I've lived in the valley for just about 20 years and can't believe I just found Bryden Family Vision. Jason Ritter and his team were terrific, from my phone call setting up the appointment to checking out. They had an emergency walk in just before my appointment and were very apologetic. The still admitted me in a short amount of time, and Dr. Ritter apologized again when he came in the room.

The last eye exam(s) I had almost 10 years before seeing Jason. To say both visits were horrible would not be an exaggeration. No information, Dr was very condescending and I believe I knew more about my disease and its effects on vision more than he did. Dr. Ritter went out of his way to explain everything, show me everything and most of all he listened to my concerns. I went from being very anxious to be there to being comfortable being there. I'm actually looking forward to getting my new glasses.
