I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this dentist office. Everyone was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. I had one of the best cleaning procedure. The dentist actually did the cleaning and Tom his time to explain step by step what he was doing. I have to rate this place and the people there a 10 out of 10!

Have been a patient of Stellar Dental for quite a while and really like the Glenwater Drive office office staff, hygienist and dentists that have welcomed/treated me there. I have recommended Stellar Dental to people who have asked me about finding a dentist. This is a very accommodating practice that works with each patient/client as an individual and provides very personalized yet excellent dental care. They are all helpful, courteous, friendly, and professional. The crown work in particular is exceptional, but the routine 6 month exams are just as wonderful. I have always left feeling well cared for and a dental assessment I can trust.

Stellar Dental is the best, and I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. My son and I have been patients for years, and have been nothing but pleased, since day one. I just love Brittany. She is an amazinggg dental hygienist, and actually makes visits enjoyable. I make sure that I schedule all of our cleanings with her. Dr. Martinez-Rogers and Dr. Sabato are the best dentists. They take their time, are both extremely knowledgeable , and are very thorough. I never feel rushed, and know that I am getting the best care. Gina, the office manager makes you feel right at home. The ladies at the front desk are also welcoming. This dental practice truly has the perfect name- Stellar.

I have been using stellar dental for years, the employees are always friendly, caring, helpful. I have never had a bad experience. They always answer your questions and look into any problems you’re having, even if it’s minor they check it out, suggest a care plan encourage you to monitor it and offer immediate availability if it persists.

I’ve been going to stellar for a year. Loved Dr. Rogers (who retired sadly); BUT Dr. Sabato, whom I saw for the first time, was very cool. Checked my neck, jaw and throat by palpating (felt more like a massage) had never had a dentist check for other issues that may have an effect on my teeth. Anyway, suggested things to do to address the sensitivity and wearing on my teeth. Very pleasant experience and it was my pleasure to meet and have Dr. Sabato as my new dentist.

The team is not only extremely professional, they are also always on time. Forget about waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room! I have never waited more than 5 minutes. In addition they are always concern about your health conditions, but also for any other patients. They are pretty strict in terms to be sure that we are have not COVID and that generates trust, I can trust that when coming back home the chances of getting COVID are going to be close to 0%. Excellent service, excellent work. Thank you very much for having me as a patient.

I will not be going back after my last visit. I was in a lot of pain after my cleaning. I had a lot of swelling where I had to take medicine and rinse my mouth with salt water to make sure I did not get an infection. I expressed to Dr. Rogers that I was in pain but she did not listen. I had been going there for over a year and have had two prior cleanings but with different doctors. Knowing that Dr. Rogers is the head doctor and with the experience I had I will not return.

This was my first time visiting a dentist since before the whole pandemic started. I was really nervous as I have always been when it comes to dealing with the dentist. The front office staff was extremely nice and pleasant whenever I arrived. The young man that came in assisting the dentist initially had a good bedside manner. Most of all I was definitely pleased with the dentist. She not only made me feel at ease, but she was very thorough in explaining about the condition of my teeth. I really appreciate the fact that she was direct I am very honest. That helps me as I make decisions moving forward in improving my oral health.

Stellar dental was the dental office I’ve been going to for years now. I’ve moved out of Charlotte and still drive 40 minutes to go there because they are wonderful. They ask you questions, are considerate of what you have going on and not pushy or condescending. As long as I’m in North Carolina I will continue to visit Stellar dental for all my dental needs

For whatever reason, I have always had some anxiety about going to the dentist. Maybe it's just because it's weird to have people messing in your mouth. Maybe it's because of my gag reflex that makes x-rays super exciting (read extra sarcasm). Stellar Dental was AMAZING! The ladies at the reception desk were extremely nice and very efficient. Brittany was my hygienist and she was very patient and gentle, yet still really thorough. I've never seen someone takes x-rays so fast! (Thanks, Brittany!) And Dr. Rogers was very caring, made sure I understood everything going on with my teeth, and really just the most pleasant dentist I've ever seen. I won't say I'm "excited" to go back in 6 months but this will definitely be my dentist from now on.

