My vision was getting worse and worse. After visiting an Ophthalmologist and two different Optometrists no one was able to help me. Finally, I visited Dr. Schuetz at Revolution Eyes and after completing my exam she said, "I'd love to sell you a pair of glasses but that won't fix your problem". She went on to explain I have an eye condition that effects less than 6% of the population and guided me through referrals on the best treatment. After undergoing surgery to correct the condition I went back to Dr. Schuetz for those new glasses I wanted! I am so thankful for her correctly diagnosing my issue when several others missed it. The whole staff there is great!

I've been going to Revolution Eyes for several years now. They tell me that physically, I'm a boring patient because I still have good vision. So, I don't have much experience with their more advanced services or products, but I can say that their annual checkup process is amazing. I quickly take all the tests, then review with Dr Ciano. They seems to have all the latest tech to make that process very efficient.

I have been a patient of Dr. C’s back when he first came to Indiana and hadn’t open his own practice yet. He has always been so sharp and on top of new treatments and trends while staying true to what is best for his patients. He has grown his practice and added several new optometrists who are wired just like he is as far as providing “better than expected,” customer service! Top Notch! I love just talking live, family, etc., with Dr. C at my yearly exam. Dr. C is very involved in the community and even helped me get a new pair of glasses for a young man who was in the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center. Dr. C is a great optometrist, and an even better person! Appreciate you Dr. C!

I had a floaters in my eye and called immediately. They got me in the next morning and found concern to expedite my care. They got me into a specialist right away. I was a few minutes late to my appointment due to some construction, but was immediately assured that it was no problem. I was taken through the vision screening and eye tests within minutes of my arrival. All of the tests, and the results, were shared and explained right away. My wait to see the doctor was about 5 minutes. She was very friendly and professional. She patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I checked out with minimal fuss, and was on my way. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Ciano is the best eye doctor in Indiana. Thanks to his expertise, he discovered a serious issue in my daughter's brain through an eye exam! My family has tried numerous places over the years. Not only is he a great person in general, but his eye glasses and products are top notch! His pediatric store "Little Eyes" was a HUGE game changer for my kids, who frequently broke their glasses! I arrived early for my appointment, was greeted by name and immediately taken to an examining room. After four brief eye tests I was ushered to another room and administered an eye chart test before meeting with Dr. Ciano. He then allowed me to view and discussed the results of my initial eye tests and performed additional tests before pronouncing me with excellent eye health. From the time I arrived to the time I left was no more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Revolution Eyes and Dr. Ciano for your eyecare needs!

My visit was with Katherine last Saturday. I was very impressed by the new advance equipment and the ability to compare your eyes health with previous exams done in the office. I have special needs as far as the clarity of my prescription. I read historical data all day and being able to get a clear image is important. I was tested for all eye diseases and was good to go. I appreciate the time Dr. Ciano spent with me explaining how he was going to address my eyesight needs. We found Dr. Schuetz because of her Little Eyes office for kids. Both of my girls go there and we love it. When it was time for me to need more contacts, instead of my usual "just call Sam's or Costco and get in today to see someone and get my prescription" I decided it was time to be a bit more responsible and get a proper eye doctor. The experience, seeing the same doctor year after year, the office setting, the equipment, it's just a different experience than the other places. And in a good way, of course. Dr. Schuetz is just amazing, so positive and smiley. Just like with the kids, she's encouraging, understanding, and goes with the flow. I sleep in my contacts. Should I? No. But that's what I do and she knows lecturing me won't change my behavior, so she very briefly explained why it's not the best and we moved on to what I should wear, why, and how that works with my lifestyle. Just having that understanding of "patients are going to do what they're going to do" and doing the perfect mix of "let me tell you as your doctor and I need to say it" and then move on to "it's working for you so let's tweak this but keep that"----she's so great. Even though she's 30 minutes away, to drive there for myself and two kids is WORTH IT. I've sent a few 'little' friends her way already and will continue to do so.

