You can’t ask for a more professional and friendly place to go for your eye services. We have been going there for more than 30 years. All the eye specialists have been outstanding. They take their time to explain things to us and If they don’t know the answer they refer us to the right person.

Highly recommend Dr Wegman and the Contact Lens Center. Have gone here for years. Really appreciate the friendly and courteous staff. They call you by name, always return calls, and keep you informed if things run a few minutes behind, which is rare. Dr Wegman’s communication is excellent plus she’s just really nice!

Dr. Willis is an exceptional optometrist who goes above and beyond. I have been a patient for 20+ years and my uncorrected vision has always been exceptionally bad (and gets worse each year). Dr. Willis has somehow been able to help me see perfectly when other eye doctors and eye surgeons told me I would have to settle for "good enough." She truly cares and makes it her mission to help her patients see clearly. I am so grateful for her.

They are the best. I have been going here for over 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Wegman is fantastic and caught something on a routine visit that if left untreated would have resulted in blindness in one of my eyes. I will be forever grateful to her. Her staff are always so friendly and most of them have worked there for as long as I have been seeing Dr. Wegman. I would not trust my vision to anyone else.

Contact Lense Center is a wonderful place for your eye care. I've been a patient for probably 10 years. The staff is warm, friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors are great and with the new office setting I just don't know it could be any better.

I am always so appreciative of Dr. Willis at the CLC. She maintains a wonderful manner with patients and top expertise in eye issues. She has diagnosed my macular degeneration and is doing a great job of following that, as well as being aware of indications of future glaucoma and progress of cataracts. I depend on the good work of Dr. Willis and the CLC, not just for excellent diagnosis and assistance with corrective lenses, but at my age, more serious eye concerns. In the past, they were able to diagnose a torn retina and refer me to the correct retina specialist, whom I still see yearly.

The CLC Snider Plaza location is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. I commute from Allen and its well worth the drive. She was exceedingly thorough, appears quite bright, and is most articulate. Dr. Sullivan was patient, thorough, and gentle. She saw the tiny lower eyelashes that were irritating my left eye. She made sure my head was stabilized in the frame. And then Dr. Sullivan deftly removed them. What a relief! The staff, both Nina and those who were new to me, could not have been more welcoming and kind. I was delighted to learn from Nina that Susan was still part of the team. C-L-C has earned my trust.

I've been using the Contact Lens Center for my eye care (exam, contacts, glasses) for about twenty years. I have found the staff to always be friendly and helpful, the facilities comfortable and clean, and my appointment times to always be honored - no long waits. I tried another provider for a year due to an insurance change, but I quickly came back to the Contact Lens Center when they were covered by my insurance. My wife has also used them for many years. I recommend them without hesitation.

I had my annual appointment awhile back and was given new contacts to try. They weren’t a good fit so I came back. I was charged extra for this appointment and feel that’s inappropriate. I also don’t feel all my concerns about Why the different contacts didn’t work were addressed so now I’m looking at 3 weeks of blurry sight and headaches before I go back and, what, get charged again?

Last Monday I had my annual eye exam at the Contact Lens Center in Snyder Plaza. I have been going there for years and this is the first time I have seen the same doctor as last year! Dr. Vi Nguyen remembered me from a year ago and knew right where to pick up! He is absolutely amazing! Personable, knows his "stuff," and not in a hurray at all. Gave me names of drops for my dry eye which no one has done before! I would rate him a 10 but that wasn't an option! Thank you Dr. Nguyen!!! See you next year if not sooner!

I absolutely live this location. When I first started going to this location it was closer to my home, but since I’ve moved I am willing to make the drive just to be treated at this location. The staff is friendly and the doctor is the best. He ensures that you understand what is going on with your vision, and makes you feel comfortable like you’re speaking with a friend. I came in to get new glasses and contacts. The staff was gracious enough to assist me picking the perfect pair. No matter how far I move I will not leave this location unless the staff and the doctor leaves.

I love the Lens Center. It is easy to schedule appointments. The people are prompt and friendly . You can't always see the same doctor each time but I have not had a bad one yet. It is not cheap but it is the best way to get your eyes cared for. They do more then just test your prescription.

The welcoming staff was great as usual. I saw a new doctor & felt a bit uncomfortable as the check continued. He went pretty fast asking if this was clearer or not with my left eye without giving me time to focus. The lenses kept fogging up & I couldn’t see anything. I almost just shut down as I could not see hardly anything. I was concerned that the eye test was accurate. He did prescribe a new pair of glasses for just the reading & computer.

Whether I have a regularly scheduled eye exam or an urgent need (thanks, pink eye), CLC has been able to see me at a time convenient to my schedule and with fantastic customer service. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and openly invite questions or concerns. I appreciate their taking the time to see me as an individual patient and answer my questions thoroughly, which isn't always the case in modern customer service. I highly recommend CLC as a result.

The optometrist was amazing and very understanding to new patient questions. The front office staff was 50/50. One of the lady’s was very nice and informative, despite the many questions I had. One of the other ones didn’t seem very friendly and gave off this appearance that she looked annoyed or impatient. For new patients that have many questions, one shouldn’t feel a sense that they are being annoying and that was noticed through one of the staff members.

The annual photograph of my retina helps track any diabetes damage. The staff is always so polite and accommodating. I recently had not scheduled enough before my next meeting and everyone -- doc included -- bent over backwards to get me out quickly, even allowing me to return later to finish the paperwork. I can't imagine going to a different eye center.

Dr. Schirner and the staff at CLC are amazing! Everyone was incredibly helpful and explained everything and made me feel so at ease! It was by far the easiest eye exam I've ever had! I made my appointment online, giving time choices. Someone called me right back and I got my first choice of times. I saw Dr. Teed, who always gives good information along with the eye exam. I have confidence in him. And on the way out, someone showed me some frames that were on sale (and cute) and said she would expedite their completion. All in all, it was a great visit!

Have had some vision complications recently, and they performed amazing work assessing and crafting a course of action. As soon as you call to make your appointment, you know it's going to be a pleasant experience. Everyone who works here does a great job of listening and making you feel comfortable. I especially appreciated that they took us early when we unexpectedly arrived about an hour and a half early. It was as if they had been expecting us all along. I've been going here for years even though I don't live in the Dallas area anymore, and I will continue to make the trip across the state of Texas because I like this place so much!

The doctor was excellent and not only did they work me in, keep to the time I was given and diagnose my issue, but she was thorough and personable. I'm a physician myself and have always been very impressed with the care I've have here with both her and previous visits with another optometrist there, Dr. Teed. Her evaluations inspire confidence and are always bang on. Her manner is both cheery and professional. No wonder the practice is always so busy. Parking is a horror!
