Ryan and Amy Fritsch...are splendid people and have contributed to our Providence TN community in so many ways starting with the very nicely done offices next to Publix. You are always greeted by friendly Staff and any All the exams are done carefully and comfortably. They really pay attention to your Eye care needs. The best pair of glasses I ever had they made. Perfect distance focus and mild tint so nice in bright light. Also they bought our "Book Amazing People..." so nice of them!!

Our tech was wonderful! I forgot her name but it was 2/16 in the AM. The clinic must have made a note from previous years about his anxiety because she knew to explain all noises or the unknown and she explained everything so well. Dr Amber was great too. My experience was wonderful from booking through ordering glasses. Booking was simple, received reminders and paperwork was easy to complete online. The staff welcomed me by name upon my arrival and were courteous. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and explained each test in terms anyone can understand. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and did a thorough eye exam. The doctor explained why he was doing certain tests, discussed my issues in terms I could understand and ensured I was comfortable with our visit. Picking out glasses was great. The tech quickly figured out my style, made amazing recommendations and was helpful in so many ways.

I was anxious about taking my 18 month old for an eye specialist appointment. Just due to her age and stranger danger developmental age. However, the providers and staff were absolutely amazing. As an NP and mom to a girl that has cardiac defects and Vanderbilt specialist appointments.......this team was AMAZING. I would highly recommend precision eye care for your children (and yourself). I was able to get an appointment easily, Dr. Ryan was the best, and we had a low stress visit.

The service is excellent. Friendly staff. Great facility. The only constructive feedback I have is about the competitiveness of the frame prices. The frames I bought on my last visit were $471 (Silhouette 5457) and can be bought online for less than $300. Other than that, I had a good experience. I'll do a price comparison next time.

I was told to be 15 min early only to find I was taken 20 min late. 35 min in waiting room. NOT COOL!!!! I was given multiple tests but was not told my ins would not pay for pics. NOT COOL. Superb technology and ophthalmology skills. But the visit was not enjoyable due to the use of masks by everyone there. The assistant, a professional and personable individual, was very soft spoken. With a mask, hearing her was very difficult and made the appointment extremely frustrating.

I was happy until I reviewed my chart on the portal. The portal indicated the beginning of cataracts and suspicion of glaucoma. Neither were mentioned during the exam. A discussion would have been helpful. Diabetes exam was not as thorough as I have received with other doctors in the past.

The main reason that I chose this provider was because of the unique eye glasses frames that I had seen other patients wearing. The reason for this appointment was for a new pair of glasses. It was disappointing that I was not able to look at the wall of frames myself or browse the options at my leisure. Someone chose what I could look at and brought them to me. She also made me very uncomfortable when she continuously insisted that I pull up my face mask even when the mask was fogging my glasses preventing me from seeing the pair that I was trying on in the mirror. I literally could not see the frames that she chose for me as I was trying them on. I did not like the style /options that were presented to me, but I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Ultimately I bought a pair that I had pointed out from the wall even though it was not presented as an option for me by the staff. Overall poor experience for buying a pair of glasses but the doctor was nice.

Dr Ryan is great. We found an issue with my left eye and explained the issue that I could understand and that eventually I will need to see a surgeon and even explained how the surgery would be done. He made me feel comfortable about the situation.

I called in one morning, without an appointment, to ask if I could be seen that morning due to eye pain and redness. The receptionist, who was kind, said they had no openings, but I could come in and they would see that I was squeezed in to see a doctor. She said they could not guarantee how soon I could be seen. When I arrived the receptinist was kind and that a doctor would see me as soon as possible. I think I waited less that 2 hours, and Dr. Fritsch was relaxed, kind and attended to my eye problem.

Since there is no other area to make other specific comments, I am doing so here. A very important point is that when you have a new patient, you should provide that person with information on completing the new patient registration online. I only learned about needing to do so when I called the office and asked whether there were forms I needed to complete as a new patient. Being able to do so online is especially important in this time of COVID. And, because of the many, many questions asked during the registration process, it would have taken me a very long time had I needed to do so in the office. In addition, after having verbally confirmed the appointment over the phone, I received an email requesting that I confirm the appointment again the same day. Also, I received another email notification of the appointment two hours prior to the appointment which was, in my opinion, unnecessary.

When I come here I really feel like the entire team is focused on me. They are hyper vigilant about social distancing and safety. I can not say enough about the kind and professional care I received from Dr Ryan and his staff. I reached out to the office on a Sunday morning with terrible eye pain. Haley responded to my email within minutes and I met Dr Ryan in the office 2 hours later. He immediately put me at ease with his kind and professional nature. He diagnosed me with a corneal abrasion and was able to relieve the pain. This visit was a follow up to check how well treatment plan was working. Even though I was a new patient that Sunday morning I was treated as if I were a long time patient. I am definitely a Precision Eye Care patient now! (Can hardly wait to get new glasses-they have the best frames.)

While they are a little more expensive that your local "eye in the box" group, the attention that you get is great. Their equipment is up to date, they explain your options, they want you to be healthy (and not just your eyes). The found that I had a cholesterol problem during my exam which allowed me the opportunity to get treated early on.

Precision Eyecare is a great place to get an eye exam, images of your eye, and buy a great pair of glasses. I was referred by a current patient, and I am glad in decided to go here. Dr. Amber was amazing. She has a great personality. Also, Molly was so friendly and nice. Paula helped me get my frames and her first pick after hearing what i liked was a hit. She even fixed a pair of glasses i had gotten somewhere else to get me through until my frames come. This place is amazing.