I was looking for a new primary dentist in the Charlotte area and was initially seen by a female dentist from Dentistry of the Carolinas. It was a nightmare and bad initial experience. After a few weeks of researching I came across Stellar Dental and gave them a try because of their excellent reviews on Google. After my 2nd visit I’ve already referred my wife to Dr. Rogers and or Dr. Thompson. The dentists and their employees are extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding, professional and caring of their patients/clients. You’re not treated as a number and or just income but be treated correctly as a human being whom has a family, health concerns, a life and bills to pay. This place has been amazing. I had a dental emergency over this past weekend. I developed an abscess in my gums over a couple of root canals that I had done at a different practice several years ago. The teeth never felt right after those root canals, but the pain started Saturday evening. By Sunday morning, I was in incredible pain, so I called the office at 7:48am and left a voicemail. At 10:06am, I received a returned phone call from Dr Rogers and, after discussing my symptoms, I received a prescription for an antibiotic. Because I was able to start the antibiotic so quickly, my terrific pain decreased and was under control by Sunday evening. I then received a call from the office first thing Monday morning (7:20am) to come in for an emergency appointment that day at 9:40am. Because of such a quick response from Dr Rogers and incredible in-office care by Dr Thompson, my antibiotic is working and I have a referral to an endodontist to address my old root canal and see why I developed an abscess. I am very pleased with this practice, their level of response and care, and would recommend to anyone.

My dentist, Dr. Rogers and Brittany, my hygenist, are awesome as is the office staff. All are friendly, professional, caring and concerned. Dr. Rogers and Brittany have an awesome chair-side manner that calms the nerves of a sometimes anxious patient like me. Dental work is top-notch with every consideration taken for your comfort. Your dental needs are fully explained with all options and estimated cost. Front office could be better coordinated as I was called 4 times in one day to keep changing appointment time where it didn't seem the left hand knew what the right hand was doing.

I love Dr. Rogers. She explains everything beforehand and does a fantastic job. She’s replaced fillings, worked on cavities in difficult to reach places and made me a crown that looks and works like a natural tooth. Her staff is pleasant and organized; I get in quickly when I have a problem; and I always feel my needs have been met with excellence. I’ve moved frequently, so I appreciate all the more the fact that her entire practice treats me like I am her most important patient. Dr. Rogers is amazing!

Very nice and friendly staff, I've been there twice. This first time the dental hygienist was very rough and the second time I made a same-day appointment and had to wait for 30 minutes after my scheduled time because the hygienist was running late. I chalked it up to them having a bad day.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rogers' since her practice began here in Charlotte. She is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and concerned with the needs of her patients. Yesterday, during one of my routine maintenance visits, They discovered part of one tooth had broken off. They showed me a real picture - not a spot on a x-ray - so I better understood the risks of not fixing that tooth. No guesswork with this team. Very friendly from the front desk to the treatment rooms. We moved to South Carolina five years ago but still travel 4.5 hours each way - they are that good!

Dr Hoy was great. My tooth chipped and filling came out while out of town. Staff was able to set me up with appointment and Dr. Hoy explained issue and best way to fix until I could get to my home dentist. I would recommend this office and dentist.

The hygienists are friendly and give great pointers for how to care for your teeth and gums. The doctor is more proactive about fully taking care of my teeth and mouth overall than any dentist I have been to. I feel like I am in great care at this office and will continue to go here.

3 issues: 1.Arrived on-time but could not check-in for 10 minutes due to receptionist on phone with another client and computer check-in was not up and running. Required manual historical form to be completed and delayed my cleaning appt. 2. Hygienist was overly aggressive during cleaning/scrapping of my teeth. When I made a comment that the continued scrapping was bothering me, she got offended and rushed thru the rest of my cleaning and flossing. Was not professional in her job duties or the way I was treated. She did not speak to me for apologize for any discomfort I was feeling. 3. First appt with Dr. Hoy. Was confused as to why she was documenting each tooth as if I had never been to this office before. I am a long time client of this office, for many years prior to Dr. Rogers taking over the practice. She appeared to be a little put off when I asked her about it. then quickly stated that I needed to have a crown replaced, showed me the x-rays and asked if I had any other questions. Didn't feel she explained it completely, but due to the fact that I had already had a unpleasant experience, I wasn't prepared or expecting to be told that I needed an existing crown replaced. I felt rushed and just want to leave at this point. Called the office later to request a 2nd opinion on the crown by Dr. Rogers.

