With severe TMJ its hard to find a good dentist. Found this one and the staff were not only good..they were great. So patient and understood my needs and were very thorough on explaining everything. All info up front.

I love this office more than any other dental office that I have visited over the years. The staff is very attentive and professional. I like the fact that they have someone dedicated to explain the procedure and cost of each procedure. It is done in a private office instead of the reception area where I always felt rushed because other patients are around waiting and listening to your conversation.

I just moved to Phoenix and yet to establish a dentist. Had a same-day emergency and they accommodated me (not yet even a patient) and promptly fixed my tooth!

I can't think of anything I would change. Everyone is very helpful, respectful, and polite. I am a baby when it comes to going to the dentist but Kelly and Dr. Stephanie have been gentle and calming for me. I have referred several people to them.

Dr Kethcart has always been attentive and makes time to discuss any issues that need to be addressed. All the staff is friendly and very helpful. I feel this office has state of the art equipment and my routine cleaning was one of the most thorough one I have ever had. I would highly recommend this Dentist and Staff!

The gal checking in at the front desk is SO FRIENDLY. I walked in and she immediately greeted me with my name. My teeth have never been cleaner. Stephanie K Dentistry is the best dentist I've been to! Always a pleasure coming back :)

It was difficult to find the right driveway to enter and park. The internet only shows the building. The sign for the complex doesn't do a great job of showing which businesses are located there.

The entire staff was wonderful. Dr. Kethcart, Tina and Kelly stayed after hours to work on my cracked filling. Don't think another practice would have gone above and beyond for their patients.

Suggestion: when it is necessary to use temporary staff, they should come in a day early so the regular staff can show them how to turn on all the components and get familiar with the equiptment.

As always, I had a great experience. Have you ever heard the phrase "I'd rather have a root canal?" If you have to have one, I would highly recommend you go to Stephanie K Dentistry. If you have to have one (a root canal), they will make it as pleasant as possible.

This was one of the best dental experiences I have had! Everyone is curteous and helpful. The financial options were very outlined with great detail and worked to meet my needs. Wow, what a great experience! Everyone I met was super friendly and great: Kellie, Tina, Sarah, Greta, Dr. Kethcart. They all took their time to explain every step along the way. What a pleasant surprise--most of my experience at dental offices are rushed. The whole staff seem like they love their jobs and they have fun. I want to quit my job and work there :-)

Sarah was welcoming when I walked in the door and I did not wait long before getting seated with Kellie for my appointment. Kellie was great! Reassuring and very friendly. Meeting Dr. Kethcart confirmed I had come to the right place. I was extremely comfortable and she explained everything that she saw and recommended what my best options were. Greta was very knowledgeable about what my options were for steps going forward. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a great dentist while feeling very comfortable.

I feel like I was mislead about a free electric toothbrush for completing my forms online. I also feel like I'm being pressured into having fillings replaced unnecessarily, but I suppose that is how dentists make their money. Not sure I'll come back.
