Originally, I saw Heather for Botox, and was always so pleased by her thoroughness, professionalism and, of course, the results. I never had a frozen face, no pain, no swelling and certainly no issues with an imbalance in appearance. Heather has since left, but she assured me Gary would take great care of me. She was right. He had all the information from her to inject and was just as nice. The entire staff, from welcoming you to taking payment are friendly and I don't feel rushed. They let me know about upcoming specials but never try to sell me on anything. The professionals at Primera listen to me and make me feel comfortable and there's never a wait. I wouldn't hesitate (and I don't!) to recommend them to everyone I know.

From the minute I walked into Primera I was impressed by how modem the office was along with all the latest techniques him in his staff preform within their medical spa and surgery center. When I previously had cosmetic surgery my surgeon did his job with very minimal Effort. Although my surgery went well without it complications this time around with doctor gross was a much better experience. Starting with the lovely gift basket, facials and the aftercare text fromdr gross himself. It hard it today's society to actually find a doctor that cares with such amazing credential and I believe doctor gross has went to prove he is more than a doctor he is a person as well and actually cares for his patients. Thank you so much!

From the moment I walked into Primera I was very impressed of I was greeted and offered coffee or tea. I did not wait more than two minutes to be seen. I love how I was given a tour of the beautiful facility and introduced to the entire staff. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Then, I was prompted to a room for pictures and then escorted to a consultation room. I did not wait long before Dr. Gross came in. He was very nice, friendly and cordial. He made me feel very comfortable; he asked me many questions to get to know me and my expectations. He examined me and then used computer imaging to show me potential results for rhinoplasty. Dr. Gross did a good job explaining the surgical procedure and even went over his own credentials. I was very impressed on how much time he spent with me; it did not feel rushed. Daun also did an excellent job going over more information in detail. I even went home with a gift. Overall I am very happy with choosing Dr. Gross and I can't wait to have my surgery!

A $50 deposit is asked upfront, No problem. But when I want to check out, that money should be readily available to me and when I asked it was like pulling teeth to have it credited to my total bill. This should never happen, its my money period! It should not be questioned...very uncomfortable experience about that.

Michelle and her assistant were awesome! I appreciate the time and effort they Both made to make my experience as comfortable as possible. The office itself was very nice and spacious. I liked that there weren't a lot of people waiting so it didn't feel like I was being 'racked and stacked' . The appt ran a bit longer than I expected and I had to move a lunch appt I had back 30 minutes. I was a bit confused when I walked in at first as no one was at the desk and I wondered if I got the time wrong or if/when anyone would realize I was there. But someone did come and get me so I wont be at all concerned next time.

The software to preview the results of the surgery was amazing. Dr. Gross explained the procedure thoroughly, from what happened when I walked through the door for my surgery to removing bandages and beyond. The office was impeccable and the staff was warm and friendly.

I came later in the day, with a friend from work, we both were in our scrubs... We had 3:30 & 4:00 pm appts. The staff assumed we wanted to be seen together. They put us in consult room together. I just felt that the consult was not personal. The staff did not give my friend any written estimates, as they did me. The first tech who put us in the room stated that the $50.00 counsultation fee can be used for services or products, but when we asked at checkout, the receptionist acted like she didn't know what I was talking about..... I honestly felt that the staff was really not that interested in us. They seemed like they wanted to leave for the day. My friend and I are in healthcare... We know how to "read" other medical staff very well. We didn't feel the staff was truly sincere with us....I will defiantly look into other providers.

For the patients who have the co2dot laser treatment I suggest adding several of the streach headbands to the recovery kit. I sent my husband out to purchase some to keep my hair back off my face based on the Vaseline application.

I didn't care for Dr. Cats. I felt as if he really didn't listen to what I was saying to him. I have had identical lesions in the past and freezing has removed them. He wanted to excise the lesion and was very frustrated when I asked if he would skin level shave or if he would remove adequate margin. He said "I will remove whatever I feel necessary". Sorry, that doesn't work with me. Communication and complete understanding is needed when cutting a persons face. The rest of my visit was very good.

