Everyone is always so pleasant and it is such a positive experience. I have been leery of dental offices in the past as there is a general feeling of apprehension, brusqueness, and even at times promoting extra unnecessary procedures. Love the whole office. Love Dr Ben and Jenny. I took me years to find a dental office as fabulous as this and never pushes costly things. They explain your whole treatment plan and amount insurance pays and what you pay. Tell you which part is most important as in 1st, 2nd, etc., in case you have to budget like me.

Despite no mimosas (I'm pretty sure they advertise that on their website) and Kira "the Killer" being assigned to me, (the visit was torture) I believe they have my best interests at heart and they seem to put up with my jokes fairly well. Very nice practice and staff. The owner drives a Subaru which I appreciate as not too indulgent.

The office greets you when arriving and says goodbye when you leave and in between you will receive great dental care. I have been coming here just a few years yet am always greeted like an old friend. The dental hygienists do their job with excellence and I never leave sore. I have seen each of the dentists for work and have left satisfied each time. JoAnna is a hoot that has never met a stranger. Tonya makes sure you are 100% clear on the financial end. The entire office makes it (almost) fun to go to the dentist.

I have been coming here for several years. Staff is friendly, I feel that the dentists are honest. Some dental hygienists are more gentle than others though. I also wish they were contracted with my dental insurance, Metlife.

I received excellent service. I arrived at about the time of my appointment. I was called to go in within 5 minutes. I was receiving permanent cap on a tooth. All of the preliminary procedures done by the Tech was done in a professional manner. The Dentist also a great job in preparing the tooth and installing the permanent cap.

Rachel cleaned my teeth for the first time. Normally Heather cleans them but due to rescheduling from having COVID I had Rachel. She humiliated me and continued to lecture and demoralize me on the dangers of smoking. Every smoker is aware they shouldn’t smoke. She knew this was upsetting me because I couldn’t t help but cry. She never apologized. Never showed any compassion that she had greatly upset me. As a result I feel like I cannot continue with this practice. I was told there have been issues with her from other patients. However obviously she continues her harassment with no regard to her actions.

For my teeth cleaning, my Dental Tech did a superb job in explain what she was doing and in executing the cleaning process. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She also ensured my Dental Scans were up to date, as we did a scan at the conclusion of the cleaning. The Dentist was also great. He looked things over and noticed a small bur at the gum line. He quickly and professionally removed this bur, a very simple and quick procedure. All in all a great experience.

Friendly, informative and professional from front desk to chair time! I had previously missed a couple of cleanings and was so dreading that chair, but my hygienist did incredible work, cleaning quickly with great care, while counseling me on the areas of concern that she saw (& gave great tips for home maintenance). Always having to wait at least 20-30 minutes past apt time, even when we show up early. People who check in after us get called back before us. Some go back immediately after checking in. Not sure if they're arriving right at apt time or even earlier than 10 minutes before. I don't understand why we are always having to be the ones to wait.

I had a molar that had a large filling which had started to leak and needed to be crowned. Fearing potential pain and complications and letting my mind magnify the procedure, I delayed the work. Eventually a cavity set in and I had to get it done or face serious dental work. Dr. Jen did a great job on the crown and two other fillings avoiding a root canal in the process. The tooth feels better now than it has for years. Thank you Summerfield Family Dentistry for fixing my tooth!

Joy was a pleasure to have cleaning my teeth. Just as her name says she was very polite and spirited. Also she worked very hard with tenacity to fight the prevailing stain on my teeth. Dr. Ben is the ultimate professional, he is a perfectionist, he always makes you feel good, he talks to you about other things than dentistry, he is more like a friend than your dentist, his attitude has always been positive, I cannot say enough about the entire office, 5 stars doesnt justify just how good they are.

My first experience at Summerfield Family Dentistry was the very best experience I’ve ever had at a dentists office, truly. I had a toothache and they were able to see me the same day I called! Dr. Ben was amazing, he made me feel really comfortable and cared for. The highlight of my experience there yesterday was how honest and open I felt Dr. Ben was with me. I was able to ask him questions I have not been able to with any of the other 5 or more dentists I have seen. I had no doubt he had my best interest at heart and was in no way trying to upsell me or anything like that. Doreen at the front desk was another highlight. She was extremely kind and helpful and I would not have been able to get in and get treatment for my dental emergency without her. She offered to call insurance for me while I was on the way and just made the whole experience of getting in on such short notice as smooth and stress free as possible. I really appreciate all of the staff at Summerfield for their impeccable service and kindness. Beyond 5 stars! I’m sticking with them, for sure.

After many years of dental neglect because of past experiences, I realized that I needed to get back to taking care of myself. I heard good things about Summerfield Dentistry, so I thought I would give it a try. Doctor Ben assured me that he could get the job done, and he proved to be a Man of his word. He takes the time needed to do an excellent job, going above and beyond by explaining every procedure and showing me on the computer the before and after photos of the work just preformed. I never thought that I would look forward to a dentist appointment, but my teeth improve with every visit. He and his assistants put me at ease, and seem more like Friends with each visit.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ben Weston! I was very anxious about my procedure and getting my teeth back in a more healthy state. I have had to have a root canal and fillings and Dr. Ben has been awesome along with Ciara. I had very little soreness and by the next day none at all. They have kept each appointment very relaxed (relaxed as anyone can be at the dentist) and very friendly. I am so glad I found this practice and would highly recommend anyone give them a try especially if you have a fear of going to the dentist.

My appointment was with Rachel, and I didn't get Rachel, which is okay. at the end I had to ask for the goodies bag, instead of being given to us as usual. At the checkout I was surprised with an outstanding balance that I told her that I already received the bill and paid it. I paid the balance and went home to check if I paid it and indeed I paid $67.25 back in November. I don't like surprises nor to owe anything. I've been a patient for 12 years, this time I was disappointed. Hope you take my comments for improvement as I am a loyal patient and love coming to this practice and will continue doing so.
