The appointment was on time. Jill, the technician, was very thorough ,pleasant and professional. She answered all my questions. Dr Luong came at end of cleaning to give final exam and all went well. And a huge relief in this appointment was that I did not have to check out or pay since there had been issues with my dental insurance before, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all is running smoothly now. I have been seeing Dr Luong for 10 years, a great practice, and the dental insurance issues were upsetting for me.

Your office and its staff were, as always outstanding! I got a reminder for my appt, was greeted promptly and cheerfully (at 0740 no less) by front desk staff. For the first time in years, I feel comfortable coming to a dentist. Dr. Luong and Dr. Nguyen and their staff are very polite, kind and very professional. They do a great job of explaining procedures and what to expect. The staff is very efficient with minimal wait times and the background music is very soothing which is great for someone who has had a fear of dentistry for a long time due to unpleasant experiences in the past.

I have been going to Serenity Dental and Dr. Luong for 10 years and highly recommend both her staff and her. She runs one of the most efficient offices I have ever seen. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The hygienist does a very thorough job and makes you feel at ease - explaining everything she is doing in a very polite way. She really cares about her patients. Dr. Luong always exceeds my expectations. She reviews your chart, recommends next steps and works with you during the process. She is a doctor that is honest with you on work that needs to be done and she is willing to take a 'let's see attitude' on items that may need to be done in the future. The technology in her office is impressive - she can build you a crown in one hour - you don't have to wait weeks for crowns.

Always a wonderful experience. My new hygienist, Jill, was amazing! My teeth are so clean and the all plaque buildup was removed. I am very particular about my teeth and noticed they were starting to "shift". The team was excellent and they are coming up with a plan to solve my night-clenching issue, as well as the shifting of my teeth :). They don't waste any time to help you and their knowledge is amazing! They have the most updated technology to keep your oral health in check.

For many years I had a great fear of going to the dentist due to bad experiences I had as a child. The first time I went to Serenity Dentistry, I noticed immediately the calm, friendly atmosphere and the way Dr. Luong and her staff went out of their way to make me feel relaxed. When performing dental procedures Dr. Luong is always careful to make them as comfortable and painless as possible. She has put crowns on several of my molars and, most recently, put some on my two front teeth. I was apprehensive about how they would look, but she took great care to make sure they came out perfect in size, color, and placement. I am happy to say I am now proud of my smile, and I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist! I highly recommend Serenity Dentistry Spa to anyone who wants to go to an excellent dentist with an equally excellent staff.

Other than an unpleasant situation with the admin staff a year or so ago, I have had nothing but 100% satisfactory dealings with Dr. Luong and her medical techs in the ten years I have been a patient. I've put the unpleasant situation behind me and plan to continue using Serenity Dental for future care. In this day and age of slack medical care, I feel fortunate to have a competent, knowledgeable dentist. If you need a crown, the entire procedure can be accomplished in one day, not over a period of several. That's awesome!

As always, Serenity Dentistry Spa is outstanding. Stephanie was my hygienist and was outstanding - read that as friendly, courteous and - most of all - competent as they come. I also appreciate Dr. Luong and Dr. Ngyuen (spelling??) checking my teeth at the end of my cleaning. Finally - and this is a big deal - Jimmy followed up on a recommendation he made several months. Excellent dental practice and dentist. Have only been going a year but am so impressed. They have it together - work like a well oiled machine. Latest equipment, make crowns in their own office for same day install, computerized everything including a “wand” that goes in your mouth to take X-rays of teeth; no more cardboard pieces jammed in their for the “picture” to be taken. Individualized service and they listen to the patient. No pressure. This is the real deal.

Dr Luong has been my dentist for over ten years now, as well as my husband’s. We would not ever switch doctors. Shortly after moving to The Villages, Dr. Luong fixed a problem I had that no other previous dentist was able to amend. It certainly made my life a great deal less painful and I was very grateful.
