At Hetrick I was evaluated, the evaluator created a program and ALL of the physical therapists working with me use the same program. I changed to Hetrick because I was dissatisfied with where I was going before; I was evaluated, program was created and all of the differing physical therapists did something different and at times they seemed confused as to what they should be doing). I feel safer with my treatment at Hetrick where different therapists work from the same program. Hetrick offers alternative treatments including regular physical therapy and hydro-therapy. Hydro-therapy is working very well for me so far. (This type of therapy wasn't offered at the non-Hetrick provider). Facilities are very clean, the staff is very friendly and professional.

Dr. Scott Coleman has been taking care of me for nearly a decade now. After a accident at work and ending up crooked, I am able to do all the things a fella in his 50's should be able to do. Started with fantastic PT and then routine chiropractic. While my monthly adjustments haven't taken any strokes off my golf game, I still trust my spine care to The Hetrick Center!!

In less than an hour she explained what vertigo is, how you May come to developer it, science behind it and then cured me off it. I have only one major complaint and that is I thought I was purchasing a full 60 minutes of actual massage time but never got more than 55. Most of the time it is was less. I complained about this about three years ago and was told that a full 60 minutes is what I was supposed to get and the staff member I spoke with would get word to the massage providers that that was the standard. Unfortunately nothing changed. When I questioned the massage providers as to why I was still getting less than an hour I was told that they were not in control of the scheduling and that because of how clients were scheduled that they didn't have sufficient time between clients to prepare for the next one to give a full hour to any of them. In fairness my complaint was answered in that I did get one additional "one hour" massage as compensation for that year for which I am grateful, however I think that either it needs to be made clear at the time of purchase that the actual massage time is less than an hour or the price should be prorated to reflect the actual massage time or, more properly, Scheduling should be adjusted to allow for a FULL 60 minutes of massage.

My chiropractic positive experiences with the Hetrick Center, and Dr. Hobbie in particular, are extensive. I have come to the Hetrick Center primarily for good spinal health, but there have been many times when I’ve come due to pain. Every person who has treated me has been kind and effective. Personal interest in my life and the activities in which I engage have helped the doctors and other professionals treat me effectively and with dignity using interdisciplinary treatments. 1. Your receptionist was very unprofessional to say the least. She seemed more interested in chatting with the janitor who had his vacuum cleaner sitting against the check-in desk along with other misc cleaning materials scattered throughout the receptionist area. (Really, during business hours). 2. When ask if had an appointment, the receptionist scuffed and looked up my appointment and immediately charged me for services that had yet to be provided. WOW. 3. When ask if i new where I was going I informed her that it was my first time here and after a few deep sighs of what appeared to be a hassle to her, she directed me (kind of) upstairs. 4. The overall cleanliness and neatness of the message room was rather disgusting. I guess I should have felt a little at ease when the vacuum cleaner was being run directly on the other side of the door......................WHILE GETTING A MESSAGE, SERIOUSLY? Not relaxing at all and really cant recommend a message at the Hetrick Center.

When I went to The Hetrick Center I could barely walk let alone stand straight. I started with chiropractic treatments. After about two weeks my provider felt water therapy would help. I am thrilled to report that after a few weeks I feel SO much better. To the point of just a slight limp when walking, working longer in my gardens. Most important I was able to enjoy a festival the first Saturday in June that constituted a great deal of walking. What a fabulous feeling! Thank You Hetrick Center!

Dr. Colman is great. This has been my first experience with a chiropractor, and it was long over due. I have been seeing him regularly for shoulder pain that wouldn't be getting better without him. He is attentive, and remembers from one appointment to the next. I never wait long for my appointments and everyone in the office is very pleasant! I highly recommend this facility!

In my initial visit Scott roughed me up pretty good, but afterwards my back felt great, and I was able to dominate my brothers on our annual golf trip. Both Dr Renda and Dr Hevner are really good. Only complaint is the billing system (Harrisburg office?) is over billing co-pays. For every visit I should have a $15 co-pay and after a couple visits I am requested to pay additional co-pays. Example, after two visits, on my third I'll be told I have $30 in co-pays that are back billed even though I paid them and have receipts.

This was my first experience with a chiropractor, and I felt that Dr. Sargent barely listened to my reasoning for my visit, talked over me, and spent most of his time lauding his own qualification. He was very aggressive in his treatment (I came in there because I was in pain, and it felt like I was being broken in half.) He also started on my backside with no explanation. I am seeking other treatment for my issues because of this experience.

I love the folks at the Hetrick Center. They are welcoming and efficient. Having many providers on staff helps save us time. We have done PT there and it worked very well. We use the Chiropractic services and found the best Doctor ever. And it is great to know they have Aqua PT available.

I have enjoyed a mostly positive experience with the Hetrick Center. My provider has been professional and effective. Most of the people in office support roles have been pleasant and professional with one notable exception. There is a woman in the Middletown office that is consistently unpleasant and even rude. I am sorry to say it but I hope that the feedback will help.

The Hetrick Center is absolutely the best chiropractic center around. Dr. Coleman not only keeps my back in shape (which other chiropractors were not able to do), but the center also offers physical therapy and has an underwater treadmill. But the main reason I love this place is the people; they are always smiling, always willing to help, and genuinely care about their patients.

My adult kids and I all go to the Hetrick Center and see Dr. Renda for back pain, migraines and fibromyalgia. Everyone there is extremely friendly and very helpful. The treatment we've all received has been remarkable in helping us feel better. I don't like my bones being popped/cracked and Dr. Renda is very respectful to that, yet he's still able to help my migraines tremendously.
