We needed a last minute sick patient visit and our regular doctor wasn’t available. They got us in quickly at another location, which was a huge relief and they even followed up the next day with a call to check in. We’d never seen Dr.Ponkratz before, but she was amazing. We’re very thankful to have so many great choices in doctors and locations.

Very sweet, down to earth and patient. Dr. Ponkratz was just amazing. Kind, understanding and very professional, but not to the point of speaking over our heads or seeming cold. What an amazing visit. Thank you so much for being so kind in a difficult situation. We usually go to Fuquay office but love Dr. Ponkratz so much we will drive to wherever she is!

I brought my daughter in to this location for a possible ear infection. The whole office was so kind and helped put her at ease, but Dr. Ponkratz went above and beyond with her. She treated her with the utmost respect and talked to her until there was no fear at all. My daughter left laughing and enjoyed the over all experience greatly. We live in Fuquay, but after meeting with Dr. Ponkratz, I am seriously considering coming to the Apex location for all our appointments.
