Based on already good reviews, that was how I choose Professional Vision, the location is great, entering the office the staff are welcoming, helpful, everything was done in a very timely matter, I was in and out but did not feel rushed, all staff was very open to any help or questions.

Have used professional vision for several years. Have never had an issue with any pair of glasses that I have purchased. The first pair that I purchased years ago still is in great shape. The staff, and Doctors are very professional and friendly. The glasses are higher priced than some of the discount glasses (pearls vision, vision works ), etc., however, the quality of the service, and merchandise is top grade.

Had postponed my eye exam due to COVID. Grateful to Professional Vision for: answering the phone, offering flexibility in appointments, short wait time, thorough exam and all my questions answered. Especially my questions related to family history of macular degeneration. Lastly, I was not pushed into buying prescription glasses. Will continue to use my “cheaters” for now.

The entire staff is professional and friendly. I never have to wait. I never feel rushed, all my questions are answered. The glass fitting went quickly and when I asked for opinions on how they look, they were honest helping me choose a pair of frames that fit properly and looked great. I have been going here for years. They will make sure you are happy with your frame selection and that they fit with comfort.

The office is efficiently run and they employ appropriate safety precautions for covid. The staff is very nice and accommodating to schedule appointments at my convenience. The doctors are methodical and take their time to ensure an accurate eye exam. It is convenient that glasses can be ordered in the office. They will grind new lenses to fit old frames which helps with the cost.

from the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Amber my entire experience was great. Dr. Klein answered all my questions and gave me all my options. I was then sent to Michele to choose my glasses and she was great to work with and helped me choose the right frames and lenses. The was no pressure to spend extra money to add any bells and whistles. Will always keep them as my Doctors.

service was fast, but I was quite disappointed to find out that you would not electronically submit my information and the form you filled out to the MVA. If you had, I could have applied on line for my license. Since you didn't/couldn't, I have to make an in-person appointment. That was actually the primary reason I made an appointment.

I was impressed with the COVID precautions. The door is locked, they take your temperature, it was not crowded, and the waiting room seats are spaced out. They saw me right away. I’ve been there before for eye emergencies and would go again.

I was quite pleased with my experience at Professional Vision. Everyone on the staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. I was going to ditch my progressive lenses because I did not have a good experience with them (they were made somewhere else) and the staff looked at them and explained to me why I was having such a hard time with them. It made me rethink my decision and I decided to give them a second try. Honestly, I'm glad my husband told me about them.

I arrived early for my appointment with Dr. Barnstein. He was very friendly and extremely professional. He made sure the new prescription for my glasses was going to be perfect for me. My visit was everything you could ever want when seeing any sort of doctor. I arrived and someone saw to me as soon as I entered the door. As soon as the pretest was done the doctor was available to see me. We spoke on my eye health and he explained everything and even compared it to last years. I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

I haven't been to Professional Vision since I was 15 years old (10 years ago). The front desk staff (Megan) was extraordinarily polite, friendly and accommodating; she was able to get me put on the schedule for the same day. Dr. Brannon listened to all of my concerns and was very understanding. I didn't feel rushed; she was physically/emotionally present throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner and she was also very friendly. I ended up needing glasses and Sam helped me pick them out. She was very knowledgeable and of course, also very friendly. She helped me pick out the right frames for me; she didn't rush me and she made sure I explored every option available. She broke everything down to me (lenses, coating, etc.) and made sure I was entirely satisfied before I left. I would definitely recommend Professional Vision to my friends and family!!

Yesterday was my first time going here and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful and courteous. I've never had a preliminary exam until yesterday! Things like that show they care and they treat you like an actual person. All of my questions were answered and they actually print out their prescriptions! Very thorough. I'll definitely return here for anything concerning my eyes. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

I booked just a "eye exam" and denied the contact fitting. On the day of the eye exam, the contact fitting was still merged and I was charged an extra fee. First time it's happen but never should. I wasn't going to mention it but the survey came so I guess I should.

Our appt was put down wrong and the lad had the nerve to think she was going to argue with me about it. It was a total inconvenience to come back the next day. My child missed the activity that he was supposed to participate in. The Dr. was great, she's the ONLY reason I would come back. Hollie was patient and answered every question my son had.

All is positive! I came in unexpectedly, knew no information other than my name. Had come from the MVA where I was told I needed to have my vision checked in order to obtain my license. Everyone was delightfully pleasant,helpful and efficient. It's nice to know that in this day and age there are places around with folks you have the customers concerns on the top of the list.
