This was by far, the BEST dental experience ever! Hailey was amazing. I was dreading the deep cleaning because of the nerve pain. She made sure that I was entirely numb, and I love that the numbing was done with a rinse instead of injections! Bonus was Dr. Hoover popping in to say hi! I will never dread a dental visit again. I have had a lot of extensive dental work done, half of it was done at another facility. When the other facility closed, I was in a panic to find another replacement. A friend recommended Southbridge, and I've never been happier. I hope Liz never retires!!

My family and I has been patients of Southbridge Dentistry for over 4 years. I can honestly say that Southbridge Dentistry and their staff are absolutely phenomenal!! The front office is friendly, flexible and accommodating to my erratic schedule. They are amazing!! The dental staff are both professional and compassionate towards their patients. I have had extensive work done on my teeth. I have needed crowns, an implant along with root cleanings. I can confidently say that I trust Southbridge for all our dental care!

My recent's appointment was to have an old filling removed and replaced. It involved the usual injection to numb the area etc. Everything was very respectfully and carefully explain to me . It turned out to be the easiest and least painful procedure I think I have ever had. Here it is the next day and I can't even tell that I had anything done.

Very disappointed with check our staff yesterday. My kids were held there because they did not make a payment. We have been at takes practice for over 20 years have always paid our bill and would expect exceptions to be made. The lady who called me acted like we had committed a crime by not paying. Very unprofessional and we are extreme disappointed with Southbridge.

I forgot my hygienist's name, it's the first time I saw her, and the woman who I saw in the past is also absolutely wonderful..but (Sarah?) sorry, whoever I just saw, was incredibly great at not only her job with doing my cleaning (my teeth still feelso great) but she was so patient in getting me settled without it being obvious that she was making me comfortable prior to the cleaning due to my dental anxiety- she was so kind and picked up from the beginning through my sharing about my struggle with anorexia and having just left inpatient treatment, not many people including medical professionals and I would never expect a dentist or hygienist to have knowledge about anorexia...but because I am so sensitive when it comes to anything food/eating related, it really meant so much to me that she told me about how the saliva duct creates plaque - the dentist did his exam am pointed out the bottom of my tongue ring was very dirty with plaque - immediately my brain went to telling myself I am fat, and if I didn't eat anything it wouldn't have been like that, I was so embarrassed and felt so fat - she explained without my even saying anything how the saliva duct is right where that ball rests, and even people on feeding tubes get plaque - it caught my eating disorder from punishing me when she explained that - I can only conclude she has knowledge of eating disorders with how smoothly and quickly she talked me down - I don't know if your staff has training for those of us with ED's, but this helped immensely - aside from doing that as well she was fantastic and super nice. Will be seeing her from now on! :) thank you!!

Been going to Southbridge since Dr. Flood was there; more than 30 years. All my family and lots of friends are patients there. Never had any problems and my teeth are in "great shape" according to Liz and Dr. Barker. I especially like Liz because she really cleans my teeth good; gets all the plaque off each time. I have had a number of dentists over the years. If my past dentists had done the work that was done last night in replacing an old crown (one that has been replaced about four times, needed a root canal and crown lengthening), I doubt that it would have ever needed to have been replaced. Nor would my tooth have needed a root canal and crown lengthening. Their work is amazing. And I'm feel very comfortable in their care. I can easily recommend Southbridge Dentistry for doing crown replacements.

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. So much so that I waited 3 years from my last dental appointment,with another dental group, to get the courage to even schedule an appointment. I enjoy Southbridge Dentistry and trust the people all-working there do a good job...I am a Viet Nam Vet and I could go to the VA and get things done cheaper: but I had some major Dental Work done in the last year and chose you and other's because I feel you are competent Dr.'s. I have good Group Insurance and it just seems as if I never get a good deal on things...Like the people down the hall you referred me to last year...They completely waived my portion of the bill and said, "Thank you for being a Veteran." Whereas, Southbridge just says, "We have to make our books accountable: thus, this is what you pay." And then sometimes I even end up paying more than the original quoted price.

I received superior customer service from everyone I came in contact with. Very impressed with the operation here as everyone knew their role and supported each other as needed. The Dentist was very relaxed which helped me get more comfortable. Enjoyed his conversation and found him to be very passionate and engaged with me as a patient. The administrative staff is very friendly and welcoming, communicating clearly the appointment times, providing reminders and clearly communicating the costs. When receiving care the staff and dentists have consistently taken great care to ensure that I am comfortable. The dentists and staff are very knowledgeable about their work. I feel at ease and confident with the care I have received. I have had some bad luck with a tooth. I have had to have a crown replaced now for the third time in seven years. This is what brought me to Southbridge Dentistry. The crown I received fits extremely well, feels like a normal tooth. I imagine that this crown will have a long life span.

