Always friendly and so efficient! Vey grateful for how well organized the office is—they keep track of the cancellation list so well and always call back with options to be worked in for appointments. At most places, you have to call back yourself to keep checking on potential availabilities. Love Sourhern Dental!

My dental group of 13 years had started letting me down. They had lost the personal touch that I appreciated. The last straw came on the 29th. Within the hour of me walking out of previous dentist I was in the chair having my tooth repaired. No issues, no later date scheduling. The entire team was awesome, the doctor was great and Whitney was awesome staying with me every step of the way. Keep this up!

I have been going to Dr D. Drew and Dr. M Drew for over a decade now in Carrollton and I can honestly say they are not only the most professional and straight forward but honest as well. The front desk staff are courteous , friendly and make you feel right at home and know you by name. Everything is on time and runs smoothly and efficently. I recently moved and was looking for a new dentist, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly professional, and thorough the staff was upon my arrival. The office is located in a quaint southern re-designed home, with a welcoming front porch, which adds to the charm of the office and makes for a warm casual environment. Hailey did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very friendly! I highly recommend this practice if anyone is looking for a new dentist or great dental care.

From the first person that greets you to the last person you see when you are leaving...everyone here is genuinely nice and caring. We have gone here since my kids were old enough to go to the dentist (13 years) and the service/treatment/hospitality has not waivered. It is always clean and well kept. It was the answer to a prayer! After all the time I spent trying to get use to my new dentures Monica tried putting some of the dental wax used with braces around the top of my upper denture and I could talk plain again. I could also eat better, I guess because it allowed them to seal. I got a little nervous when she mentioned a cost to have the lab make changes to the upper one. I was hoping this would fall under making the original more comfortable and allow me to talk more clearly. The original should have been this way. Plus I just got finished paying for them.

I like a phone call reminder and that is all. No, cell phone messages or emails. We always feel welcomed. Don't mind going to the dentist like I used to. They are gentle but do a wonderful job. Kids love the dentist. The only thing I would like different is if it were not so hard to get the 5 of us in around the same time. Early on Friday's are very busy. I know it is because you all are so good. I will try to prevent this by calling a month or two in advance of our scheduled appointment to get another scheduled appointment 8 months in advance. You all are worth it!! Friendly and professional!!

I do not have a problem with another person filling in when there is an illness, but this particular time was different. The lady was nice enough and seemed to have the adequate skills, and I am reluctant to be critical of her. I was not going to complain, but since this survery came...I will go ahead and tell you my experience. Her performance needs work. She removed the floss before putting her gloves on. She did not rinse the teeth nowhere near what I felt was needed...especially the upper teeth. When I left the office...my teeth just did not feel like they had been cleaned sufficiently. Perhaps she may have been a little nervous in filling in for someone else...I don't know. I liked the lady and she was very pleasant. I'm sorry for not giving a positive review. It's not like me to be negative because everyone at Southern Dental have been good to me and my family. I appreciate your professionalism and I plan to be back as usual.

I was extremely unsatisfied with my dental hygienist. If she is registered with GA I would be willing to write a negative review in her file. She was abrasive, rude, inflicted pain without concern several times, when told she was hurting me - she did not inquire in what manner or how it had been hurt - she just applied vast amounts of red burning gel over my gums, sprayed water into the gel which blasted all over my mouth, handed me a vacumn and told me I had to be involved with this process! She then inserted wads of gauze between my lower lip and gum, packed it down with two fingers and once again applied enough pressure that the tender skin felt it was splitting apart. As I was continuing to experience pain, she told me to "smile" it would lessen the tightness of the muscle in my face. In far less time than normal, she said she was done and applied the polish. Please do not ever book my cleanings with this person ever again.

I have been so impressed with Southern Dental. This last appointment is probably one of the best visits to the dentist I've had (and it was to fill a cavity!) The folks were very friendly, the procedure was painless and very quick, and Dr. Drew let me listen to my music which took my mind off the drill.

Every time that I have visited Southern Dental, I have been treated wonderfully! I was extremely nervous during my first visit a couple of months ago because I had not been to the dentist in a long time and I must say that Kristi (I believe that is her name) was so nice and friendly to me. She made me feel very comfortable and I appreciate that! Dr. Armstrong is also very friendly and made me feel welcome. Lastly, Stephanie has always been the assistant who takes me to my appointments and assists whoever is working on my teeth and she's great as well! I'm really grateful to have a dentist office that has all of these great people there!

This was an emergency visit. my crown fell off friday night around 7p. My mom did not get a call back until Sat. had engagement pix scheduled for Monday morning. My only concern was to me this was urgent and would have liked to recieve a call back that night, because if it had been my wedding day the next day i would have been sorely dissapointed. I understand this was not a life or death emergency but i was in pain all night and would have been all weekend if my mom had not called my family dr.Otherwise everything was great. I have a beautiful smile thanks to my dentist, but I was very upset when my tooth just fell out. I had to give 5 stars because they took very good care of me. Just saying.....

Patients are treated as numbers and their ability to pay seems to be more important than healthcare and wellness. Lisa is the sweetest person I have ever known. She has many different roles as I see it; one is her job as a dental hygenist, another for which she probably does not get paid is the willingest to listen to her patient's personal problems. She is one of the easiest people I know to talk to and is soooo understanding. I just love her. Dr. Monica has the same ability to listen and make you feel hopeful when you feel there is no hope. I love them both and appreciate their willingest to go above and beyond the call of duty. I always feel better when I leave their office than I did when I arrived.
