I had an extraction - the oral surgeon, Dr. Liang, and technicians for both the consultation and extraction were excellent. That said, I almost didn't go to this practice. While highly recommended by my dentist, when I called I was told my insurance wasn't accepted. I called around to several other practices and eventually decided that, dental benefits being as minimal as they are, I'd eat the cost and go with the trust factor. I made my appointment and showed up for my consultation. While I'd filled out the paperwork that was available online prior to the appointment, the system is a bit outdated and there was a lot to fill in at the office. The financial form was filled in by the front office staff with only a signature needed, but the name of my insurance was incorrect. I let the person up front know and she told me it didn't matter, it was the same thing. I explained that it wasn't the same thing, the companies were separate, and requested again that it be changed. She changed it, not graciously, but it was done. I waited over 45 minutes to be shown to a room; when I asked if that was typical they said no, that a surgery had run over - that's fine, but it would be great if someone could pro-actively let you know. I'm in the middle of my workday here, too, with responsibilities to other people; I shouldn't have to hunt someone down to find out why things are running almost an hour late. After the consultation, when checking out, I was told that everything that day was covered by my insurance. I'm thinking, 'You don't take my insurance...' and said as much. Now I'm told that it's my medical insurance they don't take, not my dental, that some of the plans under that general heading they don't take, but mine they do. So I'm left wondering if they'd have taken the insurance they tried to put on the form that was wrong, or would that have been on me at a higher rate? So I'll keep going, but there's room for improvement. Note: < 10 minute wait at my 2nd appt.

I recently had surgical procedures done by Dr. Arzadon, and was very pleased with the results. Will highly recommend him for dental work to my family and friends.

Came in for post tooth extraction check-in and also presentation for options between implant vs bridge. However, assistant went straight to assumption that implant option.

Dr. Liang is highly skilled and compassionate. He listens and puts the patient's best interest first. Having gone through multiple procedures, Dr. Laing closely manages pain and discomfort while providing top-notch medical treatment. In two instances, I had to wait for my procedure to begin. This actually was well warranted and the result of Dr. Laing taking all the time needed for the treatment of his current patient under his care. He treats each patient individually with undivided attention. No rushing or "pushing" you through your procedure. If you want 100% confidence in your oral surgeon, Dr. Liang is the professional you want on your team.

I was very pleased with the procedure. Dr. Arzadon and his staff was the niceness people that I have been a patient of. Thanks for letting my wife watch. I usually don't fill out these survey.
