The best decision I ever made was to make an appointment at the Contact Lens Center of Dallas. Each person you interact with before you see the eye doctor is professional, courteous and kind from a genuine perspective. Once you see the eye doctor you can clearly understand how the genuine behavior is a integral part of their business professional decorum.

My first visit back to CLC was excellent! When I called to make the appointment, Susan not only remembered me, but the type of frames I last wore. The pre-exam was very thorough and pleasantly administered. The actual exam was excellent with explanations for all of my questions. Great experience!

This is a great place. Everyone is kind, considerate, helpful and informative. I’ve been going here for a few years now. They are very considerate of my needs. One of my concerns is fine details at long distances. They’ve even gone so far as to walk outside the building and test different lenses on far off objects.

This was my yearly eye exam and I did not expect anything unusual. Thankfully, Dr Nguyen was very thorough with his exam. The tests results showed an unexpected medical condition in my right eye. Dr Nguyen worked fast to get me an appointment with a Retina Specialist the same day! The entire staff was professional and kind!! I highly recommend Contact Lens Center.

I have visited various places for over 20 years. This is the only office I've ever been to where EVERY SINGLE person is kind, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Dr. Vi Nguyen really cares about his patients and answers all of my questions with patience and kindness. The only reason a rare eye disease was detected on a test for me was, because this office has the BEST equipment that no other office I've been to has. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is simply amazing at their jobs!

Best service in town. Very professional with the latest technology to ensure your eyes have the best care possible. Beautiful office, very modern and clean in an excellent and safe location. I had have an extensive evaluation due to an accident, but eventhough was had to be fit in to the schedule I didnt had to wait far less than expected. Highly recommend Dr Wegman and the Contact Lens Center. Have gone here for years. Really appreciate the friendly and courteous staff. They call you by name, always return calls, and keep you informed if things run a few minutes behind, which is rare. Dr Wegman’s communication is excellent plus she’s just really nice!

Dr. Willis is an exceptional optometrist who goes above and beyond. I have been a patient for 20+ years and my uncorrected vision has always been exceptionally bad (and gets worse each year). Dr. Willis has somehow been able to help me see perfectly when other eye doctors and eye surgeons told me I would have to settle for "good enough." She truly cares and makes it her mission to help her patients see clearly. I am so grateful for her.

They are the best. I have been going here for over 10 years and I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Wegman is fantastic and caught something on a routine visit that if left untreated would have resulted in blindness in one of my eyes. I will be forever grateful to her. Her staff are always so friendly and most of them have worked there for as long as I have been seeing Dr. Wegman. I would not trust my vision to anyone else.

Contact Lense Center is a wonderful place for your eye care. I've been a patient for probably 10 years. The staff is warm, friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors are great and with the new office setting I just don't know it could be any better.

I am always so appreciative of Dr. Willis at the CLC. She maintains a wonderful manner with patients and top expertise in eye issues. She has diagnosed my macular degeneration and is doing a great job of following that, as well as being aware of indications of future glaucoma and progress of cataracts. I depend on the good work of Dr. Willis and the CLC, not just for excellent diagnosis and assistance with corrective lenses, but at my age, more serious eye concerns. In the past, they were able to diagnose a torn retina and refer me to the correct retina specialist, whom I still see yearly.

My situation was somewhat urgent. The staff was exceptionally responsive and helpful, worked me in between appointments. And I was extraordinarily impressed with Dr. Sullivan. She was exceedingly thorough, appears quite bright, and is most articulate. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her.… They were also able to get me in to see Dr. Wang early, and that took some doing.

Dr. Sullivan was patient, thorough, and gentle. She saw the tiny lower eyelashes that were irritating my left eye. She made sure my head was stabilized in the frame. And then Dr. Sullivan deftly removed them. What a relief! The staff, both Nina and those who were new to me, could not have been more welcoming and kind. I was delighted to learn from Nina that Susan was still part of the team. C-L-C has earned my trust.

