Everyone I met was professional and extremely nice. I appreciate being explained what was going on during my cleaning. I also appreciate the level of modern technology being used (text messaging, panoramic x-rays, etc.) This office matches the level of service I would expect at a large well-ran corporate company.

As usual my visit at Smile design went as good as any visit to the dentist can go. Obviously no one enjoys the drilling or getting your teeth worked on period, but Dr. Marin and his staff make as easy as it can possibly be. All the staff are super friendly, really work hard to try to work with your schedule and are really, really good at their job. My mouth has never looked better, gone is all that ugly metal that previous dentist filled it with and my teeth have never been in better shape, alot said for a 62 year old.

Going to the dentist can create quite a bit of anxiety. At Smile Design there is no need to worry. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by the friendly and caring receptionist. Dr. Quinto really puts your mind at rest. His quiet and thoughtful confidence are really appreciated. The entire team works together very well to provide a professional service and take care of you. Despite moving out-of-state halfway through my ortho treatment, I’d still rather cross state lines to see Dr. Marin & team. I don’t think I’d ever find a dental provider to their caliber of quality and care!

It feels like I’m being pressured to buy more procedures then I really need at this time. Instead of saying here is what we recommend for you it’s here’s what you have to have done, let’s get you scheduled. The finance room situation feels like I’m buying a car. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the only who seemed to care about my teeth and my care. The constant phone calls and text are too much.

Once I walked in, receptionist was welcoming. She asked I approach the thermometer at the entrance to the dental rooms to insure i met requirement to continue my appointment. As always, the dental assistant & the Dr. are welcoming, friendly & professional explaining thoroughly procedures a well as recommendations.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Marin for many years, first at West Covina Smiles and now at the Brea location on Birch street. He is very kind, gentle on my teeth, and takes the time to explain everything I need clarification on. The dental hygienists and front staff are very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!

The staff here is friendly and the type of work done is great. Plus everything is explained very thoroughly for you to understand what will happen. I have been coming for years and each time I come in is as if I was a new patient. Meaning they are not fake and put up a front just the first time to get you as a patient. They treat well every time you come in.

Mr. Marin is such a refreshing breath of fresh air. His disposition and professionalism is exceptional and I would highly recommend anyone to see him for your dental needs! The staff is professional and courteous and they really care. The one area that I am most critical about in my experiences with dentist's is...........are they careful with their exams and drilling? Mr Marin is on the top of my list.......One of the most skillful hands and techniques whenever he is working.

Aside from my cousin who is a dentist but lives too far for me to be a patient, Dr. Marin and staff are level 5 stars ALL. THE. WAY. From his PR rep Gisselle who convinced me to visit, to Mayra, Rocio, and Claudia, I cannot contain the RELIEF I felt during and after my visit. And that was my FIRST time there! They definitely pride themselves on giving caring and compassionate service. If you're anxious (like I was), scared (like I was), nervous, excited, have had bad experiences, good experiences... they will work WITH you. You definitely can't say that freely about providers. I'm excited to commend and recommend Smile Design for a great first time experience and am comforted knowing that my dental health, which can affect my overall health, is really their priority and I'm not just another new client. **Dr Marin takes his time explaining his findings, but further emphasizes and supports it with his very own podcasts that you can listen to while you're waiting. Such an "influencer"! Suggestion: Showing a movie or show while you're in the chair getting work done would be great too though! ;)

The oral surgeon who I took my other daughter to was out of the country for 2weeks. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth out ASAP due to the amount of pain she was in. I called on a Saturday and her teeth were removed Monday morning. Staff and doctors were friendly & accommodating and sent her home with a get well basket of oral surgery appropriate treats. Such a pleasant experience and received a follow up call from the doctor the day after. We will definitely be back for our regular dental needs.

Nice people but teeth cleaning was a bit short of 30 minutes and not as detailed as my previous dentist who would normally spend 45 minutes plus.

I won a free exam and x-rays at a local Brea event. Overall, I felt like I was being pressured to buy services. Though the front office staff were kind and friendly, the x-ray person was very quick but was very disappointed with the lack of apology and concern if I was ok after she tripped over the cable and caused the device to rip out of my mouth and yank my head. Then the dentist came and didn't even review my x-rays and pictures before giving a very brief exam. He promptly jumped into all the work he felt I needed and items I need to buy for my lifelong grinding habit (I never have and no previous dentist has ever mentioned it so this is news to me). When I asked about my insurance coverage, it was like an after-thought and told me it was cancelled but they had a great new patient special going on. I called my insurance when I got home and they stated that it was fully active and that all the dentist office (who is in network) just needed to give them was my name and DOB to check coverage.

The staff is very caring and they have a great energy and very informative, Dr. Marin is very gentle when performing procedures he is very thorough when explaining diagnosis, they use state-of-the-art equipment especially the digital x-rays they show instantly and you see more detail than the traditional film x-rays for better diagnosis. I would recommend to family friends and coworkers, Smile design is one of the best Dental Clinics I know by experience.

I recently lost my dentist, one day he was there, another day he was gone. I have such apprehension with dentist, so I was really concerned about who took over his business. However, I had no reason to be concerned, my new dentist Dr. Marin is even better than my last dentist.
