This was my first visit. You and you staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I felt it was a very good visit for my exam. I am a little disappointed in the lack of specialty frames seeing as I was there specifically for a low vision exam. But I do understand keeping stock and trying to provide a selection is a daunting task for the retail market. I would like to suggest that you research some specialty frames and keep brochure or website available as it may help increase your sales and customer satisfaction.
