Always a pleasure getting my eyes checked and diagnosed. Dr. Jones and her staff go above and beyond to insure everything works and feels good before you leave. We had a hard time finding contacts that worked for my eyes and after many different kinds, they were able to find the perfect brand I needed. My entire family are patients and we are all very pleased.

They have flexible appointment times and don’t keep you waiting forever in the lobby to be seen. Dr. Jones was extremely patient with me when I first got contact lenses while we found the right fit.

I went for a yearly contact exam. The lady that did the pre exam was very nice, not sure of her name but she's new. The doctor however argued me over the phone the previous day to explain that my insurance would only cover 120$ of my cost and I would have a 10$ copay at the end of the exam. Wich would leave about 90$ for the lenses. However I already knew this information so the doctor spent 15 minutes on the phone to explain that too me after I explained the same information to her. During the exam the doctor acknowledged that I was the caller from the day before and everything went well until then. It seemed like they didn't care for me. At the checkout I only should've paid ten dollars. The receptionist however "couldn't calculate" the math because she was to lazy to use a calculator because I stood there and watched her try to do it in her head. The same lady was demanding 35$ for the exam until I told her to check it. She did I ended up paying 10$ and one box of contacts. I had 90$ to spend so the box was around 70$. They also were very persistent about getting me to pay for something. Overall very bad service and the people that work there are terrible. Not to mention it's pretty expensive.

Saturday's visit was the first time for myself and my husband. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband even made the comment.....for being the first visit, the ladies were very professional and put up with his jokes, he was glad we had to make a change in providers. As long as Dr. Jone's office takes Davis Vision we will stay with Renewed Vision.

Even had toys in the waiting room for them to play with and allowed them to bring them into the exam room. The staff was very friendly, the Dr. was very informative & my visit was great until after the exam was finished & I was informed that I would have to pay 3 times the amount that I was initially told I would pay when I called to set up the appointment. I went over insurance co-pays & my reason for the visit @ that time on the phone. The receptionist who informed me of the extra cost after my exam was finished agreed that she recalled speaking to me on the phone & did understand the reason for my visit & apologized that she forgot to mention an extra $35 fee. I probably won't return to your office for this reason.

Also, there was only a few frames for young boys. Maybe getting a larger selection of frames in-store would be helpful.

We really like Dr. Jones. Her staff is friendly and helpful. My kids are comfortable with the staff who perform their eye exams. Dr. Jones went the extra mile to find the best contacts for me, trying several options.
