I have been a patient of Dr. Bielke's for over 20 years and hope he'll be around for the next 20 because I can't imagine going to anyone else! Dr. Bielke is of course very skilled but just as important is he makes you feel that you are cared for and comfortable. He is very personable and down to earth and that goes for all the staff, assistants and hygentists as well. Virginia did an amazing job and recommended an electric toothbrush for me. I choose the Ora-B and I love it. After using it, it feels like I just left the office after a cleaning. Joanne did a great job cleaning my teeth. As I was leaving the receptionist told me that my insurance did not pay $41.00 of my last appointment in October, which I was not told that on the day of that appointment, and my total bill would be $70. I thought this was very strange because my insurance has always completely paid the bill. I paid the bill then went home to investigate. In the future I will be requesting an itemized bill because the receipt from the credit card charge really doesn’t show what the charges are for. I researched to see if your practice was still a primary provider for GEHA dental insurance. I didn’t see your practice listed on the GEHA website so I verified it with your office and was told that you dropped that insurance. I don’t understand why your office doesn’t contact patients that have that insurance to let them know that you are dropping it. Your office dropped the insurance sometime before October and my open season to choose my insurance was in December. If I had known I could have chosen another dental insurance. My husband I have been a patient of Dr Bielkie for over 20 years and now we have to choose between paying my insurance premiums AND paying your dental practice or finding another dentist that accepts our insurance. From no itemized statement to the lack of communication of our insurance being dropped all was handled poorly. It is very sad how customer appreciation has changed since the beginning of this practice.

I left my old dentist because I didn’t feel they were listening to me. They always wanted to do cosmetic work and wanted to replace old fillings for no reason except they were old. I was looking for a dentist that recommended the necessary things to keep me healthy. Everyone was extremely friendly and listened to my questions and concerns. As always, a pleasant experience. After the cleaning I discussed some issues with Dentist regarding sensitivity since getting a crown last July. After reviewing the x-rays and testing the "bite" she ground down the crown a bit to improve the bite, which does feel better now. Although being there for a cleaning, it was nice that the dentist would take the time to address my concerns.

They always greet you when you arrive. Promptly got me in and proceeded with the cleaning. The hygienist also pointed out some road construction that was on going but I did not know about. You just can't say enough good things. Always on time always friendly never pushy to get something corrected. Doc explains the pros and cons then the recommend correction but never pushes to do it now. A lot of times a trip to the dentist can be scary, not only because of the shame of the possibility of showing up with less than ideal oral health, but of also having to find out what cost that condition of your mouth will cost you! But you don’t have to be afraid for your vanity or your wallet here. Stoneridge Dental offers a financing plan that will help those without dental insurance get regular check ups so that when the bill does come due you won’t be sobbing in despair at your empty bank account. The staff was super nice and they were gentle with the work that they did. I highly recommend. A full 5 stars and then some!

