I have been to numerous Optometrists and by far Simmons Eye Care is the best. From my arrival to my departure I was treated by all the staff as if I was the only patient there. Everyone was amazing.

I’m legally blind in one of my eyes. So, I rely on the other eye to see. I called Simmons eye care anbout my eye swelling. They made me an appointment for that day. I went in, Dr.Creighton looked at my eyes and gave me some eye drops. Then told me that he wasn’t even going to charge me. We need more people like him in this country.

Everyone is friendly - that happens so rarely these days. And I really appreciate the doctor as he listens and takes concerns seriously. From the front desk on each person took the time to help me understand when I had questions and again its not to be taken for granted. Its very very rare to go in public in any fashion and have a pleasant experience from start to finish.

The eye doctor did an excellent job with our eye exams. The ladies who helped us pick out new glasses helped us find the perfect frames at a great price. The pre-examiner helped us to get all acquainted before the eye doctor arrived, and the rest of the office staff did well in scheduling our appointments and helping us find the best deals. They are all professional and helped us get what we needed quickly and effortlessly.

I had been to this eye care practice two years ago but they did not seem to have any records or previous information on me. Before my appointment, I was sent a text with a LONG list of required information. I got all the way to the end 3 times but the app wouldn't allow it to complete. So, thinking it was important I went online and completed the lengthy one on new patients. When I got to the appointment I was asked if I had done the "paperwork" and when I explained I had tried 3 times the receptionist finished my sentence with the words "... it wouldn't complete. It's been doing that" or something similar. I was a little frustrated hearing that because I spent over an hour or more trying to fill out their "paperwork" and if they KNEW it didn't work, why did they send me the link or why didn't they tell me it might not work? And the long one I completed on their website for new patients ... she had no interest in that one. I was given a one-page list of questions to complete and that was it. Also, when I went to check out I learned that I owed $65 when I had never paid for an eye exam before because I have specific insurance for that along with my medical that pays as well. What I found out later was that they had my medical insurance available, but only my eye insurance was listed on their form (it asked for only one insurance) so they didn't even file with my medical insurance until I called later and asked about it.

Walking in the door everything looks and smells clean. Nice, cozy sitting area for waiting. The staff was so nice from reception all the way through to picking glasses. Dr Simmons listened and asked lots of questions and assured me he would figure out what was causing my issue. I have no complaints. Give this clinic a try if you are in need of quality eye care

New to the area and this was my first visit. I went in thinking I needed new contacts and learned the issue is a cataract on my right eye. Dr. Simmons was very thorough and his staff has been great sending my exam results to my family ophthalmologist back home. She went over the insurance policy with me, she was patient with Jack when picking out his glasses asked him what he liked and didn’t like. The only thing I could say, is when we walked in the clinic, they were many girls working at the front desk. Not one greeted or even said hello. As a business owner , walking in the clinic they are the first to represent the company. A hello or thank you would’ve gone a long ways. I personally found it rude. My son and I where the only patients in the clinic at the front at the time. I could understand if they were busy.

Excellent staff that is knowledgeable about your vision needs. Excellent product with quick and efficient service. And Dr. Ford can say enough about him. He is excellent at communicating what he doing and looking for. I will lock them in for future vision needs. Can’t wait to get New Frames and Lenses in and wearing them. 10 stars!

Everyone at Simmons is so nice! Dr. Ford was friendly and professional. He asked me questions that I had not ever been asked during an eye exam. My work, driving, things like that. Plus I got to see the inside of my eyeballs! Very cool. And Brooke was very patient and kind while helping me pick out my new frames. Very happy!

My experience was excellent and for the first time purchased a pair of progressive lenses and frames that fit perfectly and the prescription was aligned perfectly in the lens.
