The office is always clean, the staff is friendly and prepared, and Dr. Baker is a joy to deal with. Aside from the much higher lenses coating services, compared to Zenni and other services for eyewear, it is worth the wonderful service, knowing you individually and always being kind, friendly and helpful. Give them a try.

I was very pleased with my eye exam with Dr. Baker. She took the time to answer questions I had regarding testing my eyes. No hard sell on services that may not have had a specific benefit to my eye health/testing. She gave me information about my eye status that was misdiagnosed elsewhere. I am truly excited about getting my new glasses as I may get the clear vision I've been hoping for. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I went in to drop off a pair of glasses that needed to be fixed and said I was seeing bright lights and seeing a thread in my eye. I knew it was most likely a floater but they checked to make sure it was not my retina detaching itself. I so appreciated them looking into it right away.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. The appointment had zero wait time. Also, my daughter was visiting from out of town, and needed her glass frames adjusted. Even though she is not a patient of Dr. Baker, the staff adjusted her glasses for a better fit at no charge. Wonderful!

This was truly a very superior experience. I was met at the door by a very friendly receptioist. Offered hand sanitzer. Thoughtout the total process I felt very safe. Dr. Baker and her whole staff were very professional and answered and explained each question. This was a very positive experience starting with a clean and pleasant waiting area. The facility seemed to have all the latest equipment. Dr. Baker was thorough, professional and very clear about what she found with my eyes. The selection of lens and frames was impressive. On top of this, the staff was great. It was our first time with Dr. Baker and we were very impressed. Her office and staff are very pleasant. Lots of choices of glasses to choose from. I will be back at some point to choose some sun glasses as they have some neat styles! Dr. Baker explained each procedure well and what she was doing. She is very thorough and I was pleased to see that she did all the same tests as my Dr. did downstate in the Lansing area. She is up-to-date on all the latest techniques and tests.

I've been going to Dr. Baker for some time now. When I had developed cataracts in both eyes, she referred me to Dr. Kohli in Escanaba. She seems to do an excellent exam and is very careful to go over things thoroughly. It's nice to have someone in Manistique who also does diabetic eye testing. Saves trip time and money to go out of town.

She did not hesitate to refer me asap. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. After having the cataract taken care of, I will be back to Dr. Baker to pick out glasses. Then, I will return for my annual check-up.

Very good & very professional experience. Just as a note to Doctor Baker, I will not be able to take the eye vitamins as the label shows they are 70% fish oil and I have a significant allergy to fish of any kind.

I was so impressed with Dr. Baker and her staff. She is very thorough and professional, and does not rush. The office makes great use of the latest technology, and the staff and optician are fun, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Baker and her staff to friends, family and patients (I am an RN).

My visit was pleasant and quick. Dr. Baker was perfect and Jody was too. She got the jist of what I was looking for and helped me choose a frame. In fact, she dug into her new stock that wasn't even in the computer. She picked out a really bomb, lively frame, and I loved it.
