I enjoyed chatting with her. We drive over a half hour to get to this dental practice because we trust that our teeth are being well taken care of. Of course, we loved seeing Violet and giving her some attention, too.

Was very happy after leaving my cleaning appointment last week. Hadn't been to a dentist for a couple years and have always been timid and after having a bad experience at a prior dentist I wasn't looking forward to it. My hygienist I forgot her name was awesome. She was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had and was very kind and gentle with me as I had requested. I'm a big baby lol. Wasn't bad at all and felt great afterwards. I'm glad I made the move to this practice. The online reviews helped me choose and the receptionists are extremely nice and easy to talk to. Another thing that is noticeable after talking to many other offices. Very clean. Very happy and won't be scared of my next visit much appreciated. Craig Welling

My technician cleaned my teeth very well. I was very happy with her work. Dr Khetarpal saw a cracked tooth and was able to crown the tooth the same day - typically it takes 2 weeks with a temporary crown. It was a long visit but well worth it. I also never had a scan of my teeth to get the crown or to fit a mouth guard. In the past I had to endure a mold which is very uncomfortable. I truly appreciate everyone that I encountered during my visit.

I haven’t been to the dentist since I was 18 or so getting my wisdoms removed. I could never afford it previously, but now I’m in a position to do so. I went in feeling so embarrassed and they really put my mind at ease. It was good to know my teeth weren’t about to fall out my gead, that most of my issues could be resolved by a cleaning and filling service.

Don't really have an issue with the visit itself. I was greeted promptly and the dental assistant did a good job with my cleaning. My issue is Dr. Kheterpal's availability (or lack thereof). I came to this dentistry based on recommendation. However, it seems like at just about every visit she is unavailable. Not to mention that I had an important concern/question that the dental assistant was not qualified to address. I was also told that Dr. Kheterpal would be in later and I would receive a phone call regarding my concern. I never received that call. Dr. Kheterpal is an excellent dentist (probably one of the best I have ever had) which is why I am giving a 3 star rating. However, good luck on her being available for your appointment.

I have a lot of work needing to be done. They took the time to assess the situation correctly, clearly communicated the next steps, and devised a long-term plan to begin addressing the issues. I like that they are presenting various options and helping coordinate care across multiple providers. I don't like the dentist, but this was an outstanding experience.

I was seen very quickly. The hygienist explained everything that she was doing. She answered my questions about "electric" toothbrushes and had Dr. Khetarpal answer my question about using baking soda on my teeth. Dr. Khetarpal told me to let her know if I have any pain with biting since an old filling is cracked. As I left I was able to make my next appt. And I had the opportunity to pet the dog!!!

I came in for my normal cleaning since my regular office recently closed and this was the closest place to me. Staff was very nice. However, the experience felt like a complete fleecing from the very beginning. I had more X-Rays/pictures taken than I have ever had at a dentist, and when I asked the assistant about this she said they do that so insurance companies will pay for procedures. After the last image the assistant (who is not a hygienist or dentist) immediately told me I had gum disease and they were probably going to want to do a root scaling. The hygienist came in and confirmed this, then the dentist spent about a minute with me and essentially said (albeit in a polite way) I will not clean your teeth because you need root scaling, feel free to go somewhere else if you don't agree. My husband has gum disease and has been through that procedure so I know a bit about it. I went somewhere else--actually got opinions of 2 additional established and respected dentists who told me I had some areas I needed to pay attention to, but that I definitely did NOT need root scaling. I now have wonderfully clean teeth and a plan to keep them in good condition and did not have to go through that painful and expensive process. Maybe regular cleanings don't pay enough and you want more insurance money, but I definitely will not be coming back.

My wife and I recently moved to the area and didn’t know where to go to take care of our dental needs. We found Dr. Ruchika Khetarpal online. Reviews the website and felt led to give her a try. We are so glad we did. I travel a lot and had to reschedule my appointment many times. This was handled in a very professional manner. All of the office staff was very attentive to my needs. The procedure (cleaning) was gentle and very informative. Then Dr. Khetarpal came in to assess my situation and a plan to proceed was put into place. The entire staff is down-home and friendly. They'll work with you (I'm a cash patient). Had descaling done top and bottom both sides over two visits. Didn't feel a thing. Came in for a third visit where they polished everything up....for free. They have early appointment times so you don't have to miss a lot of work. We developed a treatment plan. Had a couple cavities filled. First rate work. It's nice to smile again.

I found Dr. K on Google reviews. Called at 830a 8/29 to see if I could get an appt the same day for some inflammation and pain to my 2 front teeth. They scheduled me for 11a. Staff and Dr. K were awesome and examined my issue as well as took x-rays. Wrote me an Rx and referred me out to Perio specialist scheduled for next week. Couldn't have asked for better. This is my dentist here in Cincinnati, OH until otherwise. 5 stars for sure!

My first visit to Dr. Khetarpal's office was excellent. I had to find a new dentist because my previous dentist closed his office. I am very happy that I found Dr. Khetarpal's office. The staff was very helpful with answering my questions about insurance coverage and helping me schedule my appointment. Amy did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth at my appointment - they have never felt so clean! Amy took pictures of each of my teeth so I was able to see the back of each tooth so I know where to focus brushing in the future. Dr. Khetarpal was very personable when she met with me and she spent a good amount of time with me answering questions. I recommend Dr. Khetarpal's office to anyone looking for a professional, thorough, and convenient dentist.

The best thing about Dr. Khetarpal's office is there are no threatening notes about being 15 minutes late. When you are late they don't get mad at you and say to make a new appointment for another day. They are nice to you and take care of you. To them, you most definitely are a person and treat as such.

My kids actually like going to the dentist, and they want to impress Dr. Khetarpal so it is easy for me to implement healthy habits at home without aggravation (most of the time). They've been going since they were three, and I couldn't be happier with how all the staff have treated my little guys. Dr. Khetarpal remembers everyone in our family, what our issues are, and even personal details about our lives. My dental situation needed some work when I started going, and now things are excellent. She helped me with realistic solutions that fit my financial reality and busy lifestyle. By far my best dental experience! From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by name and with a friendly smile. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes and was called back. I was examined and after meeting with Dr Khetarpal, she took the time to really explain what was going on with my mouth and listened thoughtfully as I voiced my concerns. She worked with me to make a care plan and explained everything. The assistant that cleaned my teeth was very sweet and did an excellent job. She answered all of my questions. She did a fantastic job and didn't hurt me once, even though my mouth has multiple cavities. After walking me to the counter to check out, the nurse already had my care plan ready with prices and after explaining it to me she was able to get me an appointment where I can have it all done in the same day! Every single staff member I came into contact with was so friendly, professional and helpful. I have already referred my entire family to this practice.
