I went in for a bi-annual cleaning and Melissa was my dental hygientist who was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I got out earlier than I expected which was great and felt she did a very thorough cleaning.

upon arriving the receptionist greets you! The wait is short. You are personally greeted by the Hygienist. She as she escorts you to the room, she is friendly. She does a thorough job. Explaining things as she goes. Dr. Vicky also exams your teeth. She too is thorough while she explains things. Walnut Pond Dental very clean and is wonderful place to get your dental work taken care of.

My wait time for my 10/11/22 appointment was excessively long with NO explanation. All prior visits were exactly on time. For this one I was finally taken to the exam room after a 30+ minutes past appointment time. Only once after waiting approximately 20 minutes did one of the receptionists. say it will be a while longer while the exam room was being cleaned. It still took 10 more minutes, Then no explanation or apology by Mary Ellen or Dr Vicki , just business as usual.. I was just at the point that I was going to cancel and rebook because that delay was impacting whether I'd be able to make a subsequent appointment.. I realize a particular case may cause a delay but to leave me waiting with no explanation was not good.

I continue as a patient with Dr. Vicky and Dr. Ferris because I continue to feel I receive the best treatment along with kindness, professionalism and honesty at every visit. I trust that the dentists, hygienist and staff have my best interest in mind when working with me. I have been going to this group since 1972, although my original dentist retired years ago, I still receive the best care from the team that took over. I’ve had issue with my teeth since I was little so I have been to a number of dentists. Dr Vicky is the best I have come across. She knows her craft and listens to your concerns and works with you to create the best care plan for you. I highly recommend her or Dr Ferris.

Everyone I have dealt with at Walnut Pond Dental is so nice and courteous. My dental hygienist, Bogda, is very personable and efficient and Dr. Vicky is always popping in to check how everything is. They're pretty flexible with scheduling and get me in and out on time.
