the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Anderson gives a thorough exam but when recording the prescription someone entered the wrong data. Fortunately I told the tech at Sam's Optical that I had mono vision and she was able to call and get a corrected prescription.

I was very pleased with the service I received as a walk in . The receptionist was pleasant and caring. She checked with the doctor right away about seeing me. Dr Anderson saw me right away and saw the problem. I was given an exam and given antibiotics to take care of infection. I would recommend Dr Anderson and staff to anyone with eye issues.

The level of care is excellent in every way--courteous staff, great environment and competent eye care. In an observation not related to the actual care, it appeared that the staff was disappointed that I did not purchase new glasses through the Professional Vision Center as I've done in the past. Unfortunately, I purchased new eyeware through another vendor at about one-third the cost of getting the glasses through the Professional Vision Center. I would prefer to do otherwise but the costs are extremely high compared to most vendors. In addition, the glasses never really fit well despite staff efforts to adjust the fit and bend the frames near my ears. I an willing to pay more for the excellent vision exam and consultation that I receive but prefer to purchase my glasses elsewhere.

Dr Anderson has been my and my wife’s optometrist for several years. He and his staff are just wonderful. From the time you come in for your appointment until you leave, you are treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by him and his staff ( not that common in most of today’s medical environments). He and his staff spends a great deal of time making sure you are comfortable and understand the reasons for all tests and their results. They all strive to make sure your visit is an enjoyable, pleasant experience. Great experience! As a new patient to their practice, the staff were personable, friendly efficient, and helpful when I called to set the appointment. They mailed new-patient forms to me in advance of the scheduled appointment. Completing those in advance of the appointment saved me time once I arrived. I was greeted warmly, and began the evaluation shortly after my arrival. Dr. Anderson joined the evaluation, provided insightful responses to my questions, and was friendly & Professional. After the assessment & diagnosis, the optician helped me to choose the style of frame that suited my style. Overall, I definitely recommend the team at Professional Vision Center.

Everyone was very friendly and professional...tried to help me decide on a pair of glasses that I hadn't had replaced in years and years! I'm just having difficulty getting used to a new pair ...finding many things look "concave" when trying to read and feel like I'm looking over a wall since my other glasses did not have a color on the rims. I guess as an old lady I don't adjust as easily as I should. I may stop in one day to ask about tips to help me settle into my new eyewear but the actual professional vision experience was excellent...it's just me.

I appreciate that my special needs child was seen in your office. One thing that would have been helpful would be a knowledge of how to interact with a child who has autism. There were too many things going on at once which was overwhelming to my son. Individuals who have autism need people to use less words in times of stress. I brought him to this office because I was assured during the initial phone call that everyone could handle the situation of dealing with my son. It is quite overwhelming for me to bring him to appointments and when I have to help staff figure out what to do it is even more overwhelming.

I really liked the way things were done during the exam. You gave me the most thorough exam I have ever had. I do wish I would have taken some sun glass inserts before I left though. Even though my glasses darken in the sunlight, I still had a hard time driving home. I had a pretty good headache when I got home. I don't know about the urgent appointment deal because I haven't had to try that yet.

Everyone was amazing!!!! Marshall really enjoyed talking to everyone and how nice everyone is. Everyone we came in contact with was so sweet and made Marshall feel at ease. The staff were outstanding, listened and made you feel important. Sarah and Pam best ever! Dr. Anderson is professional and takes time and listens. I have had eye care for over 40 years and I have to say I have more confidence in this practice than any I have ever been to. I was in in the NC Triangle area for 30 years and WNC for the last 7. First visit. Welcoming staff was very friendly and cheerful. Not the usual hassle for a first time visit to a medical facility. They actually filled out some of the paperwork without me having to do it all. Offered assistance cheerfully. Exam was quite enjoyable. Again, great sense of humor and clear explanations of what she was doing and what to expect. No surprises which was nice. Dr. Anderson was very professional and friendly. Good enough explanations of his findings that I only had a couple of questions which he answered fully. Overall, very pleased with this first visit.

Lenses were crafted perfectly and fitted with great precision, ensuring perfect comfort and wearability. They even take the time to follow up on how you are doing after some time has gone by just to ensure you are still satisfied and happy with their product and the service you received. Dr. Anderson and his staff are awesome!! At my appointment yesterday, there was a problem with my insurance. The staff was determined to figure it out and after phone calls to my insurance provider and emails from the company, they were able to set things straight and I was able to get my new glasses and contact lenses.
