I am VERY pleased with the entire office staff Beginning with the young lady at the front desk who is beyond pleasant in her relationship with patients. I have one minor concern and one major concern. Minor concern is overall fees seem to be higher (non-specific comparisons with friends/family). Major concern relates to a bridge placement earlier this year. It involved the need to have 3 separate impressions/production of the bridge before we had a "fit." Just a few months later the bridge became loose. It necessitated having the bridge removed and re-cemented. I do not believe I contributed to this incident and am concerned that the event will repeat itself. The charge for the procedure may/may not be covered by my insurance. If not, I may be subject to the expense of any future repeat of a "loose bridge" repair. I just don't feel confident the fix is final.

I left a message on Saturday about a tooth that broke during lunch. Dr. Lowe told me months ago that it needed repair, but my travels did not allow the time. The broken tooth was cutting my tounge. GCCD had me in the chair first thing Monday for a quick grinding to relieve my discomfort. I was back in the chair first thing Tuesday and fitted with a complete crown. Outstanding service.

GCCD staff are amazing both in knowledge and skill as well as thoughtfulness and consideration of patient's comfort. This particular experience was with Stephanie who thoroughly cleaned my teeth and also examined gums and checked for possible future problems via X-rays. I experienced no discomfort and love my whiter smile, tea stain disappeared!

Have never been to a better dentist in my 60 years of taking care of my teeth. Both my husband and I love when it's time to get our teeth checked. The cleaning is above and beyond great. All associates are do a great job, but both Mike and I had the very best and thorough cleaning this time by Steffanie. It's a pleasure having our teeth cleaned every 6 months. We find that they are very in tune with your needs and always have great suggestions on how to keep our teeth in tip top shape. So glad we found GCCD and will pass the word around..

I like Dr. Lowe. Maria did great with cleaning. Love Lisha!!! She shines with customer service, technique, and compassion!!!! The best service ever. Julie is pleasant at the front desk. The reminders I had for this appointment were 6 times. Overkill? I believe the communication at the front desk is lacking when someone is stepping away from the desk. The person communicating with customer through text and another one by phone should have some way of noting who they are corresponding with when they step away from the desk to do other tasks. I was also called numerous times to take care of a new cavity. I finally called back in and spoke with Kelly. She said it was a new cavity on the 2nd tooth from the back on the top right. I questioned again that this was a new filling and she stated yes. When getting seated to have this new cavity filled Lisha and Dr. Lowe told me this is not a new cavity or filling but actually removing the old fillings and replacing them. I was completely shocked and told them I was told it was a brand new cavity that needed filled. I was not happy with Kelly's communication at all. Again...communication seems to be lacking in the front desk area.

My son was very anxious about his visit with the dentist. Stefanie and Dr. Simone calmed his fears immediately and even made the visit fun!! He is still talking about Mr. Thirsty this evening. Both of them clearly knew how to approach and calm anxious children! Stefanie was so patient and explained every tool and part of the visit in such a child friendly way.We do not live close up this office but knowing our child will enjoy his visit makes us eager to make the drive. The staff at Grove City Center for Dentistry have taken the utmost care treating my dental needs from simple a cleaning to the need for my first crown. I had a minor complication following the crown and they quickly had me return for treatment to resolve my pain. Dr Lowe even gave me his cell phone number for over the weekend to make sure I had a quick recovery. Jamie always takes her time making sure that all of my needs are addressed and I walk away feeling confident that they have my best interest in mind. Thank you for making taking care of my smile so carefree.

Yes, I think the Grove Center for Dentistry is above all the rest because they consider a patient's entire health status instead of just working on dental care and having a blind eye to the rest of the patient.

I came in for a routine cleaning. The gal that took care of me was new. I apologize but I don't remember her name. Very pleasant. One small problem... she indicated she typically worked up front as a receptionist but had been a hygienist for 20 years. I'm not sure when she last did a cleaning but she seemed a bit uncomfortable. She kept asking if I was ok. I very much appreciated her being concerned with my comfort but she was so concerned that she barely cleaned my teeth. I walked out of there feeling like I hadn't been there. I asked her if she had cleaned my top teeth and she assured me she had. If I have to ask then you really didn't do your job.
