The dental hygienist, Debbie, always does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of her. She also takes the time to explain what she is doing, and gives tips on how I can do better with my dental hygiene. I have complete confidence in her and doctor Marsh's recommendations. Dr Marsh and his amazing operation have my utmost respect. I give my experience today a 3star not 5star rating because of something I find difficult to discuss. I am very careful to take every precaution against COVID. During my cleaning and visit prep, the hygienist (Debbie?), talked non-stop. Yes, she was masked, but her face was very close to mine, and I was unmasked, since she was working in my mouth. I felt vulnerable and was anxious during the time she was working on me. I will request a different tech at my next visit.

I recently had a chipped tooth right in the front of my mouth. I panicked because I am getting married soon, and who wants that for their smile? Not I! I was able to get an appointment within the next few days. My experience was just as it was the very first time I visited, so effortless and pleasant. As a working professional, I appreciate skill but knowing how to treat people goes beyond that. I felt welcomed, not judged & important. The entire team is bomb!! I will be back soon 😊

The dental practice is a caring team of professionals who truly care about the teeth of their patients. They are so nice that it is easy to admit vices, and they have a way of getting me to comply. I admitted that I have been eating sugary candy, they talked me out of eating so much sugar. I came home from my appointment and dumped the candy in the garbage! The team made me think, that sugary candy sale was not really a sale after all. I am 75 and have been using a "Dr. Marsh" practice since I was 17 years old!

Best dental experience ever! Not only do I look significantly better after a mere 10 minutes of work, but Dr. Marsh and his staff are exceedingly kind, patient, and just generally lovely to experience. I am a dental-phobe and would do almost anything to avoid any of it, but in Dr. Marsh's office I felt more like a valued friend or relative than a helpless patient. My whole visit, from intake to follow-up instructions, was characterized by personal kindness and clear, high-level professionalism and expertise on the part of Dr. Marsh and his staff. But as soon as I met him he was so very kind and explained everything that he could do for me. I highly recommend him especially if you have anxiety about dentists. It was wonderful to see all the young ladies in the office, particularly as I was able to see their beautiful smiles. As usual, Debbie was intensely through, and found where I had potential problem that must be addressed in the very near future. Dr. Marsh, as usual, came in after he reviewed notes, x-rays & his examination carefully explained the problem & provided 3 ways in which this can be corrected. After discussing all pros & cons of each I chose "Door number 2"; which Dr. Marsh informed me that would have been the one he would choose for himself.

Due to Covid 19 and my perpetual fear of any type of dentistry, I had postponed indefinitely going to the dentist for a general cleaning and exam. Knowing the consequences of not having gone to the dentist for multiple years, I made an appointment with Dr. Steven Marsh. Words cannot explain the excellent service that I received from Dr. Steven Marsh and his staff. When I entered the office, I was very pleased to see that there were Covid 19 protocols in place and I felt very safe. Having lost a twin brother a little over 2 years ago, I found Doctor Steven Marsh, his dental staff, and office staff very welcoming and supportive to me. With state of the art technology and the expertise of both Dr Steven Marsh and Debbie, one of his dental hygienists, I felt very confident in my care. Debbie was very patient with me and explained each step in detail regarding procedures from taking X-rays to the actual cleaning. Also, she discussed home care measures for keeping my teeth and gums healthy. After my teeth cleaning, Dr. Marsh completed the dental exam. He was very warm and he explained the condition of my teeth which I am happy to report that they are in good standing. I highly recommend Dr. Steven Marsh and his staff for your dental care. They are the best and when it comes to the health of your teeth, you do not want to settle for less.

Who actually enjoys going to the dentist?! Any one of the patients of Dr. Steven Marsh and his ever-smiling and helpful staff - that's who. I had an extensive amount of work done since last Dec., 2021 and I almost felt that I wasn't worth forging ahead with all that had to done. After all, I'm almost 83. Dr. Marsh exuded kindness and knew what I was facing. He gave me the feeling that I was in good hands and now I'm headed towards the finish line and I'm so happy that I'm in the hands of such a competent and caring dentist. Dr. Steven Marsh and his exceptional staff blew me away from day one. From their professionalism to their high-tech toys, these people take dentistry to a whole new level! By the time Dr. Marsh finishes showing you examples of his work, you know there’s nothing he can’t do to restore your smile. Dentists scare me. Dr. Marsh is the exception. He is a superstar professional. He tells you what he’s going to do and he does it with absolute precision and excellence! I really appreciated the family like vibe I got from Dr. Marsh and his office. On my first visit, he greeted me directly and spoke with me in his office to understand what matters to me. This was a beautiful contrast to a previous consultation where I was TOLD everything I could fix about myself and given a $14000 estimate. Hello! I had to go in for a cleaning for the first time in a while yesterday. I was really scared, as I don't have the best teeth, and going to the dentist has always caused me to be nervous. However, when I went, Dr. Marsh and Amy made me feel super comfortable and did whatever they could to ease my nerves! They efficiently cleaned my teeth in a painless way and walked me through every step to make sure I was ok the entire time. Though I still am not a fan of the dentist, that was the best visit I have ever had, and I am glad that I went!

