5 star rating. This was the most extensive, thorough eye exam I’ve ever had in my almost 81 years. The whole staff was welcoming & helpful. The only thing I would’ve found helpful was knowing exactly where to go, as I waited at the wrong desk (glasses) for over 5 minutes & then was told to go around the corner. Better signage?

I came in for a $99 dollar eye exam. I was then charged $179 . I wasn’t asked if Si wanted these extra services, nor was I told what they were or how much they cost! Not happy about my visit. The Dr. part was fine.

Better and more thorough than I ever expected! The assistant sat me down in a comfortable chair in front of six Hi-Tech looking devices, each device turned out to have a specific testing purpose. I've seen a lot of eye clinics, but never anything as advanced or efficient as Grafton Eye Center. I was then taken into gthe exam room where again, the atmosphere was professional and advanced insofar as the equipment. Dr. Melissa was very nice and made the exam easy by quickly responding to my requests to change the lens power back and forth so as to come up with the correct prescription. I called my wife as I was driving home and described the experience in one word "awesome".

This was my first time having an examination and purchasing glasses at Costco, and I would highly recommend our Grafton Eye Clinic. Dr. Lewis and the supporting staff were friendly, efficient, and thorough. My experience with Dr. Lewis was especially notable in the way she explained what the images of my eye showed in regard to macular issues. This was my first experience at Grafton Eye Center and it was fantastic. Dr Lewis was kind and attentive. I did not feel rushed and the staff was wonderful. Conveniently located inside of my Costco and this practice has all of the modern equipment in a small space. I was very pleased. Additionally there is no high pressure sales to buy expensive frames! So happy with this experience.

I saw Dr. Kris at the Costco in Grafton for my first pair of glasses. I was very impressed with the whole staff. The tech who did the first couple of tests was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Then Dr. Kris did more tests, explaining everything as he went through the exam. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Kris at the Grafton, Costco and will be using them for my eye care needs in the future.

This was my first time going to this Eye Center in Costco and I was so impressed. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Michelle Lewis for my contact lens exam and fitting and I LOVE her! She made me feel confident in trusting her recommendations for the best way to address my need for multi focal contact lenses. I’m really happy with what she chose for me. She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and very thorough. She explained her thought process in finding the best options for me. Her care felt personal, I didn’t feel like just another number. Dr Kris must see thousands of patients but I still feel special by his extremely personal treatment. But the technologist who took me through the exam explained exactly what was going to happen and why each test was being done. Then I met with Dr. Michelle Lewis for more diagnostics and a discussion of results. Dr. Lewis is excellent. She took the time to answer all my questions. She has great communication and made me feel comfortable and confident in the plan going forward. I don't write reviews very often. But my experience with Grafton Eye Center motivated me. From check in to finish everyone was just wonderful. The lady checking us in was very friendly. The lady that took pictures of my eyes and did the pressure checks was training someone and she was thorough in explaining to both me and her what she was doing and why. Dr. Melissa was fabulous. I do not think I have ever been to an eye Dr. that was as nice and explained things as well to me as she did. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience all the way around getting my eyes checked.

What a fantastic experience I recently had at the Costco Grafton Eye Center. The check was extremely thorough and the optometrist took the time to find out exactly what I needed. After having been to some other eye centers where the staff tries to push you into buying extremely expensive frames, the team at the Costco eye center found me a very nice looking set of frames and some sun glasses for an extremely affordable price. I would highly recommend the Costco eye center to anyone who is looking to purchase glasses.

The machine used to adjust glasses melted the coating on my lenses. The woman who did the adjustment was clearly put out by having to do the adjustment and while she was not outright rude, she was very short with me. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to clean the lenses - I noticed they were blurry right away, but assumed it was fingerprints until I got home and the streaks wouldn’t come off. I brought them back the next day, and I was told it was “normal wear and tear” and then that I must have opened a hot oven while wearing my glasses before the person I spoke to admitted it was the machine they used and finally said they would order new lenses. Except then I was told since my prescription was expired they wouldn’t order them until I went in for an exam. (Which I paid for out of pocket to the tune of $120.) They couldn’t get me in for a week, and then the day before I got a snide voicemail informing me I hadn’t confirmed my appointment even though I’d never received a call/text/email requesting I do so. When I got to the appointment they were running behind and I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes. I am very disappointed at the lack of common courtesy and surprised at such poor customer service. I have not received an apology at any point of the process. I will not be back.

The day was slammed dunked with patients and my appointment was really behind, but Dr. Melissa was so attentive and thorough that it made up for all that waiting. She made me feel comfortable and got me in and out to help ease the anxiety I was feeling. I’m at risk because of Pulmonary Fibrosis, so any encounter with lots of people raises my anxiousness in keeping safe. Dr. Melissa was very understanding and accommodating. She answered all my questions. I walked out feeling well cared for. Can I also add most of the staff there were so upbeat and friendly, especially the gal who took my insurance and payment.

Once again, Dr Christopher Knous was patient and meticulous in his exam and evaluation of my vision. He always takes the time to answer all of my many questions and to "think outside the box" in offering advice and creative solutions. 55 years old and wearing glasses since 15 years old. Been to several eye care doctors and companies over the years. Grafton Eye Care inside of Costco is absolutely the BEST. I see Dr Michelle Lewis and she is outstanding, professional, yet easy to talk to and discuss any and all issues regarding sight changes etc. She takes the time to show you your images and explain in terms I can understand the condition of my eyes and any sight issue. I am confident that all the other Doctors are just as good. Although the purchasing of frames department is not part of the Eye Care center, it is a department of Costco's, you will not find a better selection for the price!! Yes you need to be a Costco member to buy frames, but I see that as a bonus!! Will never leave Grafton Eye Center!

Was again, another great experience. Dr. Lewis took excellent care of my wife and I. She explains results and makes the entire exam very informative. The staff did an excellent job getting us checked in and the preliminary tasks done. Can’t wait to be back next year.

It is always a pleasure to come to the Grafton Eye Center. Everyone who works there is friendly and competent. I appreciate that Michelle Lewis took the time to explain what she found on the current tests and then related the tests to those taken in the past.
