Dr. Karpo gives me the most thorough eye exam possible. She listens to my concerns and explains everything. Patty and Bobbi Jo in the office are wonderful. They help me choose the best frames for my face from a great selection. Even Dr Karpo weighs in with her opinion on frames. I have been wearing glasses for many years and this is the best, most thorough, caring office ever.

I am a stickler for having my appointment kept on time. I do understand that things come up which might delay the appointment, but in this case, when I came in for my appointment, I could tell things were already running late. To make matters worse, Dr. Karpo seemed more interested in speaking to a lady who was knitting a shawl, or something like that. Dr. Karpo even said to me, "I hope you don't mind?" I believe every attempt to keep appointments on time should be made before dealing with private matters.
