Love this Pediatrician Office! Great staff and doctors.

I Love Premier Pediatrics because we've been with them for a very long time the doctors there are very familiar with all of my kids my grandkids and my nieces and nephews so it's been like one big family and especially grateful for Darlene Wilcox Jones because she was able to break through and make a good connection with my grandson Anthonee and whom I am raising due to his autism and now he just totally trusts her it took a lot of time and patience to form that Bond I'm truly grateful

I’ve gone to premier pediatrics since I was 6 years old, and now I am taking my daughter there. The staff and doctors are amazing and kind and it is such a comfortable atmosphere.

Dr Dowse is supremely knowledgeable, super kind and never hurries through an appointment. He makes sure you know everything before you leave. He's also funny, and my kids love him.

We really like Dr Dowse. We have been coming to Premiere Pediatrics for 12 years. I was upset this visit because of an insurance hiccup at checkin. I know it was not the receptionists fault, I'm sure there is policy for a reason. A one time exception would have been greatly appreciated. It is hard for kids to wait in the waiting room longer than needed. A person did call me earlier in the day stating I needed to update insurance. I wish she would have explained more that I had to have the update insurance info to keep my appointment or reschedule. Nothing like traveling so far to be told you have to pay out of pocket or reschedule. It all worked out in the end, but again we have been very loyal customers with good payment history. The insurance could have easily been updated the next day as soon as I could get home and get the information. We were just doing well checks and insurance covers those anyway. I do apologize to the receptionist, I didn't catch her name, but she was very patient thru it all. Thank you!

Staff is very accommodating and squeezed me in so I can be seen by Dr. Dowse. Dr. Dowse took the time to explain everything that could cause the pain I was feeling and provided things that I could do to help relieve the pain. He was concientious about not having to give me unnecessary tests and exposure to radiation.

My newborn had an on call pediatrician in the hospital. He would never get back to us on how to help my babies jaundice. I called premier pediatrics and they got us in same day! Dr. Ben was incredibly kind and helpful! Highly suggest him and his office!

Our entire experience here was one of the better experiences we’ve had at a pediatrician’s office. We are new to the area and they made us feel welcome. My son was thrilled to have a new doctor as awesome as Benjamin Dowse. We are very happy to have them so close to our house!

Amazing doctors and staff! I almost don’t want people to know about Dr. Dowse because then it will be harder for my kids to see him haha but yes everyone at Premier Pediatrics has been nothing but wonderful. All the girls at the front desk are so sweet and understanding. The nurses are great and ready to greet you with a heartfelt smile and Dr. Dowse is very thorough and truly cares about his patience. He has taken very great care of my children. He found ways to fix a few of my sons issues when I was told by a different doctor that they were just issues caused by reflux. Long story short everyone here is amazing and I am super happy! :)

Dr. Dowse and his staff are great! As a new mom with a newborn I appreciate how they were all helpful, kind and supportive. Dr. Dowse really knows his stuff and explains things very well. I left feeling that I know what to do to best care for my baby, what things to look for and how he is there to help if anything comes up.

I won't take my kids anywhere else!!! They never treat me like I should know stuff since this is my 3rd baby they teach me new stuff and make me understand what exactly is going on... They get me in quickly if needed and are so friendly with me and my children!!!

I absolutely loved Darlene. She really cared about my worries with my baby. I feel like these days it's so hard to find. We felt very comfortable and welcomed and secure. I totally will be returning, and I highly recommend this place to take your babies when you need medical help. :)

We had a great visit- our wait time was short and the doctor was very friendly and put our toddler at ease. There is a fun play place and different waiting rooms for sick and healthy children so we felt safe!

My husband and I just moved to Utah and needed a doctor for my son. I was able to get an appointment right away for the date I needed. Reception was great, i liked that they had a well side and sick side to separate patients. Medical staff and Doctor was awesome. They answered all our questions and was able to make our next appointment right away.

It was easy to set-up an appointment and get my son added as a new patient. The check-in process was seamless and the wait time was reasonable. Dr. Dowse had a wonderful energy about him and great personality. He took the time to listen to our issues and other conerns that we had.

We love Premier! All of the wonderful doctors and staff at Premier are amazing, but Dr. Ben is our favorite! He always takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and he takes them seriously. Not to mention he's great with all of my kids! Their front office and medical staff are so friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend them to anyone!

Premier Pediatrics is amazing! Their staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and made me and my husband feel like we are heard when discussing our daughter’s needs. They have washed away a lot of fears we have had as new parents and are amazing to give us as much knowledge as possible.

The providers and staff were excellent! I met one provider in the hospital, but had a different one for her two day appointment. However he still knew everything about my child and was very competent. He explained everything that I would expect in the next two weeks. Which being a first time mom was comforting to know all the things that might be scary but are actually normal. He also welcomed my list (yes literal list) of questions I brought and never acted annoyed with how silly my questions may have been. Very friendly and very helpful. I look forward to further appointments with them.

We love Premier Pediatrics and Dr. Dowse. We have been to other pediatricians and he is our favorite! I also love the that the waiting room is kid friendly with toys and a movie, and the rooms are really cute too. Our wait time is usually very short, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

I wish I would have come here sooner! Dr. Dowse did not make us wait to be seen, really listened and cared about my child. He respects my decisions as a parent and provides great support. The staff and nurses were so sweet and helpful with my toddler when she threw a tantrum. This was the cleanest doctor's office I've been too and was decorated so cute for the kids with lots of toys and fun things to entertain them. We will go to Dr. Dowse with all of our kids from here on out. Premier Pediatrics is awesome!

I went for well check and knew needed vaccinations. At the appointment the doctor said they ran out of vaccinations that the government covers and so I would have to go to health department to get it. So I did and they said they ran out of one of the shots too. So we live out of town and now may have to pay for a visit to get his shots in a clinic. it would have been nice if was told about this before our appointment.

I love Doctor Dowse and all of the doctors here! It's always nerve wracking choosing a doctor because sometimes you meet one who doesn't seem to care about their patients. This is clearly not the case at Premier Pediatrics! They are very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I always feel comfortable asking questions and don't feel rushed like they just want to get to their next patient. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

I love all the providers! They are often out of vaccines which is unfortunate and when I call to ask a question I always have to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback which isn't my favorite. But the doctors and nurses are great!

Dr. Dowse is a great doctor. The staff is not so great. Every time I come in they call my daughter a boy just because of her name. The staff has horrible customer service skills. If I wasn’t moving soon and having to find a new doctor I would switch doctors now.
