This was the first time Rebecca had cleaned my teeth. She was great, and the way she explained the need for more frequent cleanings was fact-based, which is for me the right approach to motivate me. Hope to see her again during future visits! Dr. Raben was excellent as always. I found the right dentist in Wichita... just wish I hadn't moved as far away as I did because of the longer drive I now have.

The care at Raben dentistry is fantastic. The staff is professional and very personable. I have always been very uncomfortable and nervous going to the dentist, but I do not experience that anxiety anymore, since I started going to Raben Dentistry! When I step into the office, I am immediately made to feel like I am welcome and that I matter to the team. I am not someone who marks excellent on evaluations unless the I feel the rating is really deserved. I am happy to mark excellent on every question in this assessment.

I'm a new patient at Raben Dentistry and was very impressed with the service I received at my appointment for a check-up. The staff is friendly and kind. My exam was very thorough. I did not have any cavities, but I did learn about potential problems, and the dental hygienist took the time to teach me the things I could do to strengthen my gums and my teeth--very specific for me. I felt like the staff was there to help me have the best oral health possible.

In this time of COVID my appointment was carried out professionally and safely. They were ready for me when I arrived and I did not have to wait. Kim Met me at the front desk and took me right to the chair for my check and cleaning and Dr. Raben came in the middle of the time to perform her exam. Have utilized Raben Dentistry for years. I keep coming back because of the quality service and caring staff. The talent level is quite high of the their entire team. During these Covid-19 times it clear they are going the extra mile with the safety measures... ie the staff wear facemasks and face shields. The caring personable staff alone is a great reason to keep coming back but they also do a fabulous job. Front office is very personable and organized and does a great job with insurance questions and scheduling.

I've had as many as 8 different Dentists work on my teeth over the years, and the team of Dr. Raben and her dental hygienist Kim are the best I've ever experienced. This was also the first time when polishing the teeth that the vibrations actually tickled the gums enough to laugh during it. Home care instructions are clear and easy to follow as well as this was also the best checkup of my life.

Unfortunately, many medical and dental practices are now operated primarily as businesses. They want to see as many patients as possible in the shortest amount of time. While being profitable is necessary, some practices prioritize the economics over everything else. Dr. Rabin and her staff impressed me as truly wanting to care for her patients, rather than seeing them as sources of income. I was impressed wiht her/their relaxed caring manner. I feel that I have found a great dental practice. The office would benefit from a little updating, new paint, maybe cabinets, floor coverings, some sort of modernizing

My first appointment, six months ago, was not very good, but I took the advice of the dental hygienist and dentist, and my teeth have improved the last six months. My new dental hygienist is very good keeping me calm and relaxed while she cleans my teeth. Dr Raben is very thorough with her exam.

Dr. Raben is by far the best dentist I've had. She and her staff are always very professional, friendly, and compassionate. Any time I've ever had a problem, they have always made me feel like I am their number one priority. I've had to call their emergency number on at least 2 occasions in the last 10 years, once late on a Saturday night. On those occasions I expected to get a call back from a service of some kind, but I was surprised to have Dr. Raben herself return my call within minutes. I recommend her every time I'm asked.

I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and Dr. Raben was so amazing and came in to fix it, even though the office was not open. She is kind and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My questions and concerns are always answered. Dr. Raben always makes me feel like I am the only patient she has and is totally focused on me and my issues. I went to her as a new patient needing extensive work and I have been so pleased with the outcome.

I am nervous when it comes to my teeth. Erin at the front desk is very kind. Erin helps you relax. When you go back to the area for your cleaning or procedure you instantly feel a peace. You will be told what is expected to happen. I always rely on the staff to help me relax and reassure me that I’m going to survive and my teeth are ok. I’ve had root canals and crowns. I’ve been blessed to have the staff and Dr. Raben in my life. Dr. Raben cares for her patients. She will do her best every time. Her best is fantastic. If you are looking for someone who is brilliant and compassionate please call Dr Raben’s office. Erin will assist you and answer any questions. Also, you can text, call, leave a message and email. Dr. Raben was so friendly yet so genuinely concerned about the condition of my teeth it was like a breath of fresh air! She was also compassionate about my financial situation. My previous dentist was not at all concerned about my financial circumstances and was always after money I didn't have yet. This was only my first appointment, but I feel very optimistic about Dr. Raben. I believe she is a big time class act!!!

Best Dentist office within 1 mile of Rock and 21st St. HA!!!! Just kidding..... No,,,, seriously extremely happy with the top notch quality service provided. Ms. Raben is fabulously skilled and fun to talk to. All the staff do a great job of communicating and are professional and pleasant. I am told what I need to do better, and when problems arise they are taken care of quickly, and with very high quality.

I had a lot of work done today, more than normal I was told. I get nervous when going to any type of Heathcare provider. The staff at Raben were fantastic. My husband was with me during this visit. We continue to be impressed by how patient Dr. Raben and her staff are in answering my questions. The entire staff is polite and professional. I am fortunate to have Dr. Raben as my dentist. The office also takes history of the use of medications and blood pressure, a rarity in a dental office.

I had a very painful abscess treated by Dr. Raben, and I was so surprised when after I got home, she took the time to call me to follow-up and make sure I was okay. I've never had a Dr. do that before. The service and staff are always wonderful. Highly recommend!

Arron might just be the best admin/receptionist I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. On my second visit, she had remembered me and everything I had told her about myself. Raven and all of her other dentists are extremely knowledgeable and personalable to he point where going to the dentists isn't seen as quite such a bad thing anymore.

Terrified as a child with the first dentist I ever went to...Over the last 10 years Dr. Raben's office has Quelled all my previous Trauma and fears that had remained through my whole adult life. Her staff and Dr. Raben herself have been the gentlest and kindest people and accommodate all me and any requests I have had. I came to her after 7 years without seeing a dentist and she created a treatment plan that has given me back a very healthy mouth without losing any teeth, and I almost didn't think it was possible. It has been worth driving across town every visit!

I would recommend Reben dentistry to anyone at any stage of the dental health needs. I spent a lot of time searching for the right practice, when i first moved to the area over three years ago. The staff is timely, friendly and caring. I spent enough years in customer service to know how hard that can be to always maintain, but they never show that. I've been to several offices through the years with relocating, but this office has been the most positive experience by far!
