I got a last minute appointment when I suddenly lost vision in my left eye so I was very grateful for that. Pat at the front desk at the Westlake office was extremely helpful when we hit a snag with my insurance. Thank goodness for Pat. I didn't understand what was happening and the rest of the staff were polite but in a hurry and no one but Pat could or would answer the few questions that I had. So that means no one was willing or able to answer questions about the tests I was taking or the diagnosis.