I've been using the Contact Lens Center for my eye care (exam, contacts, glasses) for about twenty years. I have found the staff to always be friendly and helpful, the facilities comfortable and clean, and my appointment times to always be honored - no long waits. I tried another provider for a year due to an insurance change, but I quickly came back to the Contact Lens Center when they were covered by my insurance. My wife has also used them for many years. I recommend them without hesitation.

Dr. Vi Nguyen remembered me from a year ago and knew right where to pick up! He is absolutely amazing! Personable, knows his "stuff," and not in a hurray at all. I absolutely live this location. When I first started going to this location it was closer to my home, but since I’ve moved I am willing to make the drive just to be treated at this location. The staff is friendly and the doctor is the best. He ensures that you understand what is going on with your vision, and makes you feel comfortable like you’re speaking with a friend. I came in to get new glasses and contacts. The staff was gracious enough to assist me picking the perfect pair. I love the Lens Center. It is easy to schedule appointments. The people are prompt and friendly . You can't always see the same doctor each time but I have not had a bad one yet. It is not cheap but it is the best way to get your eyes cared for. They do more then just test your prescription.

The welcoming staff was great as usual. I saw a new doctor & felt a bit uncomfortable as the check continued. He went pretty fast asking if this was clearer or not with my left eye without giving me time to focus. The lenses kept fogging up & I couldn’t see anything. I almost just shut down as I could not see hardly anything. I was concerned that the eye test was accurate. He did prescribe a new pair of glasses for just the reading & computer.

The optometrist was amazing and very understanding to new patient questions. The front office staff was 50/50. One of the lady’s was very nice and informative, despite the many questions I had. One of the other ones didn’t seem very friendly and gave off this appearance that she looked annoyed or impatient. For new patients that have many questions, one shouldn’t feel a sense that they are being annoying and that was noticed through one of the staff members.

He made sure that I understood the graveness of my situation and greatly encouraged scheduling an appointment with the retina center as soon as possible. The staff followed through with securing this important connection to the retina center. I am so very grateful to these caring, capable professionals! Because of them and an opening at the retina center, I was able to walk in and have laser surgery the same day to prevent any further damage to my eye.

Then at reset appt asked again plus fill out form and I had answered everything already. The girl at front desk with blonde/ brown hair and headband has an attitude. The regular employees are always nice. The appt setting and paperwork system needs to be updated as does emailing appt info the day you make it.

I thought I waited way too long to see the doctor. I also was not impressed with some of the help in the office. Also too many patients waiting, my appointment was at 3 and I did not see the doctor until almost 4. If CLC wants to become larger and with more clients, I would suggest you find a larger office. I don't think I am going to need CLC in the future as I don't wear contacts anymore... but I will decide in the future. I have loved CLC through the years, but I do think you need to work with some of the younger girls. I did not appreciate one coming out in the sitting are and turning on the radio to some honkytonk music. It was though she was the only one in the office and could care less what the people waiting wanted.#5 and #6 are not applicable to me.

The office Manager, Susan, was extremely helpful. I came directly from an older opthamologist office after being told I could not wear contacts. I went straight from there to "The Contact Lens Center". Susan looked at my RX for glasses and we talked for awhile. I set up an appointment and I am wearing contacts as I type this teen tiny font and reading each word clearly!!! Dr. Wegman was wonderful, and discussed vision in depth with me. This was a followup appointment after my eye exam, to have my eyes dilated for a closer look at the retina. When I explained the situation to Dr. Teed, he referred me to a retina specialist, saying that I might as well not pay for two dilations since that is what the specialist would do when I came in. He did not charge me for the visit. I really appreciated that.

When I arrive I was told to fill out the info quickly ( as if I was holding up the staff) only to wait about ten minutes before I saw the tech. I felt the staff was irritated with me being late. The rest of my appointment was outstanding and the front desk seemed to be in a better mood on my way out. Dr. wills (?) was fantastic!

