Such a great experience each time I visit this office. Everyone is kind, sincere, professional and Dr Schmitz is "one of a kind." I would recommend this staff to anyone that has had a "not so great experience" in the past. I have been a patient here for more than 30 years, and have always enjoyed exceptional care. I have crowns that are 30 years old. Dentistry here is both meticulous and gentle. They adhere to the best practices of dental service. However, on this visit and for the first time I felt really uncomfortable after discovering that the treating hygienist was unvaccinated . This makes me feel anxious and unsafe. I would like my future care to be delivered by a team member who is fully vaccinated.

My dental hygienist and Dr. Schmitz were wonderful! This was the first time I had received a root scaling that did not hurt and without needles!! I, like many others, are completely terrified of needles and while the option they used won't work for everyone (and will not work for my left side root scaling), I'm grateful for the option. They are also honest and will not propose unnecessary, expensive dental work. Instead, they spend time explaining options and what will and not work in the long-run. This is not a team who encourages expensive quick fixes over long-term dental health. Way to go!!!

Absolute state of the art technology. Yet the most friendly atmosphere. My teeth have never felt cleaner and there was no grinding or pressure on my gums. I love the fact that the technician filled me with vital information regarding my teeth yet she was personable and carried on a conversation of other sorts while doing an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The Dr. was very warm and friendly. I simply lived the experience and can't wait for my next visit.

I am very pleased with everything about Schmitz Dental Care. The office in Ste. Genevieve where I lived before was not able to find me an appointment until August or September, and my insurance from my job would have expired. Jacqueline found a cancellation and was able to get me in within a week. Mary was great as she cleaned and took x-rays. The cooperation among the staff was impressive. I will be glad to have Dr. Schmitz as my dentist, even if I end up moving to another city.

I have a dental phobia but Dr. Schmitz and his staff are so nice and gentle that it makes my visit easy. They always make sure that I'm comfortable and know what to expect. Their work is exemplary. This year I had the unfortunate experience of having to get 2 crowns. The fit is perfect and there was nothing to even have to get used to.
