I have always been impressed with all the staff at Quality Dental Care. I have gone to dentist in New York, Louisiana, Kentucky, Nebraska, South Dakota, and California. Hands down your staff tops the list. So friendly and welcoming. Always able to help asap with issues and feels like family. They even aloud my service dog to sit in my lap as i had a tooth pulled. During the procedure the doctor talked with a calming voice and soothing when my blood pressure began to rise and my breathes got long and deep. Thank you! You all take great care of me.

This place is exactly what I was hoping for and more. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a long time. They didn’t make me feel guilty about this and they said they were happy to see me. They also had the latest dental tools which I really enjoyed. They took the time to explain and show me things about my visit. 10/10 would highly recommend coming here.

I always feel welcome and everybody is always very friendly unless you are late... I was treated like a second rate citizen because I was 17 minutes late and was told multiple times that “we normally don’t allow anybody to stay that are more than 15 minutes late” and “we will do as much as we can but may not be able to finish since you were so late”. I totally understand how business works and scheduled appointments because I have to do it in my business as well. But what I would never do or stand for my employees to do is berate our customers and make them feel like they won’t get the level of service that they normally would because they were late. I think this is a cultural thing because it wasn’t just one person and was very surprised to be treated this way because of heavy traffic that was out of my control. I called and couldn’t get through, and when I got a call back was not able to take the call because I was on the other line and when I called the second time had to leave a message. I obviously hope that I am not late again but if I am, might just not show up so that I don’t have to deal with it... God only knows how many times I have had to wait in waiting rooms waiting for doctor and dentist appointments.

I was pleased from the moment I entered the door. Staff extremely friend and all greeted me kindly. I like the atmosphere in the office. I like the privacy at the check out desk. The scheduling staff are so accommodating. I liked Bree and Dr Trumm. They appear to work well together. I am looking forward to continuing my implant journey.

This was my first time visiting Quality Dental Care and I am very pleased with my experience. They truly speak to their name and give quality care. The staff is welcoming, kind, and thorough. It appears as though they really care about their patients. The woman who cleaned my teeth was gentle. I was able to watch TV during the cleaning and I barely noticed what was going on. Great overall experience. I'm not usually excited to go back to the dentist, but I do not think I will mind it at this place.

Everyone checks to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. The people here are just awesome. I love that I walk in and am greeted with a friendly smile and Hello. My favorite thing about Quality Dental is that I never feel embarrassed when I come to my appointments. The Hygenists and Dentists genuinely care and understand that every person is different. I also never feel self concious or pressured to get all the work done at once. They listen to my concerns and let me schedule appointments when I can afford them. I can't wait until my next cleaning!

Every time I come to Quality Dental Care, everyone I come in contact with is always friendly, courteous and cheerful. It really puts you at ease. I rarely ever have to wait to have my procedure done. All of the techs are friendly, efficient and professional in their tasks. Dr Trumm is the greatest. Always takes the time to shoot the breeze with you before he starts his procedure. He explains everything very well and is very sensitive to your needs. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do, but since I moved to Omaha and started going to Quality Dental Care, I have no qualms ever about having my dental work done. I would heartily recommend (and I do, anytime I'm asked) Quality Dental Care to anyone!

I got an appoinment right away in 40 minutes same day after I made a call.Front desk staff was so friendly.Dr.Jay and his assistant was so nice and are a master on their job.I am 32 weeks pregnent and they assured me the way everything were doing like x-ray , medications were safe to pregnancy.I would recommend everyone to visit QDC.

Best overall cafe from the dental team and the office ladies I’ve ever received! Very helpful, very professional, and friendly! I had a tooth that desperately needed pulled. They got me on right away, I got a tour of the office from a super nice dental tech, and they got me back in the chair promptly! She made sure I was comfy and everything went smoothly. Both the dentists I met, can’t remember their names, were amazing, friendly, very professional, and provided me with excellent care! The tooth was out within minutes and I was out the door! I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office, and I will definitely be back for future cleanings etc.

Excellent service. Was able to get an appointment within a few days. After it was confirmed that I needed a root canal I was able to schedule the appointment within 2 weeks. Dr. Kocian and staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommend this office.

