I always feel like Dr. Barriga and her staff take their time with me and don't make me feel rushed. The entire office works well together and it is always an enjoyable visit.

Made appointment on very short notice and Dr. stayed past normal hours to assist me. Problem was diagnosed and medical prescription issued in less than 30 minutes. I was very satisfied.

I've been to other doctors offices with friends and family before but never in an environment such as this one. The staff was friendly, the entire office was really clean, and the atmosphere was Amazing. The doctor and her staff were truly helpful in every aspect and they all showed concern if I had any questions or trouble with deciding on my pair of glasses. Very hard working,helpful and humble people work at this office, I will recommend everyone I know!

Too much pressure to buy glasses immediately from them immediately after or even during your exam appointment. Seems like it's just expected. Very uncomfortable feeling. It should be expected that you'd like to think about it or take your prescription wherever you want to have your glasses made or decide if you even want to have glasses made at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Ref Bluff Vision Center. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. I let the staff know I was in a bit of a hurry and they made sure made sure to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I was very pleased with Dr. Barriga. She and her Assistant were very professional and explained the procedures. Cheryl was extremely helpful in helping to select the frames for my new glasses and going over my insurance benefits. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the Office Staff. In attempting to make my initial appointment I left two voice mail messages which were not returned. On my third call I reached the Receptionist. I explaned that I had left two calls previously which had not been returned. Needless to say I was not happy. She offered no explanation or apology. I went ahead and made an appointment. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from the Vision Center saying they were calling to book my appointment. Really ? Because of similar problems with Support Staff last year my Husband has already decided to find another Eye Doctor. I've been reluctant to make a change. When dealing with a "team" it's unfortunate that one member can make such a negative impact.

My overall visit was good. However, when it came time to settle my bill, Cheryl from your office made a mistake entering my amount on my visa card. She then corrected it, but both amounts were taken from my bank account. First $472.00 and then $408.00. For a person on a limited income, this was very disturbing, because both amounts were taken from my account. (it was my debit card visa). I am waiting for the $472. voided amount to be returned to my account, but as of this date, it has not. I was assured by Cheryl that the voided amount would be cancelled immediately. This was not the case. I will let you know if this continues to be a problem. Patty Mefford
