Although I did not have an appointment, I was greeted cordially and was able to wait comfortably until I was seen by the Doctor. The preliminary persons who took my information, blood pressure, eye pressure and other information were all very friendly and efficient. Dr. Ramirez was, as always, very pleasant and put my mind at rest about the problem I was having with my eye. I am so glad I decided to have the problem checked out professionally instead of just hoping it would pass. We are so blessed to have an eye doctor serving us in Rio Grande City.

Appointment time was at 2:30 and had us seen shortly after, over all it was a great environment. Was over in about thirty minutes or less, staff was very polite and willing to answer any questions I had regarding my sons glasses. Definitely recommend !

I was anticipating my visit since it had been a year already, it was so clean, social distancing was very organized with the amount of patients allowed in the building. Visit was pretty fast. Every procedure was explained, the girls are very friendly. Dr. Ramirez was excellent she explained the process and procedures performed. She did not speed the visit and even had time to figure out which contact lenses would be best suitable.

I was extremely pleased with the fact that I along with my two daughters had appointments at 3:00pm and we were out of the office in an hour. I was expecting to get out of there after 5:00pm. Mrs. Ramirez explained everything in detail and I am thankful for that.

They canceled my appointment when I had arrived at the office. I think that was very unprofessional from the staff, because I had to get to a specific time off work, and I ended up getting my appointment canceled. I also felt that the staff came off as rude while I was being nothing but nice to them.

I was pressed for time that morning (as I am a therapist and had patients waiting myself) and this young lady processed all of my insurance information before hand that way we could all save time! Not sure I understood item #4 correctly. If by "seated" you mean the moment I arrived then it was right away. But if you mean the exact time I saw Dr. Ramirez then it was approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes from my appointment time (9am) to the moment I was attended by her (10:50am). Just saying that it was a long wait but I'm satisfied with Dr. Ramirez's service and I'm happy with her as my eye care physician.

I'm a licensed medical professional with over 25 yrs of experience and I was really impressed with Dr. Ramirez. She was so professional, but very approachable. She has awesome clinical skills and knowledge and has what we call a "great bedside manner". She was super friendly too. Her staff were also friendly and were always checking in on me and other patients in all the different and very beautiful waiting rooms and or exam rooms.

I loved everything about the office staff. Very friendly and courteous! The Dr was excellent and the office was so modern and clean. Only thing that I feel is that the price of the eyeglasses are over-rated. I will shop around and see if in McAllen I can find something more economical and modern of course!

Other than the hour wait time (appt. was at 8:45am and didn't get called until 10:00 am), everything was pretty smooth once I got called in. Dr. Ramirez's assistants moved exams right along and I was satisfied with the way they handled things.