I felt comfortable at Quality Dental Care the first time I went into the office. The staff is friendly and inviting, the office is clean and inviting. I enjoy having the Televisions in the room with you while they are working on my teeth. It is a nice distraction, as I have always had a little aniexty about going to the Dentist. Very professional staff, you always know ahead what the procedure will cost you. I only have wonderful things to say about this Office.

I love this place. Every single person I've encountered at Quality Dental Care has been friendly, helpful, and always kind. The Assistants I've worked with, Tiffany and Brie, are both friendly and professional and good at what they do. My Hygienist, Lauren, is always very thorough and gentle. Dr. Sand is excellent. She's really great at explaining what she's doing before the procedure and even during the procedure. I feel like every person there cares and is really great at what they do.

I drive from Lincoln to Omaha to see to Use Quality Dental Care. Went hear originally to get find out about The Moses appuratious to help from snoring at nights. ( It works.)The entire team was so welcoming and kind . I continue to go back for cleanings, etc. I highly recommend to anyone.

Quality Dental is the only dentist I've been to since moving to Omaha. My parents used to live across the street from the Tipp Family and I use to watch the kids and house while they would go out of town for the weekend. Steve was always gentle and put my fears at easy. Finding a good dentist is a big challenge and I don't like to mess with a good thing when I know what i've got.

Everything was fine this time, as always everything was on time or early, the dental asst. was pleasant and did a fine job. Don't remember his name. DR. Trupp did a fine job as usual repairing my tooth without any pain. The only thing I was a little upset by was Theresa wouldn't walk me to my car. You know how dangerous that neighborhood is.

Dr. Kocian and Dental Assistant Ms. Bailey are the best. There is a great atmosphere there. I walk in smiling and I leave smiling. I fell asleep the last time I went. and not because of any laughing gas or medicine, I feel a sense of calm and peace there. Then to top it off, they have flat screens and sun glasses!!

I used to hate and be terrified of dentists and going to the dentist, but now I no longer dread going to get my teeth cleaned and looked at. The hygienists are Quality Dental Care are very good at cleaning my teeth and they don't constantly cut my gums and make them bleed.

Didn't explain treatment options to me for my child. Told me they always use nitrous oxide and we aren't able to opt out of it. I wish I would have known that before going. My concerns were ignored . We will be going somewhere else.

I have never gone to a dentist before that really made me feel they really appreciated me calling them to the take care and f my problem. Not being a current patient I was treated as if I was as important as anybody else. Thank you for your caring enough to give me a follow-up call. I still am not having any pain when Is awesome. I am taking my tramadal for my constant back pain , so maybe that Is part of it. The only thing I had was when you laid my head down in bed on my right shoulder de my had a terrible headache for a few minutes es and then it went away. I just never have headaches so I'm sure I t was related to the anesthesia. Thanks fir r the great care.

I recently got my wisdom tooth removed with oral sedation and I can say it was a good experience cause I was really anxious and nervous. I was asleep the while time and don't remember a thing! Which in my case im happy. Dr. Trumm have me a call that same day to make sure I was feeling okay. Which is really appreciated. Next time I have my other wisdom tooth removed it will definitely be done at quality dental care.

Dr Nicole Lecci is FANTASTIC!! I was so afraid of the dentist - and thus avoided for far too long. Dr Lecci is so unbelievably gentle and understanding. Her "chairside manner" is second to none. ;) I had hygienist, Bethany, and she was wonderful, as is all of the office staff I have been in contact. From check-in to x-rays to accounting...EVERYONE is very professional and kindly. I couldn't recommend Dr Lecci more. On a scale of 1-10... Dr Lecci & the gals are a 12!

I've been going to Quality Dental care for 5 years now. My Dental Hygienist Mara is the best I've ever experienced. She goes out of the way to make sure I'm comfortable and talks through my concerns before she starts cleaning to be as gentle as she can to my sensitive areas. She always makes my experience pretty painless. I feel like Mara and Dr. Trumm really try to get to know me on a personal level, and they aren't rushing my appointment to fill the chair with the next patient. I dreaded going to the dentist before I started going to Quality Dental Care, and now I really don't mind it! :)

I am very glad I chose quality dental care. I had a very good experience during my visit. Everybody shakes your hand, welcomes you, and introduces themselves. As a welcome gift they give you a nice tumbler! My hygienist was so sweet and took the time to explain everything to me. The visit with Dr. Lecci was short and sweet but informational. I would definitely recommend this office.

