Staff is always friendly and attentive, especially Kim, Dr Dzubur is all ears and answers any questions I may have, highly recommended and glad I found this facility since it’s only a few blocks from my home. Thumbs up 👍

The place is a bit antiquated, but I'm sure these are remnants from the former optometrist, who sold to a new Optom, I'm seeing now. I hope he gets new equipment for the place, and this will not only speed up things, but he'll be able to get results faster than currently. I don't know the name of the equipment used on my mom, but it was very modern, and it revealed a lot about my mom's diabetic retinopathy.

The people here are great. So nice, helpful, and understanding. I brought my 10yr old in to get contacts. Cindy worked with her PATIENTLY for an hour to get her used to using them. The Doc came out and also gave her tips on how to do it. They were amazing, very family friendly, great people. Also, its a family owned business, which i prefer supporting over corporate stores. We found our eye Dr from now until forever.

Great staff. I had an insurance issue and spent over an hour on the phone tryng to figure it out, they still managed to see my son even though it was over an hour past the original scheduled appt.

This is a great local eye care center. I chose to go here because it was the closest place that accepted our insurance and i'm happy I did. The staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was funny and very nice to myself and my daughter. The only thing I will say is that you have to be patient as there are only 2 people on staff and during our visit they did have a few clients come in for pick up and because of that we had to wait a little bit longer to pick out our glasses and such. Seeing as we were first time clients, i'm sure getting our information in the system added to this but to show you what I mean by patience; our appt was at 4pm, we didn't leave until 6pm. There was a lot going on and we had to wait a little bit because of a phone call as well but the only suggestion I would have is to train both workers for everything so if one is busy, the other isn't just sitting at reception without helping find glasses for the waiting customers. It just felt like the one employee who was helping us was the only one that knew what was going on and that is too much on just her plate. Besides that though, nice place and very friendly staff. Will go again and i'm sure it will be quicker.

I’ve gone to many eye doctors throughout my long life and in my opinion, Dr. De Koster is the absolute best and the most thorough. She has the latest equipment and I always know that when I go to see her that I will get the best eye care around. I trust her with my eyes and what is best for them. She is compassionate, funny and makes you feel right at ease. I wish all eye doctors were like her.
