As usual, my visit to Giles Eyecare was a pleasant and productive experience. I went to have a refraction and order new eyeglasses following eye surgery. I didn't have to weight and the staff I dealt with were generous with their time. On issues that I was uncertain about following the surgery, Dr. Giles explained clearly. I then spoke with Jim about eyeglasses. He spent considerable time explaining options and providing useful insight into my options. Margaret gave me some tests and, like everyone else I met that day, was professional and helpful.

Dr Giles was everything I was looking for in an Optometrist, I had been using another practice and had been extremely unhappy with them. I was able to get an evening appointment which is hard to find with most practices. Dr Giles and his team were extremely professional and I felt they really listened to my issues, without feeling rushed. The exam was very informative and they spent quite a bit of time with my exam. Dr Giles is an excellent eye doctor, I will never use another practice again, and will happily refer him to everyone!!!!!!