This is my second review of my experience from Friday. Have a horrible blister in my mouth. Yesterday was pure hell. I know it is the meds because I always had IV and never had these problems. I still feel totally drugged out. Something has to be done.

Had a broken Wisdom tooth while on travel. Very easy to schedule an "emergency" appointment. Short wait time on a Friday morning, initial exam by Samantha was diligent and professional, diagnosis was quick and Dr. Murphy had time to remove the tooth rather then schedule another appointment. Tooth removal was very simple, took time to ensure everything was pain free with a local and tooth removal was effortless. No lingering effects. Very pleasant experience all around.

Dr. Lecci and the staff have always been responsive to my needs. In this particular case, Dr. Lecci and a staff member whose name I can't remember helped me with a temporary crown that had come loose and that I had broken. The staff member did a great job in repairing the temporary crown, but I appreciated having Dr. Lecci look at the tooth to make sure that I hadn't damaged it.

I came in as an emergency with a broken front tooth. Dr. Trumm was able to temporarily fix my problem so I could fulfill my comments for Thanksgiving and the week-end party I have to host. He will permanently fix the problem later on. I am very grateful!

This was more than just a dentist appointment - it was an experience. Many people have been through the quintessential "awful experience" with dentistry but I was blown away by the compassion Quality Dental had! I am a person who has had issues before and because of that, I developed a fear of anything dental related. During my first visit, I felt more at ease than I ever had at any other dental provider. I cannot believe for the first time I actually ENJOYED getting my teeth cleaned! The fact they Quality Dental was able to walk me through a detailed plan of treatment, provided top-notch service AND actually cared about me as a person, I will be forever grateful!!

The staff is extremely courteous. State of the art equipment. Dr. Lecci truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain procedures, outcomes, etc., and takes the time to follow-up with phone calls after procedures. The staff does everything to make the visit so comfortable, ie, warm blankets, sunglasses to protect your eyes from the bright lights, and a TV to watch. The office is what the name says "Quality Dental."

As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. The beautiful waiting area had a coffee bar and cold bottled water. I was greed immediately, very friendly front desk staff. The staff in back, hygienist was so comforting and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Jay KOCIAN was so pleasant, and takes the time to go over your plan of action. You don't leave feeling confused. Keep up the great job..

Very impressed!!!! I was a bit nervous going to a new dentist after going to the same one for over 20+ years...I could not have felt MORE comfortable with Dr. Kocian and his staff. They were so down to earth and easy to talk to about everything. The wait time was little to none which is unheard of in any medical office, the atmosphere was cozy and homey, and the receptionists, assistants and Dr. Kocian were all SUPER friendly! I will DEFINITELY be recommending QDC!!

I have been seeing Dr. Tipp since I was in Kindergarden and now I'm going to college in the fall. Everyone is so nice to me at Dr. Tipps office. And they put up with my mom freaking out about cavities. I would definitely tell people to come here. We drive 35 minutes to get to this office and it's worth the drive.

Very clean environment. Quality Dental feels like they are trying to care for you in a very hospitable way, reminiscent of a hotel or high class gym. They are friendly and go out of their way to serve. I was seen same day as a filling came out while flossing. I had to make an appointment with a dentist that I had not seen as my usual dentist, Dr. Jay Kocian, had no openings. When I showed up, Dr. Kocian recognized me, remembered my history, and saw me himself, even refilling my tooth! Great experience, friendly and professional people. I have never been to a dentist like this and recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely was enamored by my visit to Quality Dental. Not only was the customer service presence pretty obvious, but there was no pretentiousness surrounding this. I felt like everyone had an absolute hand in making me comfortable and taking the time to get to know my. Its a different world out there when everyone is pushing to just get their jobs done, and keeping a smile on your face for the late freight appointments at the end of the day. I can respect how professional the hygienists were and how careful they were to tend to my teeth. It takes allot for most people to walk in the door and know they have some work ahead of them to get their teeth healthy. The last thing you want to feel in a doctors chair is your "doomsday" appointment. I am excited to get my teeth and gums healthy. As well, they handed out wonderful coffee mugs and a really nice toothbrush and floss for afterward. The environment is open, so it feels very warm and accepting.
