The woman ( I think her name was Ann) who fitted my new glasses was so careful and called in someone else to double check her measurements for my trifocals .

Due to an inserted appointment before mine, I had to wait about 30 min to start my appointment process. Sometimes this cannot be avoided, but would be nice to be advised of this (e.g. "come in a half-hour later for your appointment").

Your multiple reminders are too much. One reminder is enough. More works against what you are trying to accomplish. Also, surveys are great techniques for large entities, not sure you need one. Add the reminder capability (too many) to a survey (needed?) and you take more of my time than necessary.

Did not appreciate the woman in the optical department, I believe her name was Ann. She informed me insurance would bot cover new frames so it wod be out of pocket. I then replied well my daughter can use the current frame she has. The sales wonan replied no because she would not be able to see for 11 days until her new pair would arrive. She then proceeded to show my 7 year the "most popular" frame and of course she wanted them. So we proceeded to check out. Our appointment was at 3:25 it was already past 5 since doctor was behind. I also had my 4 year old they were hungry and ready to go. I felt pressured to make the purchase. I called the next morning and cancelled the order for the glasses and hit two pair else where for a fraction of the price. Dr. Bixby is always great and staff very polite, however this experience I was not pleased with.

everyone and I mean everyone was very nice and courteous. Text message system is flawed, needs an acknowledgement after we answer the text. also a phone number to call the receptionist if changes are made would be a great addition to the text message system

I spent $740.00 out-of-pocket (as well as lost pay)to be disappointed with the service.....not a good testimony to your overall business practice.

The Physician Assistant, Lynne, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and explained everything as she went through each exam.

I am a new patient and I was really impressed with the customer service. Everyone I met was wonderful. I especially loved Dr. Bixby whom I can tell is an itelligent and kind person after just spending a few minutes with him. I will be back because of the doctor.

Dr. Bixby is a pragmatic examiner! I know that when I walk out of that office, I am going to see better. He takes his time to make sure that happens!

I know Friday afternoons are busy, but 2 hours is too long for an annual contact exam.

Lynne is always very helpful and friendly. She puts a person to ease when in the office. Dr. Bixby is likewise always very helpful and friendy. We have full confidence in both the doctor and Lynne regarding their expertise and knowledge.

The girl who did my testing was very friendly! I can't remember her name, Michelle or Melissa????? She made me feel very comfortable. I had never met her before. Of course, Dr. Bixby and Lynne were great also, as usual.

I do like the service and knowledge of Dr Bixby & staff. I pay more for this. My wife has been trying to get me to switch to help keep our out of pocket costs down. What really upsets me is I called in because I forgot to request that my contacts get mailed to me since we don't get to Peoria very often during your hours of operation and I was told I would have to pay another $13 now over the $475.00 I already paid! My appointment was 6/11/15 and today is 6/22/15 and the contacts still are not in. We leave on vacation on 6/30/15. Hopefully will have the contacts by then.

When you have a new patient who has 0 experience with contacts. Please put them in a room a let them practice until they get it right.

Both ladies who helped us (one did the exam and the other did our contact lens fitting) were both fabulous. The young lady who helped with the contacts in my opinion went above and beyond for us. She was very patient, kind, and knowledgable
