I had two appointments in close timing but not close geographically. Dr Elkins worked with me and made it possible for me to make my other appointment. She did not sacrifice thoroughness to do so. As always she was professional and kind and made sure my exam was thorough as always. I would recommend her to anyone needing a good optometrist.

In 20 years of wearing eyeglasses, the pair prescribed by Dr. Elkins were by far the best I'd ever had. I also feel that the exam itself was the most thorough I'd ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Elkins. Not only is she a great doctor, she's a great person.

Dr. Elkins is the best. She is very attentive and addresses every concern or need you may have. She puts her patients ahead of her own personal needs. She even kept my appointment while she was in pain from a muscle injury AND I was the only patient she had that day. Doctors like her are few and far between. You are doing yourself a disservice if you aren't using her for your eye health needs.

Great practice! Mrs Regina make it pleasant atmosphere, has a great group of folks working in her practice. Fast appointment process, very easy to request online with 24 hour response. The exam is very thorough so plan to be there for a while, but know it is done right and that's what you pay for, thorough. Not Hugh selection of frames but adequate and I found some I liked. Billy Queen is straight up person too and does great job to steer you to right ones for your fit. DEFINATELY the best optometrist in this region of the state. You cant go wrong. Dr Elkins reminded me repeatedly at least 4 times, if any problem with fit at all or anything, please come back and we will make it right! Cannot get that level of dedication anywhere!

The staff is so professional and courteous! The relative who brought my Mom to the office for her appointment was unable to pick her up. Anita called to let me know and then gave Mom a ride so that she could meet up with her transportation. It was such a relief to know that Mom was taken care of. Thank you, Anita!!!!

Regina Elkins is the most thorough and caring eye doctor I have ever seen. She takes her time to examine in detail and to explain any questions or concerns. She is very helpful in guiding you to make your own choices about your eye care. I drive over an hour to see her and it is worth every minute. Her office staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Always appreciate how thorough you folks always are and how wonderfully you all work with me on so many levels! I know you get concerned about the time everything takes, but I also understand staying ahead of all the things that must be checked, take time. Wait time was a little longer this last visit because of a patient who needed to be seen without earlier scheduling. I have no problem working around those things! I am also thankful you folks take the time to visit with me. I enjoy hearing the human side of things along with the medical side! Makes my visit much more pleasant. Thank you all!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Elkins and her staff -- Thanks to Dr. Elkins, I found out about a potentially serious problem with acute angle closure glaucoma and was able to have it corrected. very friendly I went in for the appointment the eye doctor noticed my wifes broken bar on her glasses and she refered her to the man at the front of the office. he replaced it and fixed it free of charge. I went to Walmart about her glasses and they wanted me to pay for a new eye exam for her just to get new frames. I deffinately recommend this office.