My daughter and I have been patients of Revolution Eyes and Dr. Ciano for a few years now. His facility is always at the top level of professionalism. Their location is always maintained very well regardless the situation. I also really appreciate the program they offer to those who do not have vision insurance coverage. I was finally able to have my annual eye exam on May 7th, 2020 during this COVID-19 state reopening phase. I was so impressed by the over and above complete attention to safety details that Dr. Ciano and his staff exhibited! They are always very friendly and professional. I worked with the Optician Gabby Johnson today, she put me completely at ease while trying on new frames during this COVID -19 safety protocol. I appreciated that she kept my price point in mind and was so nice and fun and helped me pick the perfect frames as well as ordering my contact supply.

I have been a happy customer for 3 years. The 1st visit, I was greeted with a smile, within minutes escorted to the “eye test” room, and immediately thereafter was sitting in the chair waiting for Doc Ciano. This Doc loves what he does and he grabbed my attention immediately. I was so pleased to know I have 20 20 vision but because aging, I need reading glasses. Doc walked me the the fitting specialist, and this is when I was out of control-I purchased Chanel sunglasses, Chanel every day wear frames and lenses, and reading glasses. Needless to say, it was an expensive eyewear day! I was in awe with my purchases. Yesterday, same 20 20 vision and Doc told me a new line of frames just arrived - Coco Sugar, I think is the designer name. Oh my, I am anxiously awaiting my 10 day pickup. Also, the Revolutionary Eyes entire staff team is most friendly, most helpful, insurance savvy, and the customer service is exceptional. I look forward to next years yearly exam and all of its fresh, new eyewear designs. I am NEVER disappointed at Revolutionary Eyes. Hats off to Revolutionary Eyes!

Great place to get your eye exam and glasses. They used the latest technology and did a thorough exam. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Ciano listened to my litany of issues and sought to find the correct solution. Can’t wait to get my new glasses!

There really is no better optical experience than Revolution. Our family has been patients for 10 years. None of us have ever had to wait past our appointment time. Everyone in the office is friendly. On the rare occasion that we needed to see someone immediately, they accommodated. We have all seen all of the doctors atone time or another, and We are happy with each of them.

I had a wonderful experience at Revolution Eyes. Dr. Ciano is probably the BEST optometrist I have ever seen and I have been to many! He was so thorough explaining everything to me and answered every question I had. I wish I would have found this place sooner. All of the staff were very pleasant and everyone seemed so down to earth. Scheduling my appt was a breeze and I even got in next day. Was very happy to receive my contacts in the mail just 2 days later too. I have my 3 kids scheduled in the next couple of weeks at their other location as well. Looking forward to another pleasant experience.

Dr. Downey was able to fix my astigmatism where my regular doctor failed. I’ll be switching doctors! The front room assistant helped me pick out a new pair of glasses I really like and are quite comfortable.

Revolution Eyes is truly revolutionary. Using the latest technology makes the eye exam so easy and quick. Dr Ciano answered all my questions and discussed the options available. I left with a vision solution that changed my life. I have had problems driving at night, and this latest prescription restored my vision where I am now comfortable driving at night.

Wonderful experience from the initial appointment and referral by my son John to reminder of time and date to friendly service upon my arrival. The staff was wonderful, the tech who did my initial test and Dr. Katherine was outstanding. Your facility is clean, customer friendly and "cool"! Most importantly, we exam should normal "aging" issues but nothing extreme or out of the ordinary. I was so relieved with these results since it was over 15 yeas since I had an eye exam. I'll be back and will get the word out to some of my old freinds in Carmel who still may need your services.

Facilities very posh. State-of-the-art equipment. Friendly, courteous staff. From the time I walked in, I felt warmly greeted and did not wait long to be taken back. Dr. Ciano is very interactive and charismatic, seems to be highly engaged with his staff and especially with his clientele. He also explained things in a way that I’ve never had with other eye specialists. I’m so glad my insurance covers their services, but I’d have to say that I would keep going back even if it didn’t.

I am always impressed with the level of expertise from the account respresentative regarding my personal eye vision health benefits and configuring the ending balance due by the patient. Plus, the level of Assistance I received selecting frames and costs associated with each part of my eye vision visit. Plus the eyeglass wash kiosk is awesome! I received my first 20 washes for $20.00, 50% off! And I received minor adjustments on both my sunglasses and eye glasses. Overall, my experience with Revolution Eyes was absolutely awesome!