Helpful advice. Doctor and technician (Vera?) are/were excellent to work with. Young lady at front desk could benefit from some advice. While I have no doubt that she is a good, efficient worker - she could benefit from balancing her efficiency efforts with some good old fashioned "people skills". Advising a client that he is " 11 minutes late, then admonishing me for not calling the office to forewarn them of my impending tardiness" lacks emotional intelligence. While her points are valid, her delivery, especially her inability to let it go - wasn't well received. The good news is that she is young and we can all work on our EQ, regardless of our age.

The Dentist, Dr. Hoy is a dentist who I trust as I know she is treating me like I am a member of her own family. Asked why my paperwork w/xrays were mailed to my ins co. Told required pre auth n must be mailed. Takes 4-6 weeks for response. I contacted my ins co n they advised they accept electronic AND thru their website--with no more than 10 day turnaround. Further, my ins advised no pre auth required but review of impending work by ins co solidifies $$. humm? The end result is now an extensive and unnecessary wait time--that dr felt was needed. hummm?

I had submitted my insurance info the day before. The office staff hadn’t put it down, and when on the day of I told the staff that, they said that’s not true. I told them maybe the person on the phone had forgotten to leave a message. Th lady said:” no madam. I don’t have any notes.” No apologies and implied that I am a liar...the dental work was very good though.

I had to cancel my January appointment due to eyesight issues. I rescheduled when I shouldn't have because I had another related issue. It was uncomfortable to put pressure on right side of my head. The dental hygienist filling in was impatient and sounded harsh as if she didn't care to hear my "excuse." She said, " I wasn't talking about that. I just want you to......" I wish I had cancelled. She was there on my bad day. I just didn't want to reschedule again.

In looking at the web-site, the only thing that you can do there is schedule an appointment. It would be nice if it had some explanation of various procedures, and how or why teeth need to be cleaned. And why old fillings need to be replaced.

Very very disappointed at Dr Rogers philosophy of handling patients that need pre-meds. In addition, Dr Rogers was very good at handling a cavity filling; however, very rough at handling dental cleaning and oral examination. Will never recommend this dental office.

I had a hygienist that was filling in from the Noda location and I was blown away by her knowledge and educated me on my teeth. I’ve never learned more about my teeth and what to watch for in my dental health. She was real and honest and so down to earth I felt comfortable to ask any questions. In my entire life I have never learned more about the care of my teeth from a single visit. I wish she would stay in the Charlotte location or I may just start going to the Noda location. I felt like she truly cared and put everything in easy to understand terms; no fluff or wavering. Hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I hate that I can’t remember her name. Amazing!!!

The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant and obviously enjoys her job. I thought also the assistant was very pleasant. The dentist I thought could have been a little more engaging and helpful regarding the collateral pain I am experiencing. When I called back, the front desk person informed me of a list of approved over-the-counter pain killers and dosages. That would have been ideal coming from the dentist who examined me. He pretty much told me to just us warm saltwater, which I had already found on google. I'm taking way more OTC stuff than I'm comfortable with. I understand he is new to the practice but I'm assuming not new to the profession. So I'd say that was the only slightly negative issue I had.

Mi cita era el lunes 29 de octubre, una semana antes mi esposo llamó para confirmar mi cita, le dijeron que era a las 2:30. El día 29 llegué a las 2 y me dicen que no habían llamado al seguro ( mi seguro ) porque no tenían el número, luego me dicen que no yo tenía cita, que si puedo ir al día siguiente. En conclusión perdí prácticamente mi tiempo yendo allá, llamamos una semana antes para confirmar y nos aseguraron que mi cita era ese día. Ahora tengo que volver otra vez. Everyone is very kind, helpful & friendly. The hygienist remembered me having a problem with a gagging reflex during the x-rays and that laying too far back in the chair for the cleaning caused me discomfort, so addressed these issues for me as soon as I sat down. I am new to Charlotte and was looking for a dentist, knowing I needed major dental work done I took my time doing research. I read great reviews about Stellar Dental and Dr. Rogers and decided to make a consultation appointment. Upon meeting with Dr. Rogers I explained to her the dental work I needed with my insurance. I was immediately felt at ease because she listened and understood. We talked about a game plan and she made it happen! She gave me back my smile!! She has such a wonderful personality and makes her patients feel so comfortable. Hunter, the dental assistant is so sweet and always smiling! Jackie, who works up front, is not only very efficient but greets you with a smile! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rogers and the staff!