Like the dentist but not all staff. Had hygienist that was way too talkative and kind of crude in her remarks and jokes. Did not appreciate that she said I had an infection (after looking at the xray).... Then when the dentist came in i asked him if the xray looked OK and he said it showed nothing. Also had a crown replaced and it has never been right. Each time I go for checkup they have to file it down to get my bite correct. Still not right. Technician who did crown did not do a good job in my opinion....I shouldn't have to keep having the bit adjusted and see where the crown does not meet my gum line.

I was there for my cleaning and check up. The dental hygienist was very pleasant and very good. Enjoyed her. (Young blonde short hair ) , but the new doctor young woman was pushy about getting my wisdom teeth taken out. I felt judged also found a tiny cavity which she dismissed in importance Over getting my WT pulled. I have had my molars for a long time without issues. Then when I checked out I was charged $41. When I commented it was a preventative care visit I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. I know they do cover 2 cleanings a year. Anyway I fell all you want is to find ways to get my money. I'll go somewhere else.

My sister-in-law has recommended this practice for quite some time. I was hesitant to leave the dentist I had gone to since I was a child. But lately their practice has not been a good fit for me - and when a dental emergency occurred and my dentist office kind of had an attitude about it, I made the switch. You got me in there within a couple of hours without hesitation. Every person from the front desk, the assistant, the dentist - all amazing.

I have been going to Southbridge for many years now. I always have a great experience. Staff is amazing and does a great job. They even were able to do a cleaning on my 3 year old while I was getting my cleaning. I could hear him laughing and joking the whole time. It is very comfortable there and I trust them immensely.

I received incredible, individualized care by everyone I encountered in this office, from the receptionist who cheerfully greeted me, to the assistant who showed me around the office, answered all of my questions, and engaged in conversation with me throughout the appointment, to the doctor who was kind, gentle, and efficient. My family has gone to Southbridge for years and have always had a good experience with them. After changing insurance I had a terrible experience with a different desntist trying to sell me things that I basically did not need. I am very happy to have insurance which allows me to come back to Southbridge. The doctors are great and all of my visits have been as painless as possible. And they are understanding and willing to help on the financial side of things.

Great staff. Everyone brings an extra something to the table that has a 5 star feel to it. I was very impressed by the personal touch everyone gave from the moment I arrived to the follow up reminders as well as a gift and a tour. I wasn't sure if I was on a wine tour or at the dentist... the facility is top notch clean and no one had a sad face which is refreshing from every day life. I could only count one person off the tip of my head that seemed to force a smile but I appreciated the effort and everyone else seemed genuinely happy.

I had an unpleasant reaction to I believe it was the Novacaine substitute. My ebuilibrium was thrown off. It started while I was still "in the chair" but was not sure what it was so said nothing. I staggered down the hallway to the elevator. When I made it to my car I sat there for half an hour before I felt I was able to drive. While sitting at a stop light I realized from my ribs to my toes had to feeling as well my head. I made it home safely by every time I turned I lost my balance and for two days did not walk any distant from a wall or countertop so I could grab on if needed. It was no fun and request my records be noted not to give this "novacaine substiture" to me in the future. Otherwise eveything else was pleasant.

Just moved here from Virginia. I recently started having issues with an old crown. Lots of pressure and pain. I called Southbridge dentistry to see if they could see me right away. Without hesitation, Megan told me to come right over. When I walked in, it was like I was a long time patient. Everyone was very professional and caring of my situation. I got my tooth fixed in and out in less than an hour . Dr. Hoover did a great job great bedside manner very professional . She walked me through the procedure and explained everything that was going to happen and when it was happening and how long it would take that's a real pressure relieve her when you're sitting in the chair . She has a way of taking all of the anxiety out out of the procedure and making you very knowledgeable and what to expect at just the right moment . She should be dressed in a super cape as she is a super dentist .

Dr. Barker is the best listener I've ever encountered in dentistry. I had approached other professionals with my dental problem, and had been told I was imagining it or it was just the inevitable result of aging and I would just have to accept it the way it was. Dr. Barker quickly understood my problem, formed his own opinion on it through an exam, and began the process of solving it. Fabulous!
