Everyone was very friendly and did a very thorough cleaning of my teeth. Feedback was very positive and helpful. I have to come back to take care of some issues. So looking forward to getting my teeth fixed and healthy. Both the hygienist and Dr. Dakin did a super job.

I had a broken crown. The fix was easy and inexpensive. The company was great! I am NOT a fan of the dentist chair, but I was not nervous. They explained the darkness on my tooth as being like a tattoo from old sliver filling, making me feel much better about it. Love Doc and the staff!

A visit to Dr. Dakin’s office is always a pleasant experience. Many kudos go out to Jaimie, she is a excellent hygienist and a very professional part of their team. Dr. Dakin Is thorough and stays on top of the latest dental technology. From front receptionist to hygienist to Dr. A great experience. I can’t recommend enough.

Dr. Dakin was my first dentist as a child and has been my returning adult dentist for over a decade. I’ve been to two other dental practices in between when my family moved from Wichita and now that I am back in town I’m happy to be back here as well! His office staff and his support staff are always friendly, always knowledgeable, they always take the time to fully listen to me and to make sure all of my issues are addressed. Dr. Dakin is forever patient and embodies all of the same traits as his staff. I have chronic sinus issues and am slightly claustrophobic, and when I go in for cleanings or dental work some days I’m a little more stuffy than others and just need to pause and get some fresh air. The staff all know this and they’re okay with giving me a little break when I need it if I just raise my hand, we take a minute or two for them to sit back and let me see open space and clear my mouth, and then we continue and it’s smooth sailing. I appreciate that when I have any questions the doctor and hygienists listen and answer openly, and have never acted like I’m taking too long or asking something stupid. My flex account, for some reason, has profiled almost all of my dentist appointments as frivolous, and insists on documentation for everything. The front desk is always quick to provide everything I need without question. Every time someone talks about a need for a dentist I make sure to mention everyone at Dr. Dakin’s office. I can’t imagine better care anywhere else.

He cares about his patients and he explains every step he will take in treating your dental problem and he checks throughout the procedure to see if you are okay or are feeling any pain. I also appreciate how quickly I can get an appointment when I'm having a dental problem.

Dr. Dakin is a fantastic dentist. He is clearly knowledgable, has state of the art equipment, and a staff that is friendly and experienced. Everyone has an innate fear of the Dentist and of pain. I can honestly tell you that Dr Dakin comes really close to delivering pain-free dentistry. He knows what he is doing and it shows.

My family and I have been patients for over 30 years. If we have a dental problem, we are immediately worked in so we don't have to wait. Dr. Dakin is a good listener, asks questions, explains the dental problem and how he will treat it. Throughout the procedure he also checks on the patient's comfort. What I like is when he tells me in advance during the procedure what he's getting ready to do.

This week I had a gum-line surface filling replaced that fell off last week. It looks so much better than the one that was formerly there (done by another dentist), is smoother and also matches better. Very happy with it and Dr. Dakin's chair-side manner. I've looked at it repeatedly enjoying how good it looks and feels. All of the staff is great and I always enjoy my appointments.

The dentist is not my favorite place, but Julie always puts me at ease and we have a wonderful visit and no pain. Always seeing Dr. Dakin after my cleaning and going over my care is another special experience after each visit. Dr Dakin has been our dentist for over thirty years. We have had excellent care. We’ve had root canals, crowns, and infections and he has provided excellent speedy care for both my husband and I. Plus, we love the new offices!

I have use Dr Dakin for 2 decades and just when I thought he couldn’t do any better…he did! His new anesthetic is as close to magic as you can get. Not only was there NO pain from the needle but there was none of the usual numbness that we all know too well. Dr. Dakin has always been on the cutting edge but now he has really stepped up his game.

I am thankful my friend suggested Dr. Dakin to me. He's very professional, makes a person feel like you've been friends with him for a long time. In years past, I've hated going to the Dentist, now, I don't mind it at all. I'd chipped a front tooth, Dr. Dakin worked me in a fixed me up in no time flat.

I love my new crowns. So thankful to be at the end of this process. Went directly to the ortho for a retainer after my crowns were done. They had to confirm which were the crowns as they were such a great match. Thank you for bringing my smile back.

I am always greeted by name when I come in for my appointment. Everyone is very friendly, they ask about family members, and I leave in a better mood than when I came. I have been afraid of dentists since I was a child, but the warm atmosphere at Dr.Dakin's office does a lot to put me at ease.

Dr. Dakin always saves the day for me. I am going on vacation, I had a piece of my crown break off 48 hrs before departure. I called and they worked me in to save the day. Admit it, no one likes going to the dentist. I have to admit Dr. Dakin makes it quite easy and actually fun if you can believe that. I love his state of the art equipment and technology. No more waiting on your xray to be developed in the dark room! He can make your crown right there while you wait. No more waiting 2 weeks with a piece of copper on your tooth. He has a great staff to back him up. His daughter is the receptionist. A friend of mine introduced Dr. Dakin to me, boy am I glad she did, thank you Tamra. I've had several different dentists in my lifetime. I wouldn't trade Dr. Dakin for all the tea in China! haha

I needed to get in quickly due to a broken crown and they were able to squeeze me in. They were friendly and cheerful. They created a new crown right then & there with their state-of-the-art equipment. This was a great experience especially since I needed to head out of town a few days later for a speaking engagement. I was able to present without a hole in my smile.

Since childhood I've never liked going to the dentist. But all my experiences at Dr. Dakin's office have been as comfortable and relaxed as one can be in a Dr.'s office. Dr Dakin was gracious enough to get me in quickly when I lost a crown on a tooth near the front of my mouth. Because he had originally created the crown he was able to use my records and have a new one ready when I showed up. A few minutes in the chair and I was on my way to greet the world with a full smile.

When you told me to "bite down" on the new crown, I wish I'd known to fill my cheek with air first before biting down, because I've got a nasty bite gash on the inner jawline now which was the only unpleasant result of your wonderful work! Don't have any recourse when I am there on Thurs, have problems on friday or over weekend. No emergency options. Thankfully, I figured something out, and I thank you for your help.

I think it would be very thoughtful if your"no insurance "clients would get a percentage discount as I know with Insurance companies, a write-off is taken.And those who pay cash up front should get a percentage off too!
