parent looking for their child to enjoy going to the dentist! 😄

The smile spot is a very appropriate name. Everyone was all smiles when we walked and extremely friendly. We immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The toys are very thoughtful and engaging for my 13 month old.

This is the best place for a child to have dental care. We love this place. My son hates the dentist . Not anymore he is very comfortable here.

I highly recommend the Smile Spot. Everyone there is super friendly. The Dentist Dr. Stephen is excellent with children and truly cares about the kids and especially that my child felt safe and comfortable here so they won't develop fear of going to the dentist. My daughter asks to go to the dentist all the time. They have a very interactive office filled with toys, flat screens, and prizes!!! We absolutely LOVE it here and highly recommend it to anyone with children!

The only thing I would change is being sure that the parent is aware when x-rays are to be taken. When they are not planned before (the visit was only for a cleaning) and we are told after it was done, that is not fair to me financially if i could not afford to pay for that service at that time. I was shocked to find the "cleaning" I had expected was $250.00. I think charges like x rays should be authorized before being done. Overall, my daughter loves coming here, the staff is nice and helpful and the office is bright and comfortable.

Just wanted to share a quick note about my experience at The Smile Spot in Southbury, CT over the weekend. My kids have been there a couple of times, but this was my first visit with them since it was a convenient Saturday appointment. Every last detail of the operation is amazing - -The waiting room -The equipment (kid friendly chairs) -The supplies (kid-friendly flavored toothpaste) -The experience The team there is great - guiding the kids through the whole process from the moment they walk in to bringing them back into the chair, to the whole cleaning and x-ray process, to the small touches like prizes and pictures - they make kids feel like the most important people in the world. My kids had been asking for days when we were going to the dentist and now I understand why. They flossed and brushed immediately after getting home and are so excited about it. Loved the whole experience.

Yesterday was our first visit to The Smile Spot with our sons. My husband and I were very happy with our experience. Dr. Stephen was thorough and his staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's great for a visit to the dentist to be such a positive experience! Our 2 yr old didn't want to leave!