I've had other consults for Rhino in NYC, but my experience at Primera was far better. The surgeons in NY were very nice, but, it was only with the surgeon. At Primera, you get a full tour of the facility from dr. Gross' staff who stay with you throughout the consult. Upon meeting Dr. Gross, it was like being with and old friend who I knew would totally take care of me. Just a great experience.

My appointment was for an Ultherapy consultation and botox to my forehead area. The PA kept me waiting for over 45 min. and hurriedly injected the botox with not a mention of Ultherapy. Also, I have bruised horribly from several of the injection sites. PA never told me she hit a vein and did not offer ice or anything to alleviate bruising. I look as if someone beat me up! Horrible experience, will not return and will tell others of bad experience though not necessary as all one needs to do is look at my face. Horrible!

However, I felt with the lack of proof and testimonials for my type of condition, I did not feel comfortable with nor can I justify the cost of the procedure. (After already spending close to $10K over the cost of my adult life time for this) I am surprised with all the technology available today, there isn't any cost effective procedures available. The Before and After computer application is the weakest link :-) in my opinion (an IT expert :-), as it looks like a bad version of Adobe Photoshop, but despite its shortcomings, I was able to visualize the Before and After results. I got a bruise near my eye where I was injected. Very obvious to me. This is my second time getting Botox, my first time I had no bruising. So that's a little annoying and embarrassing. And I didn't take any blood thinners so it can't be attributed to that. otherwise the injector was very nice and took her time with me. I did not feel rushed. And this I really appreciate.

Went to primera to correct a bad juvederm injection i received. Going in with low expectations i thought i might have to live with bad fillers near my eyes. But michelle and lindsay put me at ease throughout the ordeal. They knew what was wrong and how it can be corrected. A few vials of hyaluronidase later and i saw a great deal of improvement below my eyes and most of the juvederm went away. I happy to report that my eyes have return to its normal state and can't thank michelle enough for great work she did. She's a life saver. thanks michelle and lindsay. This will be the only place ill ever trust with my face.

Overall experience was fine. Great facility, great staff. Enjoyed meeting with the Dr. Diagnosis for skin issue was very vague and after $250.00, I felt it wasn't worth it what-so-ever. Received your email promotion of the new dermatology center opening and I should have asked ahead of time how much the consultation was. Had 'assumed' maybe $125-$150.00. Experience wasn't a complete loss as I will be using the Salon for future haircuts. Just wish I hadn't spent $250.00 for 10 minutes with the doctor with nothing really accomplished.

The technician (I don't remember her name) told me that she gave me 20 units but that never is enough and that she's conservative. I didn't ask for any specific amount but I wanted it to last at least 3 months. I've been getting botox and dysport for 10 + years in Portland, OR and have always had great results that last 3 months. I believe she just wanted me to come back in 2 months to make more money. I will not be back and will not give a good reference when asked.

I have always had a great experience with Jen. I am one not to complain all that often. I do feel that this time was much different than any time before. I felt that I was put to the side a lot more than usual even before a correction on my color was done. In the past I would have given 5 stars. I was not going to say anything. I then wanted give the opportunity to see if there could be a partial refund of the full amount. I called the salon manager and was told there was nothing that could be done. I believe customer service goes a long way even when there is a mistake. I have to say I don't think the customer service is there when it comes to a problem. I will not be returning.

Michelle is actually an advanced injector and a trainer that teaches providers how to do even the most advanced injection procedures, so I will definitely pass on this information to her. I want to thank the entire office and Dr. Gross for your undivided attention to me. I felt truly special and not just another number. I was directed on a suggested plan of attack in regards to weight loss prior to any surgery. So my timeframe is not immediate but I do look forward to the procedures we discussed. Dr. Gross has a wonderful disposition, knowledge and experience in regards to faces only. Dr. Gross is where I would put my trust and it is truly apparent his number one priority is patient, health risks and expectations. I feel he also puts a high priority on the pyschological impact elective surgery has on a patient especially the face area. Professional and probally good at what you do except, that's the problem. I was promised so much on 2 different procedures and got so less of what I thought I would get or what I would look like! My husband was in room with me during the painful procedure with my face and he recalls me constantly saying no wrinkles especially by my mouth and forehead and no more sun spots ,and then Diane comments no more wrinkles you will look so different its all worth it you will see ,yes I did see, not true ,sun spots gone not wrinkles yes there is some difference nothing like she made it out to be and the pain oh my .I have had bags under my eyes my whole life I was telling Diane about it before my first procedure and she said that about 6 weeks after my first procedure she could give 2ccs of the medicine for the bags under my eyes and it would take care of them for up to 7 months then save up to have the surgery to remove permently .Not..........

