I’ve never had a more thorough examination! She did such a wonderful job explaining everything from my eye comfort with glasses to contacts and what I can do to help with the dryness I have. I felt completely comfortable knowing I was in good hands with an experienced professional who cared about me and my vision! I will use Simpson Optical at Tates Creek every time! The front staff was also friendly and helpful!

Great visit. I felt like all the check in the blocks for checking on my vision were met. Great selection of frames and contacts. My only complaint is the price of frames and contacts. Otherwise, great visit.

I woke up on a Saturday morning with a very irritated eye. I was so grateful that Simpson had Saturday hours and they got me right in. The staff and Dr. Leigh were so friendly and excellent. I turned out that I had a very tiny piece of something lodged in my eyelid. It was easily removed, and I left 100% better. Thank you for your incredible customer service and excellent care.

Terrible experience with contact fitting. The person helping my son was not patient with him at all. Wanted to send him home after 5 minutes (said that he could not do it). My husband was at the appointment, so after I called and complained, they let him stay to complete the fitting, but it was a terrible experience. I have worn contacts for 30 years, and I know that it takes awhile to get used to putting them in at the beginning. I am a professional in the medical field, and I think the way my son was treated is inexcusable. I have been going to Simpson Optical for 20 years, and I will no longer be going there for my own eye care, and I will not take my children back either. The last couple of years, the employees have not been very nice to work with. The guy at the front desk is rude, and most of the employees seem to be put out with working. The doctors are very nice and knowledgeable, but that can't make up for the rest of the staff.

May change locations. Waited on a “brief” hold for over 12 minutes before I hung up (and I was transferred to hold before she finished asking me). Also, the girl up front with the ponytail and glasses is efficient yet not as friendly as the others. Coach her to make sure customer’s experience trumps her admin.

I was very pleased with my visit to Simpson Optical in Tates Creek Centre. My wait to be seen was short. The person who saw me (Leigh) was personable and explained every thing to me including showing me the pictures of my eye. I didn't need new glasses but if I did, they have a great variety from which to choose. I would definitely recommend Simpson Optical for all your eye care needs.

The environment was pleasant, service good, staff polite. A couple of people at the front desk had a stand offish kinda vibe. Vickie helped with my glasses selection, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The attending Dr. was patient, calm, and professional.

Called to schedule an appointment for my son. He was a new patient so I expected to have to wait a few weeks. The gentleman who made the appointment was able to get him in THAT DAY! I was very thankful for this. Everyone was very kind and made my son feel very calm during his appointment. The Dr he saw modified his appointment and used kid friendly terms with him. I highly recommend the Tate’s Creek location. We will definitely be coming back for all of our Eye care needs!

First class service! I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to get me in and also sent me an email just to wish me a Happy Birthday! Who does that these days? My appointment went smooth. Dr. Z. was very nice and patient, making sure I was his only focus during my appointmentime time. I would definitely recommend Simpson Optical for your eye care needs!

I have been going to Simpson Optical for over a year and have been completely satisfied with the services which I have received. The doctors and staff and both qualified and polite. Any and all of my questions were answered and both the doctors and the staff were concerned with my vision needs. I usually arrive early for an appointment, but have never waited for more than 5 minutes before I was seen.