Stoneridge Dental, Dr. A. Bielki and staff, have been my personal and subsequent family members dental provider nearly 30 years. I've recommended this practice to nearly 20 colleagues & friends. My 14 year old had her 1st check up as a toddler and have no fears of dentistry appointments as the staff was very gentle and appropriate with a child's first dental expierence. Facility and all employees were very nice, my hygienist was the best, she was very nice and informative. I wanted to be seen for my loose molar due to i have a wisdom tooth pushing it out of place, that is what was listed when i completed the online appointment, when i got the call back i explained again what i needed looked at and the scheduler set up a cleaning, which is not what I wanted to be seen for as stated in my online submission. It ended up being a 2 hour appointment and referal to see a periodontist and no real concern to discuss my loose tooth or the wisdom tooth pushing it out, as to why i came to your facility. I was referred from most of my management team as they have been coming to your facility. Unfortunately, right now my insurance does not cover to go to the suggested specialist and my fiancee was just in a very bad car accident (broken neck), I can not afford any money out of pocket to spend on something that isn't completely/partially covered with the costs of the recommendation, due to i am the only one working at this time. I was so nervous to call as so many things going wrong. Teresa was the person I spoke with & she was amazing. I called her (Mother Theresa) as she was so helpful and even talked about a savings plan. I'm handicapped with partial paralysis, not married, and zero dental insurance. I then when arriving was welcomed & Matthew came to get me & they allowed my Mother to come back with me. Matthew even helped assist my transfer to the chair. He was patient & kind. I had a head injury years ago so he dimmed lights and got me sunglasses. Instead of feeling like a bother he related to me & made me feel very comfortable with the experience. So after x-rays I knew bad news awaited. 23 months without solid food but lots of stomach acid from swallowing issues took a toll. Never in my life had I had so many dental issues. I was horrified going in. Teeth broken off, another ready to crack. I'm a person brushes 3 times a day. Dr. Bielkie was amazing and answered ALL my questions. There were many. I also had missed cleanings with Covid. He could have yelled at me but was kind and said this is why its important to come in more often. Then a gal discussed my total & was comforting as I had sticker shock. Many teeth had issues. She was very kind and explained each code. I agreed and even asked if due to a surgical schedule of upper endoscopy if he could fix front teeth in danger of breaking. Immediately a response & not just 2 teeth fixed but 7. I then got to meet Robert who was very kind & helping with prep. Matthew was working directly with suctioning and holding my lip and setting the materials. For someone with choking issues Matthew was right on top of it all. Dr. Bielkie amazingly patient and the got me a wedge to hold mouth open due to my TMJ. I was very numbed and it was virtually painless when working on my mouth. He took his time and did 7 teeth. 100& satisfied. Even took time to adjust to my liking! Dr. Bielkie and staff truly care about the patient!

Let’s face it most people do not like going to the dentist including me. I have to say Stoneridge made my experience a fabulous one! Dr. Bielkie was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained things making it easy to understand . My hygienist Virginia was friendly, quick, efficient and also very knowledgeable. Shannon who worked on my whitening and temporary crown was very patient and can I say WOW! I have had my crown replaced a few times none of which have been great but shannon made sure it not only fit properly but looked good as well! I can’t thank the staff at Stoneridge enough! I was very happy with the care provided by the dental hygenist (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). She was very professional, yet friendly and answered all my questions. It was good to see Dr. Bielke again and even better to hear that he found no problems after my exam. The ladies were very good at the front desk providing me easy to read info for my 2020 expenses for tax purposes.

My visit was good other then a screaming kid running up and down the hall. I don’t think children should be allowed back when people are have work done. It seems a lot of parents now days thinks it cute, a screaming kid but I don’t. It’s bad enough getting dental work done depending what’s be done, it can be nerve racking. The last thing you need to ad to your anxiety is a ear piercing scream. Just saying!

As we all know having to visit the Dentist is something that no one looks forward to, although going to Stoneridge is most likely going to be the best experience if you do need dental work. They always explain what is wrong, and what options you have. Then let you make the choice on what you want to have done. I have been going to them for about 20 years and every Dentist and hygienist has been wonderful. I actually drive 60 miles round trip to visit them, even when there is a Dentist within walking distant from my work.

I had a tooth that was sore on a Saturday to the point that I was unable to eat without acute pain. I was able to receive help quickly by calling the office and learning of a contact number to talk with Dr. Bielkie. I was able to receive supportive and helpful advice from Dr. Bielkie. I then called the office on Monday morning and I was able to get an appointment that day where an abscessed tooth was treated with skill and supportive care. I also received a referral to an Endodontist for follow up work on the abscessed tooth. I also received scripts for an antibiotic and pain management medication and clear directions on what to expect and what I needed to do for follow up treatment. Both Dr. Bielkie and his assistant, Maranda, were highly skilled and supportive.