Any experiences that I've had with Dr. Gross or his associates has been both professional and positive. I will and have recommended Primera to my friends. If I could change anything about Primera it would be related to pricing. I wish that your pricing. I wish it was more competitive with some of the other professionals in Central Florida. I'm not a "doctor hopper," but when other highly qualified doctors offer discounts for customers who repeatedly return for maintenance procedures it makes it challenging to stay loyal.

This is the second time I've had services at Primera.The first time was flawless and results were wonderful.This past experience was not satisfying.I had 4 fraxel laser treatments. $3000+.After the first and second treatment I shared that I had no redness, no swelling, no real difference.3rd time she did it a little stronger, i was a little pink.4th treatment I asked her to review the before and after, she did not see the results that she expected and was not impressed. I asked if i would be compensated with another treatment and she told me no, I had tough skin, maybe an IPL but i could not be compensated for the Fraxel Laser.She left the room when she was finished and i didn't see anyone else from that point.I provided my sons # to call and pick me up.I waited about 15 minutes, called him and no one had contacted him.I waited another 10 minutes for him to arrive, got up and left no one ever came back to the room.Since she agreed the first couple treatments showed no results i was

The Doctor's Office on Lake Mary Florida is HANDS DOWN the best doctors office in the entire central Florida. I've used so many different doctors throughout the years and there is not a single doctor with more tact, professionalism, and skill than Dr. Edward J. Gross. So often you encounter a doctor who's ego gets in the way of the proper treatment; that is absolutely NOT the case here. Dr. Edward J. Gross treats every client like a friend, and spends time listening to what's 'really' going on. The rates are affordable and the top-notch office staff, along with one of the greatest batches of doctors in the city, The Doctor's Office on Lake Mary is unmatchable in its field. Keep up the excellent business practice!

As always, my appointment with Michelle was excellent, She is always professional and knows what she can get out of our sessions. She is never over the top or leaves me wanting something more. She is kind, courteous, and I really enjoy her knowledge and professionalism. She is great asset to Dr. Gross's practice. The initial call to Kara, was troubling though. She constantly tried to sell me on the free hair appointment, and told me I needed a consultation instead of a regular appointment with Michelle. I have been coming to Dr. Gross and Michelle for a few years now, and know what I need and what I don't. My face is complicated to say the least, and to have someone who does not know my history, or even consult with the people who do is frustrating. While I was in my session with Michelle, we kept on being interrupted by a gentleman who would open the door without knocking, look in, and then leave. I find this invasive, rude, and unprofessional.

Very impressed with the the plastic surgery center, spa, salon and all its amenities. Dr. Gross and his professional staff were a perfectly cohesive match - which further strengthened my confidence in the surgeons work, should I choose Dr. Gross. What disappointed me was their lack of follow-up when I requested an image that was not included iamonf the original group sent, yet on the quote sheet contained an unsolicited recommendation and price for it. This omission is not a very good reflection on what was an otherwise productive consultation.