Dr. Marsh is one of the best in the Country. You don’t need to fly out to Hollywood to get the smile you want in just a few visits. Plus, his entire team is phenomenal and very friendly. I truly enjoyed interacting with everyone in the office. I came in with crooked upper and bottom teeth and wanted to avoid 1.5-2 years of orthodontics. Dr. Marsh had the solution. In just a few visits, I got the perfect smile I wanted and enjoyed interacting with the entire team throughout the process. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my smile besides Dr. Marsh.

Love seeing Dr. Marsh and his staff. Always friendly. Amy cleaned my teeth yesterday and she did such a great job. My teeth always feel so clean after she is finished. Dr. Marsh in my opinion is Cleveland's premier Dentist. His knowledge and skills are the best. I honestly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist or wants to enhance their smile. I'm glad I am one of his patients!

Everything was Excellent. Staff was friendly and professional, including Dr. Marsh. Only thing a little weird to me was having to pay the entire bill upfront even with Delta Dental Insurance. I was told I would get refunded my portion from Insurance...which is fine....but I have never had to pay for dental services if I have dental insurance in this way before...maybe half or a portion, but never the entire fee before it is determine how much the insurance will pay...

From start to finish my experience with Dr Marsh and his staff was amazing. From scheduling my first appointment, proper Covid precautions, photos, consult and procedure i am nothing but thrilled with my visit and my new smile. Everyone was kind and helpful and made me feel comfort the entire time. I have already told so many people about Dr Marsh and his staff. Tracy, his assist, kept me calm and laughing to ease my nerves. Dr Marsh, well, he is a magician. In 2 hours, my smile is perfection. I can’t speak highly enough. Thank you for your care Megan

I cannot say enough about the staff. Each person is caring, polite and fun to be around. They treat you like a family member. They really work well together. Dr. Marsh really listened to me, understood my concerns, and gave me different options. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with my choices. They also let me know the costs, payment options, etc. so there were no surprises. The day of my procedure, I spent 4 1/2 hours with them. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. Before each procedure, they explained what they were doing and why. At the end of my appointment, Dr. Marsh made sure I had his cell number so I could contact him over the holiday weekend if I had any issues.

Rather than going to New York CIty, I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. The people are great in your office and they teach you to talk clearly even when they have your mouth open and their hands down your throat. Very few people can pull that off. First time in my 72 years of life that I felt relaxed and not afraid in a Dentist's Office. I have been terrified of Dentists since I was just 6 years old. When I sit in a Dentist Chair it's like Rigor Mortis sets in. I grab the arms on the chair and my whole body goes stiff as a board. But, not this time. I have never felt more at ease than in the office of Dr Steven Marsh. His staff is all warm and welcoming and willing to take the time to explain everything to you in a way that is easy to understand and helps you relax. It was just my first appt with Dr Marsh, but I can guarantee it is not my last. I need a lot of work done but am confident that they will provide me with the best of care, take care of my needs, but most of all make me comfortable and able to relax and feel at ease. For the first time ever I am excited to take this journey with Dr Marsh and his Amazing Staff. Can't wait to see the new me.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. It's hard to believe what they did to my teeth in just a cpl short hours. Its night and day! Dr Marsh and his staff are great! It was so nice to be able to return to Dr Marsh's office this week, not only because I was closer to getting my new lower prosthetics, but to see Dr Marsh & "The Girls" [for anyone who may take umbrage with description - Suck It Up & Move On]. In no way is this a"trip to the dentist"; its returning to a great physician who can/does make changes to a person that can be life changing. This cannot be done without a staff of well educated, highly trained professional assistants, that truly CARES about the individual patient & loves what they do.

I had just moved to Cleveland as a student and was nervous about finding a new dentist. I saw reviews like this one that Dr. Marsh's entire practice was a phenomenally welcoming and anxiety-easing environment. I got a routine screening/cleaning done at my visit. I'm writing this review to say that every other positive review you read is ABSOLUTELY correct. Everyone in the office from receptionists, to hygienists, to Dr. Marsh himself was incredibly friendly. As a student, I did not have dental insurance and Dr. Marsh and the hygienist were up front and transparent with all procedures and costs. Lastly, the cleaning from the hygienist and exam by Dr. Marsh were expert, swift, and incredibly informative and thorough. Thank-you! As long as I am in Cleveland, I plan to come to Dr. Marsh.

I’ve been with Dr. Marsh’s practice for many years and have received excellent service by him and his staff. I’ve been well informed of my dental needs and about options to address them. I’ve also benefited from some of the most current (and developing) dental technologies. I can’t remember ever being anxious about my visits and my “choppers” are in great shape!

Two years ago we found Dr Marsh through Angie’s list, and have thanked God ever since. My then fiancé was very self conscious of his smile and had considered implants. After meeting with Dr Marsh we understood some of the risks involved with implants and were relieved to find a much better solution. We celebrated our wedding 4 months after meeting with Dr Marsh and his staff, and our pictures are a great testimony! My husband has a beautiful smile! Dr. Marsh is extremely qualified, compassionate and is surrounded by a team of professionals who provide such excellent service that we think nothing of driving an hour and a half for our appointments.