I felt like the exam was so perfunctory that asking if I had any issues (such as double vision) would have been a good prompt to get me to think about what my issues had been. I came in for eye exam with dr Teed. Examined eyes and gave me trial contacts. Also had 3 pair of glasses made. Called in to say I could not see with them. Had eyes examined with dr Teed again. Got new prescription for contacts. Changed prescription in 3 pair of glasses. Still did not have good vision. In fact I had such poor vision during the 3 month period of changing prescriptions that I began to fear that my sight was going. Called and asked for appointment with another dr. Dr Vonda examined my eyes and tried to explain why dr Teed had given me the wrong prescription. After looking at the contacts I was wearing before dr Teed''s exam said I should continue with them and she put a contact into each eye. The right one seemed to "disappear". She said if it was still in my eye that it would "work it's way out". In a short time it was apparent that it WAS in my eye "somewhere". I made na call to the office. The office was closed and there was no emergency number. After an hour and a half I was finally able to get the contact out of my eye, making us very late to an appointment that evening with an extremely red and sore eye. As I read this review it sounds like a comedy of errors. My eyes feel strained when I use my glasses which makes me think they are not the same strength as my contacts. What else can I say except that the entire experience seems unbelievable. If I hadn't experienced this myself I would not believe it could possibly happen today in this day and age in University Park, Dallas, Texas. I do not intend to report this but feel that the unprofessional manner with which your office operates is a threat to the entire profession and your future patients. Yours sincerely Gayle Dillard

I arrived in at the Center and immediately went to the desk. There was a blond girl glued to her Computer and all she said without looking up was "Have a seat we will be with you in a moment". I do believe that people who greet the public sometimes get overwhelmed and cannot always be the cheerful greeter. However they can at least make eye contact. This center has always been great with cheerful workers that seem to enjoy their work, however it seems to have changed. I will say that the same person was very polite as I was leaving, so maybe someone else saw what I saw. Except for this incident my appointment went fine, there was lots to do as I had come in with a problem with one of my eyes. It was carefully check and suggestions given.

I waited for 45 mins and there was only 1 other patient there. Had to get back to work, so I was never seen. They made the appt and didn't even tell me my actual doctor wasn't even going to be there. Front desk is extremely unorganized and inefficient. I watched them pull the wrong contacts for people and then laugh about their mistake, make personal phone calls, and make excuses to another patient for their lack of knowledge. They also kept my insurance and driver's license and expect me to take more time off of work(my offices are by DFW airport) to go pick them up. I feel like I wasted my morning. Loved Dr. Willis when I saw her in the past, but the staff at the front desk is extremely incompetent., and it's a shame that they are misrepresenting a good doctor .

I came in to experiment for the first time with contacts. This is my first full day and at this early point, I'm not too sure I'm cut out for them. I dislike wearing glasses but I'm thinking i might go back to them. We shall see.

Contact Lens Centers has upgraded to being completely computerized. It also is accepting insurance and medicare. The provider I saw was very through and listen carefully and answered my questions. I will say that their prices have gone up, but what else is new in any business. I have always felt that my eyes are well taken care of at CLC.

I returned to the Snider location specifically to see him -- but I was prepared to drive to his Carrollton office if necessary. Super smart, he knows what he's doing. An added bonus? He doesn't believe IQ diminishes with age. Five stars ++. Also excellent front desk help and the visual testing fellow did a good job.

The dr had the wrong contacts written in folder instead of checking computer. She spent 30 trying to get contacts that I had tried several years ago to fit. I kept telling her my contacts were a different brand and were the same strength. Very frustrating, finally she checked the computer and realized I was correct. However my eyes were so dry and sensitive we were not able to change or try to improve my vision. Very frustrating. Basically wasted both our time.

I needed to get a new lens for one side, but neither of my current glasses can have a lens ordered, it seems. And I was told it would be over $400 dollars just for one new lens for the eye I can see out of and one plain lens for the other side with no prescription. And then buy a new frame. $600 plus to change the prescription for one side seems way out of line. Both pair of glasses I have are from your store. I just don't think I had any good options. But I love all the girls and especially Dr. Kay. She takes care of me, my daughter and granddaughter. I need more options for one lens for one eye.

I was able to get in to see a doctor within 24 hours of calling for an appointment. My eye injury and infection were treated with care. I was given samples to start treating the injury immediately, as well as all the instructions for continued care.