Primera was refered to me by a very good friend of my. I was getting ready to go to my regular place at Winter Parke to get my "touch up " Botox done. She isisted that I should try you guys. Yes I was greeted properly as I enter the place but after that I was left there and nobody ever came to say "Hi" or " Michelle is runing late" or "Would you like something to drink whyle you are waiting?" . At 4:35 the fronte Desk lady left without saing goodby. I was there alone. At about 4:40 pm someone came out and took some pictures and them put me in a room. I sat there and waited...at about 4:45 0r 4:50 I was walking iut the door when "Michelle" came in and I told her I was leaving.I waited too long without any explanation. She said that they overbook her and that the "people" had taken too long to do "all" of the paper work. I told her that I also had to do all of the paper work because I never received my online. She send mine to the wrong email. She ask What I needed to do and I said I

When I got into the consult room, I was in there 10-15 minutes alone--then a second time I was left alone for about 10 minutes. I read the testimonial book and looked at the photo album but it was mostly nose jobs and I was there for a face lift. You had a TV screen so it would be nicer to have a little slide show of facelifts, something with sound so it isn't all silent in there, since we are nervous enough sitting there.

I was not pleased with the greeting I received when I arrived. As I signed in, I said hello and got a response back. I proceeded to have a seat and then someone came up to the window and the team and this person has a lengthy personal conversation. After about a half hour wait, I proceeded to the window and gave the female team member my paperwork at which time she asked for my driver's lincense. Another female staff who was not at fhe front when I came in did acknowlegde me when she came to the front by askjng id I was being helped. At no other point was I acknowledged by the team that was out front. I felt ignored. However, once in the back, it was a very pleasant experience.

When a customer pays for a product @ a "special product" discount night,I believe the current arrangement is to have the product injected within a 30 day period, if not done on the date of purchase. I believe there should be some flexibility regarding this rule. I feel the customer should be encouraged to have the injection @ the time of purchase or set up the injection appt within 30 days, however, the office would work w/ the customer to schedule past the 30 day limit as needed w/o the loss of discount penalty.

The visit went very well - like usual. I have become spoiled because I've never waited past my appointment time to be "called in". However, I arrived about 20 minutes early as I traveled from Tampa; and then, waited about 15 minutes beyond my appt time. I also waited for about 20 minutes in the exam room after getting my picture taken. Despite the wait, I was not upset in the least bit - just a bit surprised. Overall: usual VIP treatment...the staff was courteous and friendly (they remember and ask about things in your life). As usual, Dr. Gross was friendly, informative, and patient...he does not appear to rush the visit and dash after two minutes like the average doctor.

Although I was, in small words, scared to death - Michelle made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was obviously very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about the procedure and the healing. She was also very gentle and meticulous while injecting the hyaluronidase and closed the session with explaining what I should expect over the following few days. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend the Primera services to everyone. I am also considering further consultation with Dr. Gross regarding rhinoplasty over the next couple of months... Thank you for making me feel at ease during all my previous appointments! Also, both Cheryl and Cindy were very informative and pleasant!

I came all the way from Clermont. The traffic was awful and stressful but your staff was welcoming. I am a new patient, my name is Margaret Kreimier and I had the 4:00 appointment on Friday. I WAS HAPPY that you fit me in as I made the appointment that day. I am weeping as I write this. This was a big deal to me. I had to wait since 2010 to get anything done and I am shattered and disillusioned by the results of my visit. And if I could I would NOT leave the house until this heals. I did not tell anyone at work about this, although everyone, including patients, asked what happened. I only one friend because I feel so violated I can’t bear comments and jeers on top of this. I don’t bruise easily but I am black and blue. My lips are lumpy and uneven. I mean REALLY UNEVEN. My mouth turns down and looks sad even when I try to smile. I’m going to need help from a Doctor to fix this and quite frankly, we can’t afford it. I don’t want to get Tracy in trouble as I really do believe she did her best on me. I know people have bad days. But I have continuing educations hours this weekend (for my Opticianry license) and I’m ashamed to show up looking like I do. And we are leaving for vacation after that, another thing I would reschedule if I could. Now my tears are coming out of my eyes and nose too. I won’t be in any pictures. I don't want ANY memories of what happened to me. And finally, on a different note, I was also told that my haircut would be 22 (or 22.50, something like that, I was going to get the special rate.) Anyway, your people are very nice and I trusted that the bill would be correct. I usually check to make sure but I really did trust all of you. Later, when I checked, I was billed for $50.00 for the haircut.

