Great Staff! Every time I go to Stoneridge, they are extremely kind, courteous and quick! If I have to wait, it is generally only a few minutes, 10 minutes tops. Very thorough exams. Love this place!

I had a cleaning without a checkup by the doctor. That is ridiculous. Five minutes is all that takes......was told my insurance had run out and so I had to pay for the cleaning, was never informed before the visit about the insurance situation …...was only told by the hygienist. How stupid is it to have a cleaning and never be informed about the state of your teeth? I will be looking elsewhere for a dentist. This office has lost it's soul.

This team is the most thoughtful, kind, compassionate dental office I have ever been too. They know you by name, your family, and also work to make the dental experience as positive as possible. i don't do well with fillings and dental work and they go out of my way to make sure I am comfortable.

I have been to another Stoneridge facility where the dentist, after examination, gave me a laundry list of MUST HAVES-totaling $5000. I was skeptical, so I went back to my dentist of +25 years who only found one immediate concern and he was able to fix/cure the problem for $130. This is a get rich scheme and it saddens me. Yes, do I want my complete record including the full set of X-rays, YES! Also, I repeatedly asked the hygienist to do the special flossing around my bridge, which she agreed to, but ended up saying “I’ve given you the special flosser to do at home”. That is not a COMPLETE CLEANING, especially with someone with a frontal bridge who had to specifically request this be performed. My dentist of +20 years ALWAYS performed this as a service to my routine cleaning. I gave a Groupon cleaning to a friend who does have serious dental issues. I hope she can receive excellent care and get a NOT OVER THE TOP PRICE with some services she may not need at this time so she can at least get out of her severe dental pain. The front desk associates were OUTSTANDING! Thank you for listening and I hope you consider my feedback in your future practices at all locations. I hate going to the dentist, but I love this dentist, Dr. Swamy. She is the nicest and BEST dentist I have ever had. Her staff is very positive and experienced. Her front desk is very welcoming. I barged into the office w/o notice having been up all night in pain. I was seen in 5 minutes. She is an extremely knowledgeable dentist. Dr. Swamy is so good; I don't question her evaluation or recommendations. Three months ago my husband had to see her and when he came home he said, "Dr. Swamy is such a nice person." She really is. But more important; she is an excellent dentist.

I have left positive reviews on various social media sites in the past, after regular visits/cleanings with Hygienist Jenny, who always makes me smile and look forward to seeing her, however, after having received top notch care beginning the crown process yesterday, I was compelled to further celebrate the kind, gentle, informative, at times humorous, yet professional conduct I experienced. My appointment began with Hygienist Allison cleaning my teeth...another pleasant encounter. When Dental Assistant Katie D joined us to begin the crown prep process, any nervousness or confusion I had about the crown was addressed in a friendly, yet funny manner....she even went above and beyond researching a random EpiPen inquiry we somehow got to discussing. Then, Dr. Swamy, with her always cordial, pleasant chairside manner, began her work; before I knew it, the entire painless process was over, and I was on my way. As always, a great experience all around!

Hi I am still waiting on a refeal to see a peridontist as I have issues with the upper left molars when flossing it hurts and it should not hurt. I have asked a few times and the endodontist doctor Richardson was supposed to give me a referal. I guess I will have to find one close to my home on my own. I will not get the other discolored molar taken care of until I see a peridontist. After everything has settled I will come in and get my repair done, and I want a bite plate also. Will not do the bite plate until all is said and done if I have a issue with my upper molars. You time is precious and so is mine, I have other things to do then to search for a doctor.

Dr. Swamy took great care in making sure my crown prep was painless and stress free. She walked me through each stage of the procedure and I had no pain afterwards. She really takes care to put the welfare of her patients at ease and to make their experience a positive one.

Dr Swamy and her assistants are excellent and very accommodating. After finding out I needed a root canal after 2 teeth were prepped for crowns, Dr Swamy delayed seating the 2nd crown 1 month due to my insurance renewing for the year. That was so helpful with the costs of dental these days. Anyway, I was extremely disappointed to come to my appointment to have my crown seated, to find out an office personal threw away my crown! Obliviously she never inquired as to why the crown was there. It is a very costly mistake for Stoneridge as well as my time to remake a mold for a new crown and now another appointment to seat it once in comes in. Dr Swamy was so kind and embarrassed to have to tell me about this that all I could do is laugh at the incompetence of this employee. I certainly hope she is re-trained as to cleaning things up in the office.

They helped me get my son's records from another office that I was having difficulty getting and made me an appointment immediately. I went to the location on Garfield Rd and I had the greatest experience ever! Dr. Swamy and her assistant were incredible! Teamwork and technique get a gold star in my book! The girls at the front desk were great. The establishment is very clean and professional. I really like how the rooms are set up. The windows are a very nice touch especially for patients who get anxiety about going to the dentist. You don't feel trapped. I actually saw the sun setting which was pleasant. The chairs are so comfortable that I felt like going to sleep! The sunglasses given to protect the eyes were a very nice touch. Every step of the process was done very gently even the x-rays.My teeth look amazing and I am so happy with this entire experience! I will be back very soon for my cleaning. I can actually say that I love going to the dentist now! I highly recommend this dental office!

When I come to the Office for my own Dental treatment, I am often asking questions about some of the latest treatment methods and philosophies. I usually see Jenny for my Hygiene Appointments, and I am always impressed with how up to date she is on Current Dental Issues. When I see Dr. Swamy for my Dental Care I always look around the room and see some new equipment. She doesn't even mention it, but I know that she has invested money in equipment that provides better Dental Care, and not in areas of Advertising or gimmicks.
