My visits are normally excellent. When I went in on the March 20, the lady that helped me did not do her homework. She had no idea about my vision care plan, making it hard for me to really get what I wanted. I left without getting what I really wanted because she was clueless to what my insurance offered me. This was the first time this had happened, so I won’t complain too bad, she did call me after I left to offer me what my planned normally offers me but I really wish I could’ve had it all figured out before I left.

This is one doctor I don't mind going to. Everyone is so nice and make you feel important and right at home. Doctor Jones explains every step of your exam. So many doctors now seem rushed and do not take the time too be bothered.

Always a pleasure getting my eyes checked and diagnosed. Dr. Jones and her staff go above and beyond to insure everything works and feels good before you leave. We had a hard time finding contacts that worked for my eyes and after many different kinds, they were able to find the perfect brand I needed. My entire family are patients and we are all very pleased.

I had a great visit! No wait, just arrived, checked in, and started my exam. Fitted for glasses and contacts. I was in and out in an hour.

I went for a yearly contact exam. The lady that did the pre exam was very nice, not sure of her name but she's new. The doctor however argued me over the phone the previous day to explain that my insurance would only cover 120$ of my cost and I would have a 10$ copay at the end of the exam. Wich would leave about 90$ for the lenses. However I already knew this information so the doctor spent 15 minutes on the phone to explain that too me after I explained the same information to her. During the exam the doctor acknowledged that I was the caller from the day before and everything went well until then. It seemed like they didn't care for me. At the checkout I only should've paid ten dollars. The receptionist however "couldn't calculate" the math because she was to lazy to use a calculator because I stood there and watched her try to do it in her head. The same lady was demanding 35$ for the exam until I told her to check it. She did I ended up paying 10$ and one box of contacts. I had 90$ to spend so the box was around 70$. They also were very persistent about getting me to pay for something. Overall very bad service and the people that work there are terrible. Not to mention it's pretty expensive.

Sorry we could not meet your expectations. We do our best to help people maximize the use of insurance benefits. However, we do deal with hundreds of different insurance plans, which all have different rules and guidelines that we are obligated to follow.

The staff was very friendly, the Dr. was very informative & my visit was great until after the exam was finished & I was informed that I would have to pay 3 times the amount that I was initially told I would pay when I called to set up the appointment. I went over insurance co-pays & my reason for the visit @ that time on the phone. The receptionist who informed me of the extra cost after my exam was finished agreed that she recalled speaking to me on the phone & did understand the reason for my visit & apologized that she forgot to mention an extra $35 fee. I probably won't return to your office for this reason.