I was extremely disappointed. The main reason I had come was to fix my torn ear lobe. When I asked how much it was to fix a torn ear lobe I was quoted $50 but the consult fee of $150. So a total of $200. This was within the range I had found on the internet of %250-$500. Imagine my surprise when the earlobe surgey quote alone was for $700 plus the$50 for redoing the piercing after correction. I feel I was really mislead in regard to this particular surgery. I thought my ear was going to be fixed and instead I have paid $150 and still don't have my ear fixed. While I would like to have the other surgeries we talked about I am very hesitant becase I feel very mislead by the quote I receieved on the phone.

We apologize for any lack of communication you may have gotten on the cost of our earlobe repairs. We normally do not do these repairs without it being done with another surgical case. It is never our intention to miss quote any of our patients and we apologize that you were unhappy. Our cost for that repair starts at $650. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, particuarly Candice, James and Dr. Gross. Photos were taken and all the procedures were explained in detail by Dr. Gross. James then went over detailing all costs and follow ups. I learned quite a lot about facial plastic surgery. Everyone was professional. Absolutely no pressure on having any procedures done or not. My intention is to have some of the procedures done in the near future by Dr. Gross.

I never knew that. I really feel that is unfair. Situations and life's issues come up, so to be penalized does not seem right. I have been a loyal client for over 3 years and have rarely, if ever changed my appt.

Anytime a new patient comes to our practice for an evaluation for possible treatment, we charge a consultation fee. The front desk staff was very helpful and I felt comfortable during my wait and visit. The only thing that caught me off guard was the abrupt end to the consultation with Michelle; she never really had any parting words, just walked out of the room somewhat abruptly. I thought she was coming back (I thought she just left to get me a packet of info) but instead the front desk person came back with the packet. It was sort of strange, since there was no closing whatsoever...I tried not to let it bother me but it did.

I was supposed to have some laser work done after my facial. I sat in the chair waiting from 3:30 until 4:45. By the time I saw Dr Gross which was good the laser was being shipped somewhere else.I am not complaining I'm sure the Dr was very busy and if he was working on me I wouldn't want him rushing either. But it just seems when I have an appointment scheduled for a procedure that procedure should be done. Again,I am not complaining but it bothered a little mainly because I have to drive so far to get to your office and now I have to make another trip back. Please take this as constructive and not a complaint.

Facial was average, looking for more extractions to be done and was told I didn't have a lot yet when I look at skin I see several blackheads and cloggged pores on forehead. Facial was nothing special, looking for more advanced, medical grade equipment, and this was not the place for that! I would not recommend to friends, I basically paid $95 for someone to put a few masks on my face,nothing I could not have done at home myself. Again, more time should have been spent doing things I can't do to my own skin, such as extractions, my skin and pores look the same as when I went in, wish I would have knownn this to be the outcome before I spent $95 plus gratuity. Debbie is very knowledgeable but again this facial was not worth the price!!!

The front desk receptionist was absolutely excellent, very warm and inviting. Debbie, the Esthetician was incredibly knowledgable and the facial was very soothing and relaxing. She recommended products to me without making me feel obligated to buy anything. She seemed to genuinely care about me and how I felt about my skin. Debbie, the nail technician was a doll. She was a wonderful conversationalist. I usually like to not be bothered during services but she was an exception. It was like getting your nails done with my girlfriends. She was very thorough as well as patient and took her time. I didn't feel rushed, and I also didn't feel it dragged on too much. Overall, my feet haven't looked this good since I was a toddler. I'm so satisfied with my services. I cannot wait to come back!

With everyone pressed for time.... it would have been a better experience if there wasn't such a long wait before taken back. Also, the $50.00 dep for appt is stressful.... women are trying to improve appearance and quality of life and having to pay a high cost for it... then having to add another $50.00 to hold an appt is absurd. I have never experienced this at any other location I have been to. Please consider removing the $50.00 and charge instead a no cancellation fee. This will mkae it less stressful. going to a place to make yourself feel younger should not be a stressful experience. Thank you.
