So to be 100% transparent I have no idea who this dentist is. I live in Washington state and have never been to Ohio nor does anything there interest me. I have somehow gotten onto his email list confusing me with some other patient. It’s okay I always confirm the appointment. To avoid any confusion in the future you may want to look up who the real patient is and fix the email they have on file.

Dr. Long is by far the best dentist I’ve had. He’s very through to give you the best results for your dental needs. He is very sensitive to give you a very low-or-no pain experience. My most recent visit was for a crown that was a little difficult, but Dr. Long really worked to make me comfortable through the entire procedure. I don’t have my usual “dental fear” when walking into his office now. He does a super job taking care of my teeth,:and I highly recommend him to my family & friends.

The office staff, the hygienist, and the dentist are most courteous, professional, and skilled. I have never had to return to relieve an issue from a previous visit. Wait time is minimal, and the hygienist and dentist answer all questions thoroughly. Every office visit has been completely satisfactory and enjoyable.

Dr. Ryan and Tara were both very kind, and very attentive. They took the time to walk me through the different stages of my check-up appointment. Tara would frequently check in with me as to how I was doing during the cleaning process, which was painless! This was the best experience I have had at a Dentist appointment. My husband and I just moved to the area, and agree that we will definitely adopt Dr. Ryan and his team as our primary Dentist going forward.

I am happy with Dr. Long and the dental care I receive. The reason I marked a 9, is that on my last check-up/cleaning, I had been in the dental chair for approximately 50 minutes (during which I did get a cleaning), but Dr. Long was still not available to come in for the check-up as he was with another patient. I was not able to stay longer to wait for his availability, so had to cancel the dentist check-up.

My husband & I are so happy that we found Dr. Long! He & his staff are top notch. Always friendly, accommodating & concerned for our comfort. We searched a long time for a good dentist after our longtime dentist retired. We are above thrilled to have found Dr. Long. He is patient, kind, thorough & his work is excellent. We have had fillings & several crowns, with no pain nor discomfort. Carol cleans our teeth & she is great! No pain & shes a very nice person. There's never a wait over 5 or 10 minutes for any appointment. We highly recommend Dr. Long & his office!

It has been my experience that Dr Ryan is an extremely kind and thoughtful man. He takes time to explain what's going on. He doesn't push to try to have me do anything that I'm not comfortable with. I feel that I have found a dentist who cares more about me as a patient than he does about pushing procedures just to add cost. I am happy that I have found his practice.

A fantastic dental office. Have never waited more than 5 mins to be taken back. Everyone is very professional, but also very warm. Dr. Long is awesome, and genuinely seems to care about your feelings on things. I had an unexpected surgery last year within two weeks of an extraction, not only did he personally call to check up after the extraction, he called to see how I was doing after a major surgery. This place is amazing.

I am very impressed with Dr. Long and his staff. Dr. Long makes himself fully available to me as a patient and answers any questions I may have. He doesn't use high pressure tactics and tries to help you keep costs down. He provides the extra time needed to insure you have the most comfortable experience possible. His staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. They give you an honest assessment without being judgemental. They are very encouraging when discussing opportunities to improve your oral health. The reception and billing staff are very helpful with billing questions and authorizations for extended care issues. I highly recommend Dr. Long and his staff for dental care. Dr. Long was recommended to me by a dear friend and I have now recommended him to several family and friends.

I wouldn't have him change a thing except have two dental hygienists at all times instead of only one. If you come with a Spouse, or a Mother or Father, or children, and you both have back to back appointments, you will wait until the other person is done which can be an hour. They don't warn you when making the appointment that there will be only one hygienist that day. Make sure to ask when picking a day to come back! When your appointment cards show an hour apart, it will be an hour wait for the second person.

Had a filling replaced and DID NOT experience one iota of pain, starting with the Xylocaine (aka "Lido") application on my gums and on to the dreaded "needle" for further numbing effects. DID NOT feel any needle pain, whatsoever, as Dr. L has a very gentle touch. The drilling and rest of the procedure was absolutely no issue for me. Amazing! Pain-free procedure for the first time in many years of going to the dentist. My former dentist retired and I switched to Dr. Ryan 1/2 yr. ago on advice of my good neighbors. Now, let me recommend him too!!

I have gone to this office for 6 years now under four different dentists, all of whom were and are excellent, so I have no complaints on that score. Equally important to me, since I seldom have any serious dental work to be performed, is the quality of the staff. The front office staff, the dental assistants, and the dental hygienists, are all helpful, kind and efficient, which makes going to the dentist a pleasure rather than a pain, though I must confess I hate the x-ray process. But Shelly, in particular, is most kind, solicitous and quick in performing this necessary function.

One is always a little leary going to a new dentist, wondering will they make sure your numb before they drill, will it be painful? Dr. Long pleasantly surprised me with the first "no pain" numbing procedure I've ever had and then the follow up call to make sure everything was okay was so unexpected but genuine. The whole experience was good (as far as going to the dentist gets!) and the ladies in the office as always are great!
