Just got off the phone with my health insurance, they stated that I had cataracts, at no time did you say at my appointment that I had cataracts. You stated that I had glaucoma in my left eye. This was a routine appointment scheduled from a year ago. Not a medical appointment. In which it should of been billed to.

Was easy to schedule an appointment that fit my busy life. They got me right in when I got there. Dr.Rohrs took her time with me & even showed me results of the measurements they had taken of my eyes. I felt like I had a very thorough but efficient visit.

My family and I just visited Dr. Darcie for our annual check. The experience was really great. The office was clean, the staff was extra friendly. Dr. Darcie was great! She examined my 3 year old, who doesn't sit still the greatest. She was kind and patient with him. She was very good at explaining what was going on with your eyes. I am very happy we switched to her from another office in Ottawa. I would highly recommend going there and seeing her.

Top notch first class operation. My visit to your office was nothing less than professional. From the receptionist, to Shelby, to the young lady that fit me for glasses and especially Dr. Jerwers. There is a reason why I haven't had an eye examination for three years, and that is because for some reason I never felt at all comfortable, but Dr. Jerwers changed all that. I COULD NOT be more satisfied with her expertise, professional opinion, personality, and knowledge. She made me feel relaxed the entire time. I couldn't be happier with my visit.

Dr. Jerwers was great! My son went in for a second opinion of keratoconus. Dr. Jerwers not only confirmed his condition, but spent at least 45 minutes with us, explaining the condition and helping us seek out treatments that our insurance would cover. We never felt rushed and all our questions were answered.

I feel that I get a thorough eye exam and always clear explanations of any issues I may have. Then the approach of doing what I can for myself to improve any issues is not only practical but saves on unnecessary expenses. ie; taking the right vitamins, OTC eye drops, cold or hot compresses)

My eye exam appointment was great! Dr. Rohrs was thorough and caring. She answered all of my questions, and gave me instructive, helpful advice. The staff was so friendly and helpful, too. I always recommend Dr. Rohrs to everyone I know!

Would highly recommend anyone Dr Rohrs. I've never had to wait, upon arrival I was taken right back to start the different tests. Everything was explained to me and she offered several different options for me. All the ladies in the office were very nice :-)

I had a great experience at my first appointment! I was very pleased with my doctor and the people who helped me with my eye exams and also picking out my glasses. My doctor was also very specific and clear on her questions about my vision so I could answer them as accurate as possible.That was very much appreciated. I'm also glad that my doctor was able to show me on the screen how my eyes looked and explain to me what all of the numbers meant in each category and how good or bad it was on an average scale instead of just kind of of flying past it all and on to the next thing.

I like your office so much better than where I was going. My last eye doctor was downright rude and everyone at your office is friendly and always willing to answer any questions I might have. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. Picking out frames is not easy, and being able to take the frames home to get my family's opinions is helpful. I appreciated that when I left the ladies up front even said good bye using my first name.
