Everyone at Roseville Optometry Associates is very professional and helpful, especially Dr. Nguyen. They fit me in on very short notice when I had a concerning issue with one of my eyes. The front is roomy and they keep their testing equipment and eye ware clean. They also have a great selection of eye ware to choose from.

Great place to get your eye exam, they are very thorough and extremely nice. The doctor provides clear detail on the exam and treats you like family. Thank you all at ROA for the last minute appointment for my new scary vision problem, they were quick and considerate of my concerns and helped put me as ease with a same day appointment! I was hesitant to return because of poor customer service by the front desk staff in the past (during the pandemic) that both my daughter and I experienced … …but both the Doctors were so great for this problem oriented visit, they were attentive and kind and also the Front Desk too!

This was my first visit to Dr. Nguyen’s (Snow) practice. I appreciate the professional etiquette and transparency that is immediately visible. I had previously scheduled a visit at another office (not associated with this one) and had to cancel my visit at the time of service as they required I pay out-of-pocket for an extra test, which was not clearly stated upfront. However, the same test was optional at Dr. Snow’s office and at a lower price. The office space is clean and welcoming, with unique modern touches throughout, which is a nice surprise when you first walk in. Dr. Snow and her staff are very friendly and competent, and give you individualized care during your visit. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Both Gerry and I were very impressed with Dr Christine Nguyenm in her though exam, her tenacity to get information that is difficult with a patient that has such bad cataracts., and her review of her findings and follow-up with us and with Dr Lee to whom she referred him. Both my husband (Gerald DeNardo) the patient, and I are retired physicians and Professors of Medicine at UCDavis. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the office staff, and obvious care of patients.

Hello. Since my Optometrist retired (been going to him for over 30 years), I was excited coming to Roseville Optometry Associates based on your reviews and reputation. My eyes have taken a tremendous toll over the years as a computer applications high school teacher, and I am due for cataract surgery in my right eye. As a new patient, I am very disappointed. I simply wanted to get an exam and hopefully an updated prescription on my reading and driving glasses. On my initial visit everything seemed fine. Both Office Staff and Dr. Kaur were very courteous and professional. On my second visit I came to pick up both new pairs of lenses for my existing frames. To my surprise Dr. Kaur was not around to check and see if my new prescription was accurate. When I tried on my new reading glasses a foot away seemed very clear, but anything further was blurry. I was thinking how I am going to see my computer screen with getting ridiculously close. And when I started driving off with distance glasses, I realized they are worse than the old ones I have. I am so lost for words, how both prescriptions could be so far off? And was wondering why there was no follow-up from the doctor checking in, maybe giving me an explanation what might have happened. I hope my visit with Dr. Christine Nguyen Snow will help me see to the best of my ability & get everything resolved!

Roseville Optometry Associates has a friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Christine Snow (nee Nguyen) provides a thorough, careful, and comprehensible exam. She clearly explains issues for eye health. The office staff helps with frame choices and searches for special frames, but they do not pressure one to make any purchase. They explain clearly all price choices. I have been coming here for several years, and I will continue to do so.

I was taken back in a very timely manner. Given the appropriate tests, then Dr, Nguyen came in and advised me my RX has changed. The entire visit was very professional, yet fun! They are following Covid protocols really well. The staff is super friendly and engaging. Depending on the wait time between patients they will take care to get other things done so you don’t feel the wait. They really all work well together. Everything about this office and the doctors is five star. The offices need clean and tidy. All staff are exceedingly professional and polite. Very helpful when it comes to picking out glasses and explaining costs. I feel confident that I am getting the best care possible as their equipment appears to be state of the art. I called as I experienced a "flasher" that was intermittent for multiple days. Although no appointment was available I was told the doctor wanted to see me and the staff had me come in so I could be fit in between appointments. Given this, I did not feel rushed at all. When doctor Nguyen was able to see me she was extremely thorough in examining my eyes and explaining the situation which included answering several questions I had until I felt comfortable. Roseville Optometry addressed the needs/ concerns to provide their patients and staff with a clean, sanitized office space. In addition, a health evaluation was provided and filled out before the patient entered the facility. Equipment/ seats were wiped down before the patient used them and the area used for eye glass adjustments/ fittings were spaced six feet apart. I felt very comfortable during my visit.

I had an urgent issue and needed to be seen right away. I was very happy that Dr. Nguyen was able to squeeze me in within a couple of hours. Her explanation of my situation did a lot to ease my mind about my condition. I got prescription Oakley Sun glasses. Everything seemed to go well except when I look to the side of myperipheral any still object seems to be moving I think due to the curvature of the lens. Also the glasses are so light weight they don't stay put on my nose they seem to write-up too high. I'm constantly pulling them back down, probly not a good idea for plastic lenses in such a light weight frame. I would have liked to have known more info before I decided on these frames with plastic lens.

The women at the front are always so delightful on the phone and in person! The ladies here were very helpful and patient when I picked out my frames. The doctor always listens and cares at each of my exams. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff is what brings me back every time! The office is always so clean and calming, especially the sink for the contacts is spotless and the frames are in good condition and well organized. I recommend Roseville Optometry to anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Keep up the excellent service! :)

I saw Dr. Christine for the first since Dr. Julie retired and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. ( I wasn't sure, since I loved Dr. Julie ) My tests and exam were done with expertise and I very much appreciated Dr. Christine's explanation of my results and answering all my questions. I learned a lot ! Everyone is very nice and so helpful, start to finish 👍💜 5 STARS