The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming! Both dentist are very friendly and extremely good at educating you on what ever questions you may have. They take there time to show you videos on what's going on with your personal problem to help you understand better and I really like that about this place! My awesome 1st visit began with Theresa who was very welcoming, cordial, and eager to assist. Then I met Michelle who was very pleasant and gave me the most gentle cleaning and initial exam I have ever experienced in my life. Next, Miranda and Dr. Bielkie worked together as an integral team to fix a broken tooth as painlessly, efficiently and as quickly as possible. I’m sure that other dentists would have suggested scheduling a 2nd visit for this fix but, Dr. Bielkie worked me into his very busy schedule and got it done without the need to come back. All staff members who I met were very patient friendly and eager to help while being pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend all of them to any new patients.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my 16 yo daughter. I put a lot of time and effort into finding a new dental office, and our experience yesterday was not what I was hoping for. The dentist was much more aggressive than I'd read about, and even dressed down a staff person while we were there. She came into the room to assist him and put on gloves. He was expecting her to take his dictation, and he demanded that she remove her gloves off and write, with much hostility. It just got us off on the wrong foot. My daughter has always had a tough time dentally, ever since she was small but especially after braces, and he just jumped all over her and made her feel stupid. We have been jerked around a bit lately by the orthodontist, periodontist, and prior dentist, because I am following their recommendations, and they are having a chest beating contest giving us conflicting directions/explanations/recommendations/treatment. It is frustrating. I thought my daughter was in a fairly good place, and he just laid into me, after yelling at an employee in front of us. I was embarrassed for the employee, freaked out by how fast the other staff ran in the room when he yelled for them, and certain that I was going to have a very difficult time getting my daughter back in that office. We are coming back one more time, on a day when this dentist isn't working, and trying again. I have a referral to another office if this isn't right for us. I was so loyal to my last dentist, and it was very hard to make the switch. I am angry that I may have made the wrong choice. I wish we could give the other staff more stars because the hygienist was lovely, and the counter staff are also very helpful. It takes an inordinate amount of time to pay, schedule appointments, etc., but it seems like it is a computer program delay or something.

My dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was a total sweetheart and really knew her teeth. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental doctor himself spoke so calmly which really set the tone. When checking out to make a return appointment for a cavity the receptionist went above and beyond to find the best possible estimate with my insurance and notify me of what exactly was covered and not covered. I really enjoy this office, I recently switched and will be returning for years to come. It is hard to find people who truly care about their jobs and patients, these people definitely make you as though you are in good hands!

This was my first visit as I moved from the westside of the state. I was very impressed with the cleaning and the care I received from Dr Bielkie. I did not need any work done so I cannot judge any skills other than my cleaning and Dr checkup. I was very disappointed in the lack of care in cleaning the overhead light that was used with my cleaning as it was very dirty and had a lot of back spray from previous patients. I am not a germ phobic but I would expect the area I am sitting in to be clean and not have other patients bacteria left behind. My previous Dental office was very good at cleaning the area, including the light that is in your face. This should be done between patients as it only takes less than a minute to clean and sanitize.

Exceptional experience! From the second you walk into this state of the art office, you are greeted warmly by the front office staff. I was taken into the Operatory within minutes, by Sally, the dental assistant and greeted with a warm handshake by Dr. Bielkie. He ask about my concerns and addressed them with compassion and professionalism. The procedure was flawless from the painfree injection to the replacement crown prep. Michelle was an amazing hygienist! She not only cleaned my teeth thoroughly and painlessly, but she was up-to-date on issues like flossing, brushing correctly, etc. She was warm, friendly, and exceptionally good at her job. Let's face it: if your teeth are in good shape, you see the dentist for about 5 minutes and the hygienist for the other 55, so her expertise is critical to your experience. I was also extremely impressed with the welcome I received from the front desk staff and the same great treatment when it came time to pay my bill at the end of the visit. I'm embarrassed that I don't remember the name of the woman who treated me so well, but I hope the dentists she supports are reading this and value the excellence she brings to the Stoneridge practice! I'll be back, that's for sure.

Everybody very helpful and informative. Got price for a cap and possible root canal. I appreciated the price breakdown and discount since i do not have insurance. Everybody was also very professional. Had an new young lady who cleaned my teeth (sorry that i forgot her name) and she was very good and courteous.

My only complaint was when I called and spoke to a reception. The office manager overhead my concern and stepped in to take over promptly. She planned to address my concerns with the staff so all ended well. The cleaning was great. No issues there.
